Satheesh Karamala (@SatishKaramala) reported@reliancejio @reliancejio My JioFiber connection has been down since 29-Aug-2026. I was initially promised resolution by 7:30 PM, but the ETA was later extended to 30-Aug-2026 at 3:30 PM. This has now resulted in approximately three days without service.

They just want to wash their handoff the issue and prove its customers issue even if it's theirs. I feel pity rn, seeinf such awfull customer care
