Pathetic service by jio fiber, my internet is down since 15th July but still the issue is not resolved. They literally do not care about their customers, local providers are better than Jio. Only option left is to move on to a better provider who value their customers @JioCare

Hello, @JioCare we’ve had no internet for 2 days. This is an office. Takes at least 10 minutes each time to connect to a customer care person. Who are extremely rude. conflicting info each time. Are we supposed to do our work or chase after you for days to get this sorted? #jio5g
