    @reliancejio @JioCare I'm porting out to @Airtel_Presence because of your worst network quality. From today morning there is no network in my area..!!! Atleast airtel is much better than u in terms of internet connectivity & speed...!!!

    @JioCare Dear Jio Networks, the network around Whitefield, Bangalore has been down since past few hours. Thus it has been creating a lot of issues to us because of network and the internet connectivity issues. Please do not lead to disappointment and resolve this issue soon.

    @JioCare very disappointed with the internet speed and network coverage. Voice Calls unclear. In Bangalore most areas the internet service being provided is very poor around 144 kbps approx. It doesn't seems to be a 4G speed. Please improve both the service annoyed customer.

    @reliancejio i have made several complain about network issue in my locality in Bangalore. As soon as power cutoff happen, network gets down. Customer service team never provides me my complain id even after asking. Very pathetic response and degraded network coverage.

    Last 20 days I faced so much of problems by using @reliancejio @JioCare .. network.. whenever it's raining network is not available and sometimes network is available but #internet Is not## Please take necessary action.. other wise lot of people will change to other network..

    @JioCare in my area jio network is very poor and all the other networks are better than jio. I'm thinking to port jio to some other. Please try to resolve it's very bad.

    @ACTFibernet - ridiculous. Your network has been down in Whitefield Bangalore since 11 pm yesterday. I get a message saying you will resolve by tomorrow morning. Horrible experience. Time we replace ACT with @airtelindia or @reliancejio

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber STB is having an issue with the Live TV+ app. When I click on the Live TV+ icon, a black screen with the app logo appears, but the app freezes and won't load any further. Please help me fix this.

    @JioCare Dear Jio Customer Care Team, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding overcharging during SIM replacement at Sangipur Jio Store. Customer Name: Shiv Shankar Giri Jio Number: 9616637001 Before SIM replacement, I contacted Jio Customer Care and was informed that the charge for SIM replacement was ₹123 only. However, during the SIM replacement process at Sangipur Jio Store, I was charged 470 through UPI. When I later asked for a refund of the excess amount and requested a receipt/invoice for the payment, my request was refused. No receipt was provided to me. At present, I have the UPI payment screenshot as proof, which is attached with this email. I request Jio to: Verify the authorized SIM replacement charges applicable to my case. Verify the authorized SIM replacement charges applicable to my case. Provide the receipt/invoice for the amount collected. Refund any excess amount charged beyond the authorized fee. Investigate the conduct of the concerned retailer/ store. Provide me with a complaint/reference number. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will be constrained to escalate the matter before the Consumer Grievance authorities and other appropriate legal forums.     @JioCare @JioCare - I had a call with cancellation team last night and they promised this issue will be resolved. But I CANNOT SEE ANY RESCHEDULE BUTTON IN THE APPLICATION!!!!!!!
