    @JioCare Today m in Rampurhat ( WEST BENGAL) there whole day & till now today network is almost non functional it's ridiculous

    @reliancejio @JioCare Every time we hear that our backup team is trying to fix the problem but till now some problems have not been fixed, 1st team is saying 24 hour and the other team is saying 7 day, 3rd team say that 15 day and 4th team say that 3 months.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber What kind of services do you provide? I have put a relocation request for fiber & hv paid for the relocation but none of your representatives hv contacted? D date was yesterday only. Pls resolve this asap or hv to get another service provider.

    @JioCare My eSIM is not activated and your customer representative is saying it is deleted. QR is not working what should I do , even in another number where physical sim it is not delivered

    @JioCare Fibre connection has been down for 10 days. Despite multiple scheduled visits, no technician has visited yet. This is unacceptable and amounts to harassment of a paying customer. Please resolve the issue immediately or process a refund for the downtime.

    @JioCare Mam as far as i know India has innumerable hills and mountains, does that mean your network is weak Indoor all over India ? Improve the network coverage and speed , install a new tower , increase the frequency, the problem is persisting for years now
