    @JioCare I made several attempt to reach to customer care but exept sorry my issues not solved yet.. look like I made mistakes choosing #JioFiber leaving my old service provider.

    @JioCare Facing issue with sms service. I am unable to receive sms from anyone. Even OTPs i am unable to get. Pls help me to fix the issue. Last SMS was received on 28th April. Till now i don't see any sms. Even I deactivated DND aswel same issue.

    @JioCare Its been 72 hrs, which i have provided you every detail you have asked for and till now i didn’t any update on the payment issue. If we didn’t recharge and you will be disconnecting the internet promptly. Then you are not addressing the money you deducted.

    @JioCare What a shame on Jio fiber part still no one has contacted ,past 3 days continuously calling your customer care things getting worse and escalated but no resolution ,what’s the funny part is your company doesn’t know the meaning of high Priority #zero service

    @JioCare R you listening?? I brought new connection with one year packege and 1st July installation done, but 30 min after installation it was down, got resolution after calling several times to installation engineer. But still my jio phone nos +914035955702 not working.

    Your in-app chatbot is an absolute joke, it just tells me to buy more of your services for some reason instead of giving any valuable answer. Your engineers just say "sorry can't do anything call customer care" and hangs up. I've basically lost the ability to contact @JioCare

    "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.
