    @reliancejio @JioMart Ambani Sir, Order 17555260170490764A-01 and 17725443711102412A-01 Today, it has been 345 days since I placed these orders, and I still have not received them. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a satisfactory resolution from the Jiomart team.

    @JioCare Day 6 and still nothing has changed. Same issue, same silence, no proper resolution. At this point, I would honestly advise everyone to avoid JioFiber. “Unlimited” clearly means something else to @JioCare, and customer support only knows how to send copy-paste replies.

    @JioCare Hey Folks, this is not technical issue. Your Finance system has deallocated the plan. They have to authorise it. If this issue is not resolved in 24 hours, I will obtain new connection from @ACTFibernet
