@JioCare So this is what I thought you will DM me and exactly that you have did. No improvement in your service. How can a persistent network strength and poor bandwidth speed for last 6 months can be termed as temporary issue? What an incompetent customer care @reliancejio have.

@reliancejio is not at all investing in it network even in big cities like Mumbai. Since almost an year I am facing network issues and they have not been to fix it until now. If this is the situation in Mumbai dont know how network would be in other parts of the country @JioCare

Hey @JioCare. I have been wanting jio fibre net at my residence since a few months.The nearest connection is aprox 400m away from my home.The local jio fibre representatives are refusing to co-operate since the distance from the nearest connection is 'too much'.Please help.
