Roll 2Cam (@Curious_987) reported@JioCare JioFiber was down. Jio app wouldn’t load on Wi-Fi. Switched to mobile data to raise a ticket. Jio ran diagnostics on mobile data, declared Fiber “resolved,” and gave me thumbs up/down. Peak tech support: checking the umbrella to see if the roof is leaking.

I am tired of being given the same vague response instead of a permanent solution. Please take my complaint seriously and fix this issue once and for all, rather than making excuses."
