@JioCare Mam I am leaving our station for a week now and will be back on 12th of December, and I will not allow any service engineer in my absence at my home. So this means I will be loosing 10 days of my recharge which is approx 500. Now u only say is your service not poor?

@JioCare I had jio fibre connection installed for they said it is 30 days free trial and if I don't like it can return it and get the full refund of 2500 rs and that too immediately after pick up. After lots of head ache with customer care I got 1500 rs refund.
