    @JioCare totally sick of your support for jio fiber. I raised a complaint yesterday, nobody came. Please today a service guy came and he saw the wiring has been destroyed and he said he will be back with wire and made my complaint on hold. He didnt arrive at all, I called him and he was saying today we have a meeting of all engineers, and he will be at my place by 3:30, he didnt arrive again and when i see in myjio app the complaint is now anymore shown and the guy doesnt even picks my phone now. They have no working habits or accountability. Only your vile team keep calling with useless messages without any resolution. Your service is a joke and substandard offering like all Jio operations. I have no hopes from your team at all, because you have gone totallly downhill with complaints. Zero responsibility Zero service Zero overall, shame on you.

    Hi @JioCare, I still haven't received my refund for Request ID: LR00001DH34N. I no longer want the refund—I want the JioFiber Wi-Fi connection instead. Please arrange the installation at the earliest and resolve this issue.

    @JioCare @RitikJainHere I recharged with the Rs. 349 truly 5G unlimited plan, but I only got 2GB of data..Even with a full 5G network I'm not getting access to unlimited data. What kind of fraud is this? Fix this immediately or I will have to raise a complaint with the consumer forum! 😡📉

    @JioCare Please improve the service in my locality, my number is 7002258055. Just check how many times i have contacted your customer service and how many service request i have raised regarding my airfibre and mobile. But no proper resolution was provided.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioNews Terrible customer support. Paid ₹2,221.46 for Order NO0001EOBIM6. Engineer confirmed installation isn't feasible. No cancellation, no refund, only chatbots & auto-replies. Even the Track Order link is expired. Kindly resolve this immediately

    @JioCare @JioCare It's been 3+ days and my complaint SR00003CGERB is still unresolved. I'm only receiving automated replies, with no confirmed engineer visit or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved today, I will switch to @airtelindia
