@JioCare Reminder is for 1 time,2 time and ur app already send notification in between Interval I think that's enough for reminder.If customer will in need then they will definitely recharge their phone. B4 making every call this reminder is irritating and frustrating

I am very upset with this pathetic service of @JioCare @JioFibre they only informed that ₹899 plan is also prepaid and now my plan is converted to postpaid. I don't think agent have information regarding process,they are fooling customers.I want refund or I will end this service

@JioCare again this thing started , i raise a complaint and i get back to back calls from a number with no audio from jio and after a week , you close the ticket is customer not reachable .02235071561. please stop doing this

@JioCare I believe u should stop providing new connections. I have raised multiple complaints that my IP Centrex is not working. I get a mail daily that the tech is visiting but nobody ever calls/visits and the ticket gets automatically closed. Indian enterprises deserve better

@reliancejio @JioCare Ported to JIO recently on 799 plan. but i am unable to add my family members. very pathetic service. Don't know why coupons not showing on my jio app to add family members. Talk to JIO care and visited to JIO store but no my problems not resolving.
