    @reliancejio This is worst customer care in JIO. I have raised 30 days before regarding invoice bill for jio fiber 1 year plan but till date did not get any response. Request No : 0000131VKC Even if you not able t downloads invoice from MyJio for one year plan.

    @reliancejio The no possibility of jio fiber net in our area Banglore :560078 JP Nagar 1st phase since long time I am trying and I had filled request form so many times but no one has replied or reached to me on the same kindly check this from your end and resolve this issue ASAP.

    @JioCare My Jio fibre connection 4223592720. Applied for Home shift on 1/12/20.Till date no acknowledgment, reply or action despite calling everyday to call centre. In time of WFH & Online classes, such poor service is affecting. Pls do needful to organise the shift.
