@JioCare What kind of billing software do you use. On raising bill correction request , you close case without any resolution. 2 times opened case and everytime you replied - We would like to inform that the charges mentioned in your invoice are as per the bill plan chosen by you

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare , I've been a customer since 31st Jan 2023 and have been facing issues since day 1. My fiber connection stopped working and I reported the issue on 31st Jan. I received a response on 5th Feb that an engineer would come for service, but no one arrived.
