    @SonuSood I am from a small village which is in Telangana . Banda Mailaram(vlg) Siddipet(dist) Mulugu(mandal).We dont even have any mobile tower in our locality. So sir! Can you please help with the problem? I am asking on be half of my whole village 😩. @airtelindia @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio As Jio mobile network signal issues not from years, I am not recharging it from this month. I have already stopped recharge other family numbers. There is no use repeatedly complaint on this. Same has been suggested to ppl in our colony lane.

    Helloo!! @JioCare @reliancejio You have provided a tower in our village!! The signals are trasmitting one day and on other day it doesn't!! What is the problem?? Vlg name : Banda Mailaram! Facing again signal issue as you provided even after a tower of Jio!

    @JioCare My internet is not working and I have been waiting on the phone line for 30 mins without an answer from your support. Your selfhelp diagnostics is the worst. It says everything is good even if the router light is not glowing green.

    While making calls I am Getting Recharge warning IVR before 3 days.. every day i will be calling 50 to 100 calls How could I workout if IVR disturbs me for every call. Remove it or I will jump on to other network. I don't want to waste my time hearing IVR @JioCare

    Jio.. jio.. signals too low low.. Competition isn't always about offers and also about service. I'm at a major railway station and no data WTF... Pretty annoying.. Went Bangalore last week, the same routine.. @reliancejio #jiosucks

    @JioCare Its been 72 hrs, which i have provided you every detail you have asked for and till now i didn’t any update on the payment issue. If we didn’t recharge and you will be disconnecting the internet promptly. Then you are not addressing the money you deducted.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had a jio network which suddenly got disconnected with no reason, I am having accessing to all my accounts as those are linked with that number and jio care is not at all helping.

    @reliancejio Order No. NO0001E2FU0E JioFixedVoice No. +911135735614. Deliberate harassment being done by ur representative Rahul Yadav (9523799229). He called me at place at 11 AM to install this connection, but since then he is not picking up phone. I called him 5 times till now but no response till 1:32 PM. The one who took booking (Mob No. 9310139597) is also neither picking up my phone call nor responding to WhatsApp text. Is this how your company harasses the customers. I have paid the three months bill amount in advance. This is pure deficiency in service and thus, not acceptable. Plz take action against these two frauds of your company and inform me about action taken failing which I shall be taking this matter before concerned consumer forum having jurisdiction.

    Dear @JioCare, my JioFiber internet has been down since the night of 14 June. A service request was raised on 15 June at 7 AM, but after 48+ hours, no engineer has contacted or visited. Despite multiple calls to cust care, there's been no proper response #JioFiber #PoorService

    My Jio prepaid SIM was deactivated due to long non-recharge. Customer care says I must visit Tamil Nadu (original circle) within 20 days to reactivate, but I now reside in Maharashtra. This is impractical. @JioCare @TRAI please address such policies affecting customers.
