    @JioCare R you listening?? I brought new connection with one year packege and 1st July installation done, but 30 min after installation it was down, got resolution after calling several times to installation engineer. But still my jio phone nos +914035955702 not working.

    @JioCare @DoT_India The issue is not taken care of yet. I have been requesting Jio to pick the device and get the refund from May 21st 2022. Shame on you Jio @DoT_India please take an action..or your job is to just forward it to the concerned department?

    @ViCustomerCare I see that You guys have increased the PP Bills. I'm paying 470/- for 30 days with 40 GB Internet which is of NO USE. But I'm get'g 3 GB/day for 28 days for 359 only vt prepaid. Porting the service provider is good. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare any plans at your end?

    @JioCare Its like i am on a mission or goal to achieve my above mentioned concern of uninstallation of Jio fiber,my money almost 8000 is struck with u, interesting thing is your customer care don’t have old records of failed commitments,never faced such prlm with local internet providers.

    Airtel added more mobile subscribers than Reliance Jio in September 2020. @reliancejio internet became poor in my location ( in Kochi metropolitan area) in last two months . Airtel is horrible and Vi has no range .

    @jiocare poor quality of equipment ...Jio remote is not used at least 6 times/clicks now company says it's need to replace and to pay additional money...I'm not sure how these cheap quality equipment is allowed/manufactured in India....we are using hathway cable DTH remote 4 ages

    @JioCare regretting buying jio fiber. my internet is down from yesterday happened thrice from the date of installation thats 25 November the first time i contacted the guy who installed and he said to wait and it got back after 8 hours but now its been more than 24 hours.
