    @JioCare Jiofiber is down in my area since more than 24 hours. Still no resolution. Customer care staff has no clue at all saying technicians are working. May i know how to get this resolved? @reliancejio

    @JioCare Already disconnected!! YES exactly this is the issue, why it has been disconnected FALSE INFORMATION PROVIDED TO ME BY YOUR CC AGENT Why should I register in a new JioFiber Why should I pay again for 3 months. I am at a loss because of your CCE who didn't understand my issue!!

    @JioCare have made payment for set top box and OTT 4 days ago...still not received set top box nor service activation... Engineer visits and says call center will help ..call center says engineer will solve... pathetic experience @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi, i used to have a superb network connectivity when i was using 4G. After switching to 5G, i don’t have any connectivity at my home in Hiland Park, Kolkata-94. My no 9007486803. But at the same time i see superb 5G connectivity of Jio at other parts of Kolkata. Pl solve this.

    @JioCare I Issued a Complaint for my Jio Fiber service on 4 April 2023 2:03AM & It got notification that engineer will visit on 6 April 2-3 PM so How can I wait for 2 days my whole work is dependent on Internet
