    I still don't get network coverage at my workplace. Been over 3 months that I'm there with @reliancejio @JioCare and still no hope of it being resolved anytime soon. Not sure till when do I have to live with two numbers, one for work (non Jio) and my regular number on Jio

    @JioCare Having issues with my Jio payments section. Paid my postpaid bill for Rs401.86 through My Jio app money got deducted from the bank, but service hasn't been restored yet. Customer care told me couple of hours but it's been more than couple of hours.

    @JioCare I am not able to make or receive calls on my Jio number 6302678738 since last two days. Cant find a way to contact customer care from MyJio app. What the hell is going on. Please fix this asap.

    @JioCare @jiocare 251 Rs Recharge was useless for me.. Which was recharge by me. Again I recharge with 399rs but still network speed is not more than 20 kbps..

    Why #Ambani is Cheating #India with his Fake 4G Network which is actually 3+. I recharged my #JIO SIM with 5000 but it is only getting 1MBPS Speed Since 2 days. This is Worst thing I ever see since #Internet is Invented. Telecom in India is Now in Danger @Telconewsindia @JioCare

    @JioCare I work here its been very poor network since a few month, I like Jio but unfortunately I can live with it any more, please see if@tou can fix this, will@goce it 2 more weeks and will move to other networks

    @Rahulshrivstv @reliancejio If want to change your broadband connection then try Excitel. I bet u will never regret. Much cheaper than Jio & great customer care. I m using it since 2020 & never regretted. Try if u like.

    @JioCare It's clearly mentioned in 2017 that in 3 months the network coverage would be enhanced but u even after 6 years are casually saying the same thing @DoT_India can you do anything apart from forwarding my messages?

    @JioCare Worst service by jio fiber I have raised a request for my jio fiber is not working on 31 March 23 with service request no SR00001IYH3G. Simple issue for that jio takes 5 days so better to disconnect my jio fibre.
