    @JioCare hi my number is deactivated permanently and i was using that number since 2008. I talked to the customer care and they told me that you will not get the same number now. Please help me.

    @JioCare You have been sending same automated answers for your scam past 8 days but no one has addressed the issue I have no choice left than to file an #FIR against all the employees who are involved in the fraud services also filing a mental harrasment case @sumankargupta @AmarpreetDua

    @JioCare ATTENTION: if my current number gets deactivated will take this to the highest level and to consumer court too. I had reported receiving sms on my number for new jio connections that I never requested. I have received msg that my number will be deactivated by 6am.

    Tell me @reliancejio @JioCare,do you value ur customer? I called you today at 7:40pm to complain that I am getting 200kbps,is that a 4G speed? And I asked the executive & in return,she said: “if you want you can come & do my job”& deactivate my number.This is humiliation.

    @JioCare I had applied for a jio fiber connection on 26th March 2022 and the pre sales service was at its best. Post receipt of money i was told that the installation would happen the next day 27th March 2022 . The date does not seem to have changed to 27th yet for the Jio team
