    @JioCare @bbcnewstelugu @TRAI Signal is very too much low. On mobile we are unable to call from inside home. Every time going on terrace and calling. This problem is from more than 2 years

    @JioCare @reliancejio Heyy!! U have provided a tower in our village!! Yesterday it was started and till midnight signal is good!! But what happened again??Now the signal very very poor!! When are ypu going to restart the service??

    @JioCare Its been 72 hrs, which i have provided you every detail you have asked for and till now i didn’t any update on the payment issue. If we didn’t recharge and you will be disconnecting the internet promptly. Then you are not addressing the money you deducted.

    @ViCustomerCare help in converting from postpaid to prepaid , your stuff in vi store are disgusting they are making us to visit many to solve a single problem, @airtelindia @reliancejio are faaaaar better than you

    While making calls I am Getting Recharge warning IVR before 3 days.. every day i will be calling 50 to 100 calls How could I workout if IVR disturbs me for every call. Remove it or I will jump on to other network. I don't want to waste my time hearing IVR @JioCare

    @JioCare R you listening?? I brought new connection with one year packege and 1st July installation done, but 30 min after installation it was down, got resolution after calling several times to installation engineer. But still my jio phone nos +914035955702 not working.

    @JioCare As usual i didn't receive any refund . When enquired they raised new SR000017MU0J. I have been waiting from past 3months for refund there is no proper response. Pathetic service by #jio #jioCare . Will i get this issue resolved ??

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio network has been terrible for the last 3–4 months. For the past 10–15 days, even 4G isn't working properly, and 5G speeds are extremely poor. I've complained to customer care many times, but there's still no response or resolution. Bad experience

    @JioCare We have been facing Internet issue for the last 12days. Today also there was no network from the morning. Just now it came but it will go down again soon. Atleast tell us the reason behind internet shutdown. The entire Nandapur block in Koraput has been affected.

    @JioCare there is literally no way for me to communicate with any of your 'humans' and tell them the actual issue. WTF. I cannot use my WiFi because the adapter cable got burned due to a short circuit. I need your engineers to replace it. But your extraordinary AI won't let me go past her
