    @JioCare Today m in Rampurhat ( WEST BENGAL) there whole day & till now today network is almost non functional it's ridiculous

    @JioCare The problem has not been resolved it is now going on for the past ten days and more. No connection. I have raised it at all levels and get no answers from Jio. Jio personnel have stopped answering my calls. Once my three month subscription ends, I will terminate the connection.

    @JioCare your team is continuously not resolving the issue of vouchers for which I have already complained from 25th April but I haven't received the solution till yet and your team has suspended my services kindly look in this and give a solution ASAP.

    @JioCare No customer should be left waiting indefinitely with only generic assurances after paying in advance. If the issue remains unresolved, I will be compelled to escalate the matter formally through consumer grievance channels. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Accidentally recharged my second Jio SIM instead of the main one. No refund or recharge transfer option even after contacting support. At least there should be a 24-hour correction window or partial refund for genuine mistakes. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @vp_offl @GodrejAppliance Pretty much every after-sales service is like this. When they want to sell something, they follow up every minute and come and install immediately, but when any issues arise after that then can't get anyone to come and fix it. @reliancejio, the internet is one.

    @JioCare This a 4G network? The net is so poor that even Google Speed Test can't run. Pages are not loading, network keeps fluctuating, and the experience is terrible right after porting into Jio.Fix the network issue in my area urgently. Cordinates-25.604806,85.069403
