Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. It’s now been over a month, and there’s still no refund. I’m proceeding with a formal complaint in the Consumer Forum and filing a case.
