    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm trying to connect with Airfiber customer support via call on 18008969999 but it saying that "Dear customer, we are experiencing Temporary Network Congestion in your area, which may cause interruptions in your service." And cut the call. What I do?

    Its been 4 Days applied for Jio Air Fiber and even i have made the payment but yet no one has contacted me for installation Worst service by jio. Agent was not even listening to us until i make payment but after payment he is not even answering the call @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio i have applied for jio Airfiber in Balour gaighat,I made payment not sure it was not froud on 12th May but no one is coming for installation. Since yesterday they are keep saying coming in 5 min. Worst service . Will go for Airtel now. Please revert money.

    @JioCare It’s my final ultimatum. Either complete the Jio AirFiber installation today or process refund by this evening. I have already waited more than a week with multiple missed schedules. If this issue is not resolved today, I will proceed with legal and consumer complaints. @JioCare

    @JioCare having one the worst consumer experience with jio. It was mistake on my part to subscribe your services. Absolute unprofessional and careless approach for customer grievances.

    @JioCare You call 18008899999 and if possible select any number see magic. Ivrs not working. Tried many times. Call me if you want new customers @airtelindia @JioCare I shared my personal number via DM.

    Today is6th day since the complaint ws raised via cal & d 2nd day of continuously connecting with u through email & X platform.Still no resolution,no technician visit .Is this how you handle your customers? Extremely disappointed with the service Reff#SR000035HLA9 @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare Such a big player in the arena cannot solve an issue for such long time & expect us to be patient ,can u show the same patience by avoiding disconnections for your subscribers if bills are not paid on time .10 days & no call or action on the complaint. Incompetency at its peak
