@JioCare struggling for a solution from almost one month. Your representative asking for an error picture then giving assurance for next 1 week as they are working on it. When i request for an update then again they asking what is the problem. This is happening with me 3rd time.

@JioCare poorest service i have ever seen by a company its been 2days i have complaint about problem that i have faced few days back and they know where is the problem but still they need 10-20days to fix the problem. great servies jio 👏🏻

@JioCare That is the thing. The problem is Jio app did not share any transaction ID which i can share to you but amount got deducted and what i have given a pic is from my credit card statement. As recharge was not done hence no transaction ID
