    @JioCare 3/4) But now after installing a new modem, I called customer care to discontinue the old one. They said the plan will not be transferable. Only Security will refund and it will also be deducted.

    Dear @airtelindia, I recharged nearly 3k for my mobile(2500+250+250). The internet is rubbish after I done my recharge.When I used 49rs pack it is high speed. Now not even crossing 250kbps. Customer care people not even bothered about this. Can I Port to @reliancejio??

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio connection is down for the past 12hours, I'm facing issues in my professional life due to this. I'm not at all pleased, I was told that there will be no disconnection/network issue, but I'm facing issues with Jio only for last 3 months. VB
