    @JioCare Stop giving these robotic replies when the intention is not to meet customer's expectation level. Did a blunder by choosing you as a fiber partner, a company which is fooled by its field staff and this in turn leads to customer churning. Enough, wanna disconnect @reliancejio

    @JioCare If u install Jio fiber in our area then it would be win-win situation for customers and for @reliancejio . Currently, only GTPL is providing the Internet services in our area, and all know how worst the customer service is.

    @JioCare The link that you have shared asks me to go the jio store to get a replacement. That is the entire problem. I cannot go the store during lockdown which is why it has been pending since two months. I want it to be delivered at home @reliancejio
