Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. Shivaanand Chand (@chand_shivanand) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Dear @JioCare, The moment I exposed this issue on X ( few minutes ago ), I immediately received an SMS ( 12.44 ) claiming that my service request was put on hold because the engineer “did not get access to the premises.” This is a false and convenient excuse. Giving landmark ( Above Health Juice Centre ) No engineer visited my premises, and no one contacted me before updating such a misleading status. I have already paid the advance amount, including the payment to the third-party UPI ID shared by your own executive. Despite receiving the payment, your team keeps creating new stories instead of completing a simple installation. For the last five years, two Jio set-top boxes have been working on this very connection. Now, suddenly, your records show only one and this is being used as another excuse to delay the installation. If there has been any error in your records, it is your responsibility to rectify it—not the customer’s burden. The payment has been made. There is nothing pending from my side. Stop giving false status updates, stop inventing new reasons, and install the set-top box immediately.
