    @reliancejio @reliancegroup fiber customer care has been saying that for 100 mbs , 1 month there is no installation charges and the local service providers are saying without 3 months plan we will not provide services. this is not something not what I expected from jio.

    @JioCare this jio fiber is a fraud. They asking to pay extra amount of 2000rs. When contacted jio customer they r simply asking to pay instead of solution.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio My SRN SR00001BDYX1 has not been addressed by any technician or engineer yet in last 21hrs. They simply repeat, technical reasons taking time and no assurance yet. Very poor service. Please take immediate action and help in resolving this.

    @reliancejio #jio #jiostore I went for jio sim replacement at jio official store in my hometown, They ask me to pay 175/- and they gave me one plastic item as attached sale. so i started to call customer care then they ask me to wait 4 hours. finally they gave me sim 25/-

    @JioCare @reliancejio JIO wouldn't allow you to submit very poor ratings , their engineers /technicians have no idea how to rectify the high ping issue , worst mistake to have it's connection , Airtel is far better than it.Dont recommend new user to have jiofiber
