    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCinema When are you going to improve service. I request to donot take jio service until they change from present broadcast system to latest system. Any thing on the service is first recorded and they make packet of many then they broadcast. Looting

    @JioCare no respect of customer time and money. Eta for tech visit has already passed and no-one called till now. CS disconnected the phone stating “system restrictions” hence they don’t know when the issue can be fixed. Is there a problem in providing an simple ETA?

    @reliancejio @JioCare such a wow service you guys do provide. Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. Look into this.

    Last 3 days productivity at our office has come down by 80%, as with out the internet we are handicapped. Due to false commitments from JIO cust care we were unable to meet our dead lines, hence had to face a lot of embarrassment.With @reliancejio @JioCare it’s like we don’t care

You can also track the status of a Service Request through the MyJio App by selecting the ‘Track Service Request’ option in the ‘JioCare’ section or by (1/2)

    This is @reliancejio network reality in middle of Mumbai. Going on for months. And when I got my port oit request they start jumping onto me. Also despite of enabling AutoPay thei payment systems fails and they penalise customer without even telling why Autopay failed. @JioCare My port out code is valid so this time won’t be relenting. Someone Mr Mahesh from sr team called me 2 days back saying problem will be catered to immediately but 48 hrs later no network Did not want to post this but just wanted to highlight how hollow these people are

    @JioCare Plz do not take Jio Fiber connection. They treat customer like garbage. it would be sheer harassment I had lodged a complaint on 18/4/2026 vide Service request No.SR000033V2M3 to Jio Fiber no resolution even after 2 days Clear cut case of monopoly and unfair trade

    @JioCare Complaint no. SR000033DYGL — your executive says resolution may take 90 days. I have 3 numbers affected & I’m paying for services I can’t use. I need proper compensation or immediate resolution. Failing this, I will escalate to the consumer forum & higher authorities.

    @JioCare Hey—when exactly are you guys going to address this concern? I’ve raised a ticket so many times, yet nothing seems to make sense, and I’m getting absolutely no resolution to the issue. I’m going to switch providers now—unless you guys on the JioFiber Plus team provide an update.
