@Urva_3301 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@JioCare When I ask for the compensation for the loss due to the advise of your customer care, then no one replies.Or replies with," that your concern has been forwarded". I need reply room some responsible authority I don't know where is it forwarded.

@vlovefootball I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

@JioCare Still no one called, visited to resolve my jio sim issue. However i am getting daily calls to for fiber connection with strong followups. Atleast even 1% if you do followup for sim issue the customer will be yours forever #worstservice
