@JioCare Already took a connection. After struggle of 20 days they cancelled my application using false reason. Engineer came for installation but due to some port issue they cancelled my request. Can't they put a new jio box to provide connection. There r lots of people here want to use.

@JioCare @reliancejio My internet speed issue is not resolved from 4 weeks. Every time the service engineer close the ticket without visiting the site. Now they are asking not to raise complaint and directly call on their mobile (which they are not even answering).
