  Does @JioCare closes service requests on its own without consulting customer? When checked, it is asking me to raise new request. How come SR0000178WQY is closed? Jio website provides an Appellate num 18008893999 but it responds it is meant for only JioMobility! Whom to complain?

  6-10% of my battery is consumed daily because of low signal from @reliancejio @JioCare . Reported the same issue back in 2017 as well but I don’t think they care for their customers. Poor services!

  @JioCare I have raised network complaint more than 10 times recently and no solution provided so far by any of JIO officials. Not able to do any office work due to degraded network coverage. All complaints get closed without any solution. Guide me how to get this resolved.

  @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio fiber internet is not working from past 3 days , everytime I called customer care , they are giving me a deadline of next 24 hours. The complaint which I have raised on Tuesday has been closed without any resolution. SR request - SR0000179D8A
