    @listenshahid @JioCare I too faced a similar issue for months and than I gave up and even money wasn't refunded. Pathetic service from ground and back office team, even their Nodal officers are useless.

    @JioCare internet is my area is very choppy since 4-5 hours now. Is someone checking this. If u cannot deliver, never promise. Ur cust rep says that coverage in my area is bad and that he can't commit any time. What was the use of talking to him then ??

    @JioCare @JioCare I will, the last 24 hours deadline which were given by #airtel customer support will end tomorrow and on monday i will come too that. I am with airtel just for my old no. Even though they don't have fibre in my area and jio plans is cheaper than airtel @airtelindia

    @reliancejio worst exprience after I buy Jio fi M2s speed i get 2-3 mbps,no connectivity, company blame 50-150 mbps,no customer support,

    @Airtel_Presence What I will do with ur assurance? It is the 3rd day I am without internet n dont know when this will be resolved. Pathetic service! Time to switch to @reliancejio as they are better n cheaper. Plz dont ask me to pay the bill as ur service is already not accessible.

    @JioCare I regularly recharge my Jio number without fail. However, this recharge reminder which starts 3 days before due is annoying, unnecessary and dangerous. I had to make an emergency call last night and had to wait 15 seconds for the remainder to be over. Do something.
