    @JioCare @JioCare Still no resolution. Repeatedly getting “appointment rescheduled” updates, but network issue continues. SR000035CGAJ is still unresolved despite multiple escalations. Please share confirmed engineer visit & resolution timeline.

    @JioCare complaint number SR00002L0E5S was raised on May 09. Till now connection is not working. Already rescheduled once after that because Your engineers do not visit. No communication. Now I can't connect to live agent on chat support call n Or 18008869999?

    @JioCare Pls close the connection without hassle . I have already subscribed to another service provider. We pay 900 per month to get seamless connectivity not to be ignored and wait for the mercy of technician.

    @JioCare @JioCare tell me the sim port process because jio is not capable of resolving network issues so me and lots of people in my area port sim and i convert all jio users to airtel like bangal election TMC out BJP win, Jio out airtel win
