  @TRAI @reliancejio Jio network is very poor. It is pointless to even talk about the internet. Even a simple call is not happening properly. Personally I hv experienced call drop and voice breaking down during a call.

  @TRAI It's affecting the day to day functioning. The overall standard of service has gone down. The duopoly needs to be broken for a healthy market and optimal services. The ground level workers dealing with customer of both @reliancejio and @airtelindia have become very arrogant.

  @JioCare @reliancejio you have already lost our patience. Your installation team initially said it was a backend issue but backend team says there is no issue. Please check with i9 laptop but no one is still unable to identify the root cause. so pls no more bouncing ball
