Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. Look into this.

After installation within 10 days, 3 times no internet connection issue occurred. This time, it's been 3 days no resolution. Abhay Venkatesh (@abhay_venkat4) reported@JioCare Update: A technician finally visited and the fix was as simple as plugging a loose connector at the Jio Fibre common junction box, which was not plugged accurately by another technician when they came for a check last week. Could've happened 4 days ago. Nonetheless, thank you.

They ask to pay for toll free number calls. Even @BSNLCorporate and Vi is better than them. @reliancejio is the best network for mobile connections though.
