@JioCare your fiber customer support team is worst. I raised a complaint on 29/03/21 the issue is not resolved and they closed my complaint. Today also i raised a complaint and they again closed it. @JioCare Social media team also doesn't response properly.

@JioCare it’s a scam ...... My jiofiber was installed but was never activated.... the customer care ppl didn’t react to the complaint..... all complaints raised were closed without resolution..... the cancellation request was acted after 45 days .... 1/2....refund only partial

@Mr_Abhimanyu @JioCare Our area is also worst service. Please attend several times I have raised this issue. BSNL used to send their JE's for giving attention to customer woes. Very very pathetic service. Frequently network connection getting disconnected.

@JioCare @reliancejio Getting very poor data speed (10k/s 4g speed) right now. Data speed getting worsen at evening time from last couple of days. Note: My location device all are same. Please don't say it's intermittent issue.
