@JioCare I want to port my second airtel number to jio for which i have gone to jio camp many times and those people are saying that you have five jio sim issue on your aadhar while it is not so no, Customer care is also not able to tell how many jio number issue plz help

@reliancejio worse network..even after charging of Rs.555 for 84 days... your internet service worsed than 2G 😡😡 , you're giving 2G internet service name of 4G service and charging huge amount from people and make us fool. (Location: Sahebnagar,pin-741156)

So @ACTFibernet has been down since yesterday and @Airtel_Presence went down now. So 2 broadbands down and now @reliancejio hotspot is helping me work. How many Wifi connections should one have as backup 😒

Suffering from bad network at my village.Have provided my own land for Jio Tower.When the tower was new we didn't suffer any bad network issues, but now from the last three months we can't even talk properly.Technicians are lazy and can't resolve the issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare My jio fibre is not working since 3 days. I have raised complain that time only but no resolution provided or no engineer visit. I called to customer care but no response. They just tell to wait. This is not the way a customer should be treated.

@JioCare @reliancejio Hi Team, i am. Facing internet issue from yesterday. I raised ticket but no one yet resolved. Everyone says it will be resolved in 24 hr but still pending. Last time as well issue resolved after 5 days. Please look into this issue.
