    We don't have a proper @Idea network in our area. Also @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't have a proper 4g network. For downloading a file of 30 mb it takes 1 hour🤬🤬

    @JioCare Sir/Mam I have already elaborated the problem you need go through DM messages again. I have reported the issue in 11yh May today is 9th June. Even Shubangi called and ask for the credentials which I have already provided 2-3 times

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Your network is absolutely terrible, and the team handling it is even worse. I’ve been facing network issues for 10 days; I keep calling, but no one is listening or taking action. I even recharged my account just the other day I switched jio

    @JioCare Final warning. My refund is still pending despite repeated complaints and assurances. If the refund is not processed immediately, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court and National Consumer Helpline. Please resolve this without any further delay.

    @JioCare I'm facing internet issues since yesterday. Even after raising it multiple times, i have not received any update on it, instead the same reason & that too without turn around time & no REFERENCE ID of ticket/issue raised

    @JioCare Jio is very slow.. on 6th June we ported to Jio and till date the details of delivery of SIM is not received Spoke to @JioCare twice today.. if this is the case how to rely on JIO..act smartly- there are so many services provider and if you are not compatible the what’s the use?

    @JioCare Request SR000037AFIJ dated 02/06/26 — still no resolution! My Jio Fibre has been completely down since 2nd June. Every time I call customer care, I get the same reply: “In your area we are facing internet issue.” No update, no technician, no solution even after emailing.
