    @JioCare Thanks Akshay you local team since two month they are just postponing to next week I don't think the next week will ever come. Any will go to ACT for new connection. U have very weak and bad management of adding connections u don't have customer care or don't have local centers.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCinema When are you going to improve service. I request to donot take jio service until they change from present broadcast system to latest system. Any thing on the service is first recorded and they make packet of many then they broadcast. Looting

    @JioCare Its like i am on a mission or goal to achieve my above mentioned concern of uninstallation of Jio fiber,my money almost 8000 is struck with u, interesting thing is your customer care don’t have old records of failed commitments,never faced such prlm with local internet providers.

    @JioCare There's is serious issues in Jio sim network, I have 3 Jio sim in different handset but after every 15-20 network is fluctuating both network I mean internet and talking network,no signal, please Immediately solve this issue, on priority base

    @JioCare My internet is not working and I have been waiting on the phone line for 30 mins without an answer from your support. Your selfhelp diagnostics is the worst. It says everything is good even if the router light is not glowing green.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had a jio network which suddenly got disconnected with no reason, I am having accessing to all my accounts as those are linked with that number and jio care is not at all helping.

    @JioCare it took 4 hours for me to watch a 2 hours movie because of your internet speed. I have been raising complaint that speed is low since 2018. No rectification was done. Bloody ********. I repent using Jio. @MukeshAmba

    @JioCare Its been 72 hrs, which i have provided you every detail you have asked for and till now i didn’t any update on the payment issue. If we didn’t recharge and you will be disconnecting the internet promptly. Then you are not addressing the money you deducted.

    Starting of one month it is high data speed when #jiobooster installed near us after one moth struggling for even receiving a phone call, around 200 sims of our family and neighbours are planning to change other network if it wasnt resolved soon @JioCare @reliancejio

    Relocation request done for jio air fiber but still my process not completed. The fresh installation is still pending on my new location...no proper update on the same. Please check and get it resolve soon. Request done on 12th July. Pathetic service.@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare (Service ID: 778610860366) has already been collected, yet my ₹3,300 refund has been pending for over a year. I have all the proofs and have already registered NCH Docket No. 9632657. If my refund is not processed immediately, I will place all evidence before the Consumer (2/3)

    @JioCare its jio care but your service team does not care. 3 days many follow ups but er not visiting. Modern Overseas Sec 1 Parwanoo . Called to Lovneet solan himachal 8278-742232 but no result so far . Kindly get the Internet repaired for which u took 1 year advance money

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber This is to inform you that my jio fiber (wired) connection is down. Twice technician visited but it was instant fix. After few days it goes off. No internet.

    @JioCare Paid 10k for the Jio Smart Society 15-month plan. Still not activated. My plan expired, forcing me to recharge ₹824.82 to continue WFH. Sales rep & manager don't answer calls. Customer care keeps me on hold after hearing the issue. Please resolve urgently. #JioFiber
