    Dear jio, I have been facing Net issues everyday in the evening in my area (Village- Bhalkundi, Dist- Murshidabad, West Bengal), so I'm not able to do office work or web browsing etc. Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible. @JioCare @reliancejio @TheMukeshAmbani

    My jio network won't work sometimes in the evening whenever i call customer care and explain about my problem they say "sorry sir it's because of network congestion, we be fixed soon",but it never fixed from past 2 months I am frustrated now @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare i have a 5G phone with 5G Recharge still can't use my 5G network near, "Mumbai 400703" navi mumbai it's only work when I'm standing if i start moving it's shows 4G when it's fully available like 4G? In Mumbai and navi mumbai?

    Jio's worst service is that's why I ported from Jio to Airtel. It's been 5 years since Jio's 4G came, but till now Jio's network is not available in my village. I have been complaining for almost 4 years but Jio people don't care.@reliancejio @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare bill is showing in applications 782rs which I have paid now When I call to customer care they told me that bill is generated 470 then I asked to refund the extra amount what the hell , my money my connection you will decided what I have to do

    @reliancejio The ridiculous services from jio fibre is coming from jio fibre team, here in guna mp. Relocation of my jio fibre connection is still pending even after 9 days. Such a useless service provider, having arrogant, irresponsible, unprofessional behaviour of personnel in jio office
