  @JioCare This means when the company was new you people you thought about customer satisfaction. But after sometime old customers are neglected .

  @JioCare Y is it so?? If a customer is done it mistakenly u should reverse that recharge , thats what the customer centric companies does. Also this feature was there in jio earlier as RECHARGE REVERSAL
