@_MukeshAmbani @JioCare I am a post paid customer of jio and have been facing issues with one of my child accounts post recent upgrade. Unable to make calls for more than a week and very poor response on all channels. Taking this route as a final option for quick resolution.

@JioCare Facing issue with sms service. I am unable to receive sms from anyone. Even OTPs i am unable to get. Pls help me to fix the issue. Last SMS was received on 28th April. Till now i don't see any sms. Even I deactivated DND aswel same issue.

Worst @JioCare @reliancejio @Akashtv1Soni please discontinue my account and refund my amount I will setup some other broadband who can resolve our queries/issues quickly, who won't trouble users for their mistakes. No matter how fast is ur internet if u r too slow to solve issues

@JioCare @reliancejio Is that for refunds you all take too much time? For getting activations it will be done in few days Or hours. For Refunds you will never pay attention. I asked for relocation but you all didn't pay attention to that and hence I had to deactivate the Jiofiber.
