    I had an new connect of #JioGiagaFiber #jiocare dis month ...from past 2 days am not getting net ...I raise a ticket ...there is no response from any1 .....I tried calling all service numbers but no response.worst experience ever with jiogiga. Order NO0000AP1WDE. Pls respond!!!

    Everyone in the office ( Salarpuria Satvva Knowledge City, Hyderabad ) is getting no signal sinceyesterday. Even for one person also signal is not getting. @JioCare is not even trying to solve this issue. It is not just for 1 person but for the entire people working in ofc

    @JioCare I'm facing internet speed issue though i have full network coverage. I'm unable to utilize my data . This problem is making me to switch other network provider(Airtel) over jio. I have been a Jio user from beginning. Plz solve this ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio From the beginning, Jio Data never works for us in our area, but somehow that is manageable with WiFi connections to access internet. We shooted a lot of complaints regarding that but nothing happened as expected.

    @JioCare @SanketKoli11 West service no response from last 2years so many compliments given to Jio customer care and Jio live chat from my jioapp.Already they put signal booster but till now they didn't start

    Same situation here. Everyone in the office ( Salarpuria Satvva Knowledge City, Hyderabad ) is getting “ no signal “ since 7AM. Even for one person also signal is not getting @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_money @JioSaavn

    @JioCare Tired of following up for Jio fibre refund, since November 12,2020. You are claiming to provide free Jio fibre internet for a month, and full refund on cancellation within a month. But this seems just not true in my case. Please provide support..

    @JioCare So I guess there is no solution and no follow up either. We're more than 150 gamers who r facing similar problem in Jiofibre. People it's time to switch to airtel or tatasky. They are offering similar rates with much better ping. @airtelindia please let us know your offers.

    @JioCare And the worst service provider is Jio. My enginner visit for my jio fiber related issue which I have registered complaint for on 5 Jan had been shifted twice and now they are saying that the engineer will visit on 9 Jan. That's outrageous. BSNL provide sol faster.
