  @JioCare @reliancejio i have taken fiber connection of jio and respective area manager has asked me to pay for 6 months so that I would be getting one month additional internet for free of cost.Raised this concern with Jio and still the issue is not resolved after 1 week.

  What a complete disaster from Reliance Jio. Got a message, but nothing has progressed. After wasting 30 minutes with customer care, we’re told there’s an “outstanding” of Rs 939.18, which is invisible in your own system. We are on an annual plan. How does an outstanding even exist? Or is your billing system just broken? Zero transparency. Zero accountability. Pathetic support. We’ve been suffering for the last 4 days because of your incompetence, and nobody can give a straight answer. Fix your mess.
