    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber connection Order No.NO0000JNL5VY A person named Chary from Jio took complete amount of 2500/- but have not installed the connection. No proper response or set expectation. Poor service towards a new subscriber.

    @Airtel_Presence Simple issues I have 2 airtel numbers . I won't like to recharge both for incoming now airtel increased minimum recharge amount also. So I won't need this network anymore. @JioCare giving free incoming calls. 💙

    @JioCare Fed up with Jio for its slow internet speed and pestering reminder calls to the customer 4 days in advance that too while making every call. Thinking of converting to other network if this pestering doesn't stop. Let customers decide when to recharge.

    @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare I am a post paid customer of jio and have been facing issues with one of my child accounts post recent upgrade. Unable to make calls for more than a week and very poor response on all channels. Taking this route as a final option for quick resolution.

    Do you guys even have a user friendly UI ? Every single complaint/Service request is tedious. The same response regarding bill payment doesn't seem to be there for Connectivity issues. @reliancejio is probably the worst service provider on this planet. SHAME !!

    @JioCare I recharged Rs. 1400 plan in an outdated JioFiber prepaid account of mine that I wasn't using I wanted to recharge in postpaid account only but Jio app showed option to recharge my prepaid account instead I contacted jio support & they are not refunding money Scammers!

    JioFiber service down for the past 1 week. Service engineer visit always gets put on hold. I have rescheduled the visit 3 times. Never seen such pathetic service. Atleast allow the customer to connect to customer care, NO! No accountability whatsoever. @reliancejio
