    @JioCare Facing issue with sms service. I am unable to receive sms from anyone. Even OTPs i am unable to get. Pls help me to fix the issue. Last SMS was received on 28th April. Till now i don't see any sms. Even I deactivated DND aswel same issue.

    @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare I am a post paid customer of jio and have been facing issues with one of my child accounts post recent upgrade. Unable to make calls for more than a week and very poor response on all channels. Taking this route as a final option for quick resolution.

    @JioCare Thanks Akshay you local team since two month they are just postponing to next week I don't think the next week will ever come. Any will go to ACT for new connection. U have very weak and bad management of adding connections u don't have customer care or don't have local centers.

    @JioCare Having the worst experience with #JioFiber . Requested for setup box and scheduled installation on 28th April. It's getting rescheduled again and again. Made numerous calls to #jiocustomercare, no solution. Your local service provider stopped taking calls.
