@JioCare the issue is from January month..I got call from jio care in January month that amount will be refunded in account and after posting in twitter you people are responding but still the issue is not solved

@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Dear Team, our corporate connections have not reactivated yet. Someone from jio Hyderabad have taken verification documents also last week. It's been a month time delay. If you can't do it let us know, at least we shall go with other service provider.

@JioCare Fed up with Jio for its slow internet speed and pestering reminder calls to the customer 4 days in advance that too while making every call. Thinking of converting to other network if this pestering doesn't stop. Let customers decide when to recharge.

@JioCare how many months you want solve the issue when converted from postpaid to prepaid (Jan 8-21) you said that in 60days will be refunded..and in March you said the issue will be solved in 10-15days and now you are asking what is the issue. jio related branches are most worst in India
