    Pathetic Jio Fiber service. Internet stopped working since last 2 days. Customer support says engineer visit will be scheduled by 18 April i.e after 6 days! No plan extension policy, no engineer availability. This is reason why monopoly is not good @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare please help with my JioFiber connection! I was promised 3 months' free subscription but it expired in a month and I had to pay for an emergency renewal because I work from home. Now your customer service isn't responding.

    It’s surprising how @TataPlayin refuse to fix a log in issue of their new app without getting a screen shot of the error message. The guy blatantly says it won’t be fixed by the tech team if no proof is shown to them. I guess this is where @JioCare do a fab job with tech issues
