    We have 3 small cells installed in our premises. Even then there is ZERO network coverage. Multiple calls to the nearest JC have been ignored. I am available at 9873921451 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Why always jio app not works for me I have been having this problem since 1 month. Earlier, I didn't see my used data, I had to turn the app off 2-3 times to check my data but today nothing works so i prefer clear data but it not sending any otp from 1 hour. @JioCare

    @JioCare I have a jio fiber connection and is down from many days even after contacting your jio care there is no response . while i connected a local person working for jio fiber he was so angry he said it might take more than 10 days. is this your so called service ???

    There is no network in my village. Jio doing same thing like idea and Vodafone.. Just like jio is not for rural area @reliancejio

    @JioCare Now 4 weeks gone. No response from your team and This is my second tweet for the issue. One month gone after recharge and still I am not able to use jio fiber and customer support you have lowest standards. #poorjiosupport
