@ACTFibernet over 8 hours since no connectivity. And we call it Digital India. Ridiculous service and ridiculous customer care. Will be changing my ISP very very soon. @reliancejio Your time to take over and show these guys what true service is. Hope you don’t disappoint.

@JioCare I had applied for the setup box installation on 11Aug and my installation was on 12 Aug but as of 16 Aug the installation hasn't been done and whenever I call the customer care all they do is push it to the next . You guys have the worst Ground teams in Jammu in Telecom.
