    @JioCare Why my installation was delayed. I did not got proper responses from the technicians. Neither the customer support. For taking connection requests you call multiple times and visit our places. When it comes to connection takes ages.

    @JioCare I have been requesting to resolve my installation issue at this forum as well but all my request has fallen into deaf hear. What a bad service @reliancejio. Your on field persons are not helping you.

    @JioCare HI! I've been complaining since 2017 for internet and call issues in my area and still there is issues. We paid the same rates like others do and these is the service we get. Please do your fcking job sincerely and we'll fcking do the recharge or pay the postpaid bill.

    @JioCare almost 20 days since I requested disconnection..a new service request every day,finally got a msg my complaint is closed..u r making sure device is not collected in 60 days to avoid total refund..disgusting

    Worst part is @JioCare asks me 2 go physicaly 2 the JioPoint store attachd 2 that sales executive 2 collect refund. Is this a joke, r u living in 1950s. Ur sales agent came to my home for SIM activation, i made an online payment & for refund u asking me to go to the store.. contd

    @JioCare after multiple folow ups, u hav agn raisd another tkt SR00001BNMGW (been 20 days nw). Earnest request, don't close this until i cnfrm satisfactory resolution, FYI thats hw customer service tkts work acros industry . Don't try 2 show good TAT KPIs by blindly closing tkts
