    We don't have a proper @ideateli @Idea network in our area. Also @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't have a proper 4g network. For downloading a file of 30 mb it takes 1 hour🤬🤬

    @reliancejio @JioCare what a stupid clown customer care service are you running. I've been trying to change my e-sim from old phone to new phone, ran into issues and been trying to talk to customer support from 4 days, but no use. WhatsApp bot is useless. Sent someone to store, and that associate is asking me to come to store from US. What a stupid thing is this.

    I am unable to reach customer care — whenever I try calling, the call gets disconnected after stating that a service ticket has been created and that a support engineer will visit my place. However, no one has visited in the last three weeks. 2/3 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have tried multiple times to transfer ownership of my jiofiber connection and every time it is rejected due to some stupid reason. Is there any faster and reliable way of doing this?

    @aruntheboss2 @JioCare My Connection request number NO0001D0EP1G was cancelled on 27 April and still no re fund. I only get messages from chatbots regularly. Lodged Complaint with consumer helpline. Docket 9388195

    @JioCare @reliancejio 9+ months,still no resolution.took my number but never called. Only payment reminders arrive while internet and STB issues remain unresolved.Every complaint gets the same excuse,no action. Charging customers without providing proper support is unacceptable.

    @JioCare I purchased a Jio prepaid SIM at Srinagar Airport on 23 Nov 2025. I traveled to Nagpur, Maharashtra in December, and since then the SIM has been showing 0 signal bars and is not connecting to any network. Kindly check if this SIM can be activated or used outside J&K

    @JioCare All that is happening is appointments being scheduled, I get those stupid calls and then appointments are re scheduled. Just get it over with. I am not interested at all in your connection honestly. This is pathetic service. Time to escalate it to higher ups. Enough is enough now

    I've been facing pathetic internet speed and call connectivity issues from last 15 days. Multiple complaints got no solution, 108 n 199 are chatbot only & had been completely unhelpful. Anyone hearing or porting out is only solution ? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio what are the next steps now. I have paid INR 1200 for the relocation and when i tried to talk to customer care, IVR abruptly hung the call informing cancellation is done. What about my refund? Or relocation request? What should i do next?
