@JioCare For the last four days I am getting same message from your end. As per the policy it is the company's responsibility to complete the installation process within 48 hrs. And there is no technical reason for the day. The issue is they are not ready to install a new hub.

@JioCare My Jio fiber wifi is not working since 4 days. Have called the customer care many times and they said engineer will visit to fix the issue but no engineer has yet called. This is pathetic service from Jio. I kindly request you to please resolve this issue at the earliest
