Please take care when shopping from #JIOMART , I bought Aata from Jio mart which was delivered in poor condition and found EXPIRED. COMPLAINT WAS MADE THRICE BUT NO ACTION TAKEN SO FAR. CUSTOMER CARE IS SO PATHETIC. @JioMart_Support @reliancejio @nch14404

@JioCare how stupid is the virtual assistant in the app and toll free number? I feel like banging my head against a wall. Impossible to get hold of a human being at the other end to explain the issue. I cannot login to my router and the virtual assistance will not understand it.

@JioCare So funny, nobody is visiting this place and your team is working. Where they are working ?? Since years you are replying the same. Don't charge full for recharge if you are giving half service. As soon as you install a new tower here charge full from that time.

@JioCare Hi, I got this month's bill my bill cycle of Mar-April. I have a jio postpaid plus plan. I had migrated my plan from 999 plan to 799 plan. I have been charged extra 159 Rs for ott. I was never communicated that such a extra cost would be added if you change the plan.
