    @JioCare Today m in Rampurhat ( WEST BENGAL) there whole day & till now today network is almost non functional it's ridiculous

    @JioCare Still not getting my security deposit of Rs 1500, after discontinuing my connection for last 2 months,customer helpine is also non functional

    I don't know wt the hell is wrong with @reliancejio and @JioCare . I had an active plan of recharge and yet I couldnt access the @GeminiApp pro subscription nd I don't see a reason. It has too many loopholes just trying to get more customers. Resolve my issue .

    @JioCare Still no improvement in the network coverage. On top of that, your customer support executive have closed my complaint without any resolution. Such pathetic response from your network and your team. I think its better to shift to other networks now.

    @JioCare Very unprofessional service from @JioCare . You have so much interest in collecting money from customer. Once you received, customer has no option to talk with customer.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Regarding JioFixedVoice Number +91915223679932 I would like to point out just how old this connection is; furthermore, the range of your router is so poor that I cannot even connect my mobile phone it doesn't work properly even within a distance of 3 to 5mtr

    It took these long days for the issue to be rectified, where is the compensation ? All these days the amount paid for the recharge and data gone. Where is the compensation ? @JioCare @reliancejio Case raised - 22nd March Resolved - 9th april SR000031NS2J
