    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @airtelindia @reliancejio ACTFibernet has the worst service provider. Having issues from January and still not resolved. Having been calling daily. The agent said 2day that my supervisor will call u in 4 hours as he busy on other calls. Pathetic.

    @JioCare I need you to resolve call drop or network issues on priority as I am unable to talk with anyone with my jio number.internet speed is myth on jio.

    @JioCare If you guys are not gonna fix the issue then please provide the refund for the prepaid recharges which are in queue. So that I can port out and which ever network is having better coverage in my area, will opt that.

    @JioCare Before giving reply to the customers, first of all, please understand their problem and then think if the solution. After that continue on the resolution. Instead don't give give common reply and irritate them.

    @JioCare Hope you have read the previous replies from your team. So far no update and no one has visited my place to see how pathetic the service become since last 5 weeks almost.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare #jio now things are worst... Not at all speed.. I am complaining since last 1 year and not at all resolution. I have 5 connection of Jio at my home and if this issue did not resolve in this month then I am going to port all.Worst kind of service #jiojio

    @rajatrakhit @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI I have too complained the same issue to JIO but so far no action has been taken and @DoT_India should take action against @reliancejio. In my tweet I have mentioned @TRAI too. It’s really annoying that @TRAI too didn’t respond.

    @JioCare I am not getting internet services at all inside my home(but getting internet services as soon as I come 20 to 30 meters away from my home) since last 7 days(before it was good). Informed to JIO Customer care but no any solution provided. Please resolve this issue

    @JioCare U people made a joke of ur system. Its hardly matters of 15 mins to solve the issue. And your service station is 20mins away from location. Its almost 8 complete days. Old age Government system would have solved the issue in atleast 3-4 day. u guys are giving only fake promises..

    @JioCare Connection quality has become quite a problem in recent times with @Airtel_Presence, however they still are the quickest to resolve any issues. @airtelindia Airtel is better than from you JIO!!
