Firstly your Wifi is down for atleast 10 days a month and Jio dont have shame or courtesy to refund amount for days where system down which is your problem. Signal may work near the village outskirts, but it barely reaches homes, streets or neighbourhoods. Inside rooms, the SIM practically becomes useless

Very poor Jio signal and pathetic internet connectivity in Lucknow, the capital city of UP. I also raised a complaint last week, but unfortunately, it was all in vain. If this continues, customers will have no reason to stay with Jio.
