    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet ETR changed again for SR10280009387674. If @reliancejio had their fiber in our area. I wouldn't have taken your ****** connection. And no resolution, it's been 48hours. FIX IT

    @JioCare I checked Akshay , the problem is multiple SRs raised but they are closed by technical team without resolution and confirmation. I again had to raise another SR. The whole system is behaving fraudulent. Something is not right. Pls get my connect restored.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid ₹2824.92 for JioFiber (Order NO0001CYUA3W), no installation done, cancelled on 20 April. Multiple SRs (SR000034M6EP, SR000033W031), still no refund. Your team promised 24-hour resolution but nothing happened. Extremely poor service. Resolve immediately

    @JioCare Hello Sir, I have been complaining about 5G network for the last 18 months but till now I have not received proper feedback nor am I getting any network. There is a 5G network just 3 kilometers away from where I live.
