    @reliancejio I was approached by a jio fibre sales guy for jio fibre 30day trial. The trial was not great experience and I asked for the disconnection before the 30 day period. Today even after 20 days and two service requests closed from backend, I have not got the refund

    @reliancejio @JioCare My Jio wifi is not working since last evening. Multiple attempts to chat, multiple calls to your customer care later I get an engineer appt at 1 pm. He doesn’t turn up. Reschedule to 7 pm. He doesn’t turn up. And they expect me to wait for another day !!!

    Hey @JioCare my device name I'm continuingly raising voice to change my S2 of my Jio fiber optic, but your customers care and engineers declining it ,there is a lot of problems from that S2( pole) so I requesting you to change it

    @JioCare Very Slow data speed 🙁 Almost all of my friends are facing the problem. We have our board exams ahead & it's very difficult to continue our online exam preparation with this data speed. Hope your issues get resolved soon...
