    @JioCare And now the customer care is also not responding. They tell me that they are transferring my call to esim team and then disconnect my call!!

    @reliancejio I ported my no. from vodafone to jio. SIM received is faulty and I am unable to activate it. Multiple calls to customer care bit no solution given and executives are disconnecting the calls. Pathetic service by Jio.
