@JioCare I am JIO Fiber customer. Usage report that i get from my JIO app is not at all Satisfactory. I am unable plan my bandwith on daliy basis. Also I see the usage report of only 3 days. The start time it gives is incorrect, not sure how it picks start time.

@JioCare Ported Jio mobile to Airtel, got a last bill which I tried paying using the link but getting an error, went to the store but they said they cant pull inactive account. I am getting constant threats that my Airtel service will be canceled if I dont pay my last Jio bill.

@reliancejio Services on Service ID 400119486613 have been suspended. They have suspended the services but due to lockdown we can not go out and we were compelled to give request for restoration of the same as without internet we r helpless as WFH and online school/college.

@JioCare @reliancejio i am using 999 plan of jioFiber. But its a promise vs performance from jio's end. Promised 150 mbps dload n upload speed but getting only 4 mbps. customer care also cut call abruptly. not expected this from Jio.
