    @JioCare @JioCare Thank you for the response. However, the issue is still unresolved.If this is a temporary issue, why has it been ongoing for the last 9 days? This is unacceptable. This ongoing issue has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration.

    @TRAI 6 years loyal @JioCare customer. 18 days without a working connection. N number of calls, complaints, tweets — zero response, zero callback, zero accountability. This is how you treat long-term customers?

    @JioCare @TRAI ,@JioCare , TRIE must step in such case where user get harrashed by operator , if user failed to recharge his connection for second than it's get disconnected ,but service provider failed to fullfill commitment than save themself by giving excuse of standard TAT,

    @JioCare Please quantify this "some time". 1 day, month, year, 10 year. How much is this "some time". Why don't you issue my refund if you are not capable to install?
