    ugh I hate doing this. but it seems you can't get a good response unless you do. @reliancejio my internet connection is down for the last 2 days and after 5 calls I'm still being told I have to wait another 24 hours because "technical issues".

    @JioCare services are worst please don’t buy jio fiber because they don’t have any customer support there technician takes 5 days to come

    @JioCare @jio_fiber we have very bad experience with JioFiber.16th Aug to till date not resolved my complaint and received massage technician visit on 25th Aug. JioFiber service technician is not capable for resolved complaint Jio management want to earn money through drop sevice
