    @JioCare Today m in Rampurhat ( WEST BENGAL) there whole day & till now today network is almost non functional it's ridiculous

    @JioCare literlly for you no words really bad service no improvement your tower is in my farm from last 1 year we facing network issue and staff says from company repairing material not coming

    Issue related to OTT Pass recharge. contacted Jio CC, the executive wasn't trained to handle the issue, the id of previous recharge seems stuck not allowing new subscription. Asked CCE to connect to senior, transferred but call got dc. Need resolution. Thx. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio looks like I have done my post here to someone who is fully dead, having no responsibility and replying me garbage thing just copy and paste phrase from system,looks like this is second chapter of harrasment for complaits process.
