    @JioCare @reliancejio I even called the Customer Care number and they keep asking me to wait for a technician visit. The MyJio app doesn't even show the name of the technician. It keeps showing "Assigning Engineer". Your service has been pathetic in the last few months.

    Hello @JioCare it’s been a week since my fiber network connection failure , service engineer is yet to repair the fault, numerous schedules postponed, this is happening in metro city Chennai. None of your service engineers visit the site & identify the problem. Pls do help
