@TRAI @JioCare Got Jio Fiber connection on 27-1-2021 and raised cancellation request on 23-2-2021. At first your customer care representative told they will give full rs 1500 refund.Back office closed request without processing and now telling you will not get full refund.

@JioCare @reliancejio we installed jio fibre in the hope that we would have uninterrupted 2G/5G services as 3 of us are on WFH mode but believe me it is only blinking G service one week we have recharged the jio n there is no charge at all call center number leads nowhere plshelp

@JioCare Shekhar sir I am complaint to you since six month but service as it in this area. Jio number 7974718522 and alternate no is 7587038941. Network is not work indoor and outdoor is so poor.

@reliancejio @fiber_jio You haven't mentioned on anywhere that in order to use OTT subscriptions i need to buy a set-top box. Ad i recharge today with 999INR plan and unable to use any service it all waste my money please get this fixed or i want my money back else i willcompln
