Jio fiber is One of the worst wifi network provider and the speed of the wifi is 0.85 mbps they tried everything the Replaced the router still its not working and i will never suggest anyone to use jio fiber . Had a great experience with jio 😡@reliancegroup #jiofiber @JioCare

@reliancejio In the past month, my jio fiber has stopped working 5 times and resolution takes 24hours. I am tired of incompetency by your engineers who fail to fix my issue. I pay for a service for 30 days, not 24 days, not 25 days, but 30 days. I want a resolution today itself.

To make this public, @reliancejio and @JioCare have failed to resolve my issue even after raising the complaint 5 times in last 30 days. For Inhave suffered this, let this be a lesson for others that do not get jio fiber. The service team is the worst.

I ordered JioFiber connection along with the Set-top box with Order Number NO0000HTJ9V6 and JioFiber Voice number is +912235750508 on 1/07/202. I still not get my connection active. I mailed & called at customer care. Still no one able to resolve issue. @reliancejio @JioCare
