@Airtel_Presence This @Airtel_Presence provide pathetic service. Conerveted my 2G sim to 4G sim it has been 1 week my sms services are not working complained many times no one is responding. Beter to port to @JioCare or @VodafoneIN which is better than this Airtel guys.

@JioCare purchased a Jio STB 4K on 19th September and was told that my stb will be set up by 20th september between 11-12am. no body came, raised a issue on 20th they say it will be solved within 24hrs waited again 24 hrs and its 22nd September called again and told to wait 24hrs
