I brought new connection with one year packege and 1st July installation done, but 30 min after installation it was down, got resolution after calling several times to installation engineer. After my previous complaint, your team partially resolved it—I was able to call the other Jio number, but after a few days the problem returned. Now neither of us can call each other again. Both numbers work perfectly with all other numbers.
