    @reliancejio @JioCare you cancel the prime subscription if user don't recharge fibre sometime due to unavailability but will not give it back if user recharges again. What kind of service is this? Why was it cancelled in first place? You are only fooling customers.

    @JioCare my jio fibre is not working since 4 days my registered mobile num is 9820575665.I have raised a ticket 3 days back but today i can see that ticket is automatically closed.Ticket num:SR000014ZQ5Q. WTF
