    Hi Jio Team, We are facing call drop and internet issues in our Village I.e. Sindhekela, Bolangir, Odisha since last few days. I tried to speak to the network incharge here and he said if the speed is beyond 2 MBPS then there are no issues. @JioCare @JioOdisha @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare I have a jio number. But there are a lot of issues in the network. Ongoing call disconnected or when someone call number is out of network. Make some upgradtion in network rather than only free marketing My location is Nandu doshi ni vadi,vasta devdi road,katargam,Surat

    @JioCare i m fed up with ur customer service. There is not a single message or call for confirmation of resolving my issue. I have not used internet from 4 days. Will u give my refund? I want it to be resolved today or else I will disconnect ur jio fibre service.

    @reliancejio service is worse and @JioCare service is pathetic. They never listen; and if you force them they will abuse for sure. They never admit the issues in their network. They blame you, your device and your area for everything.

    One of the biggest scam for customers @reliancejio @JioCare called and ask for jio fiber postpaid planed to prepaid they denied also don't have freedom downgrade your postpaid plan. @TRAI How you dont notice..!! this is not fair with customer they done have freedom.
