    @reliancejio data quality in my location is terrible. I get a max speed of 2mbps at night and during day i can barely surf on the internet. My current location is Poonamallee Chennai-600056. Please improve network quality by installing more towers since there are many jio users

    @JioCare your speed is so so so so pathetic..very bad. I can't open a single web page... Please look into this on urgent basis otherwise tell me about port procedure. I am going to port my jio num to other operator....

    @JioCare small issue yet not resolved. Talking to call center guys seems no botheration may be due to monopoly in lack of competition in telecom industry now in India. @MukeshAmbanima fyip Sir for putting your guys on the job.

    @JioCare @reliancejio There has been an internet outage in my area for the last 9 hours now. Used @airtelindia services for as long as 15 years without any such outage. No response/update from any chat on app or whatsapp. Wow! I can only speak to robots if I have an issue
