    So I am eligible for a full refund and for that, I can raise a complaint as well, this kind of selling strategy is not suited to a reputed company like @reliancejio. Customer satisfaction should come first.

    I never turn off my mobile data, instead I switch data card from jio to bsnl that's how bad the internet connection of bsnl is 🤕 I trust bsnl more than disabling mobile data option 😑 @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCare @JioCare

    @Apurvasrani @ViCustomerCare These guys just give fake assurance, suggest port your number to Jio. That's what I did recently, see if @Jiocare can help
