    @JioCare Today m in Rampurhat ( WEST BENGAL) there whole day & till now today network is almost non functional it's ridiculous

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio worst customer support i've seen!!!! support is going in circles. I lost my phone & SIM abroad. You ask me to update my email via MyJio, but login requires an OTP sent to lost SIM. Not returning to India for 1 year. Still giving generic AI responses!!!

    Dear @JioCare , whenever there is a power cut in my area, the Jio network completely dies for all users nearby. This is not an indoor coverage issue. It’s been months with no resolution. Please investigate the tower power backup and share a timeline.

    Still reviewing my decision to buy @jio_fiber . @JioCare assuring me that installation will be done soon . It's been 72 hours and no one is responding . No wonder people are not buying their products . What will happen when their service will be down ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioHotstar Before installing Air Fiber, I used Jio Fiber for 3.5 years and did not face such recurring problems. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
