    UNINSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection with Order Number CO0000MAWZ3W is scheduled on 19-05-2022 : 16:00:00. You will receive an Order completion code after UNINSTALLATION. Pathetic service still not disconnected nor refund done. #JioFiber #jiocare

    @JioCare Checked with representative, Add-Panchvati CHS,pin-400059, Vijay Nagar, Andheri East. She told jio don't provide service there.Then I asked for to cancel connection and initiate refund to which I was told my total deposit is 2.5k out of which 1k they won't refund.(1/2)

    @JioCare Hi Anuj i have deleted the messages as they were spam. So I don’t have date and time. It’s generally scattered throughout the day. Different messages at different times. Let me how else i can help.

    @JioCare Plz understand...I am shifting this weekend (Friday) to Mumbai. As jio service is currently not available to new location,I have to cancel connection here in Pune and take fresh connection there in Mumbai. What I just want to cancel and initiate full refund of my deposit amount.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Again Dissapointment from Jio care centre, last time it was in 2019 and the issue was same. Mr. Ajit Yadav was over there, talking personal over phone, and at last he said that Device is off and it will take a lot of time to reboot the device soplz comelater

    @JioCare @reliancejio My new mobile connection request is being denied for many months by now quoting various lame reasons. The reasons are customer is not reachable, not available, customer is not willing to pay prime fees, now it's Duplicate Lead.

    @JioCare Services on JioFiber Service ID 400125530610 have been temporarily deactivated as per your request. Your device pickup appointment will be scheduled within 48 Hrs. Applicable refund, if any, will be processed within 14 working days after successful device pickup.

    @JioCare Relocation process not happening on app.Raised 2 service requests - SR0000174KCM and SR000016YV1l. Neither the advisors nor the appellate has been able to help with relocation since October 3,2021.Over 24 days! They are ready to install new conn. but wont relocate it.

    The worst customer service I have ever received is from @reliancejio @JioCare for jio fiber. I have requested for relocation (before a week)and haven't receive any updates yet. Don't get entrapped by their sugar coated words. #jiofiber #bogus_customer_service
