@JioCare Internet was down for last 5 days, the issue is resolved today. But I lost 5 days validity due to a technical probs at Jio box. Will the plan renewal date gets extended? Customer already pays for 31days in advance but only gets 25days service.

@JioCare Most pathetic customer service you guys have!! #jiofiber is installed but it doesnt have static IP and neither the surveillance camera’s work. Disconnect my connection or I will make the JIO fiber box for my colony is thrown out.

@JioCare @MukeshAmbanima How pathetic the service of Jio fibre can be ? For last 4 days, Jio team has been giving different excuses for non installation of a set top box. The error is Jio’s accounting error and for that customer installation is kept on hold. Very frustrating.
