    @reliancejio Jio internet speed is very slow. I contact customer care and complain them but there was no improvement in internet speed. ASAP please improve jio internet speed

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare my internet is not working since two days, raised a request but your service guy marked it as solved without even coming, and calling me and telling why did i raise another request. Is this kind of behaviour what we expect from jio ?

    @reliancejio the worst network of jio that I feel. not only my connection but there is my family members network connection. please ASAP try to solve problems. if u not solve this problem I have no choice to change another network & also a my family members.

    If the internet can be slow due to Overcrowding it should not be done even during the day Because there are very few users during the day time. @JioCare

    the problem is not being solved even through Twitter, And not even getting from customer care. So please tell us where we should go so that our problem can be solved. Because even having a normal whatsapp message is having trouble. Please do not give high user reasons. @JioCare

    If I make a call to Customer Care, my call is automatically rejected. What I know is that this is the best network in India. When we recharged the plan we were not told in any way that the internet could be shut down at night. and i’ve been tweet for the last 3 days. @JioCare

    @JioCare the slowest network is I feel that is jio network. please try to solve network issue. there is not fault of my smart phone I already checked it. there is only issue of not only mine but also a in my family jio network.

    @JioCare @JioCare @TRAI my jio number is 9022906300. i am located from surat 394101. I have been watching for a long time now that the internet is shut down from 8 to 10 o'clock at night. And for the last 3 days I have been trying to call in customer care but there is no contact.

    @TRAI @reliancejio Whom & how i contact customer care of giga fibre for very bad service? Called customer care 4-5 times but each time my call ended,failed to file complain thru Jio App,even unable to contact executive who was in charge when i installed giga fibre. 😡😡😡😡😡

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have renewed my Amazon Prime subscription via MyJio app on Dec 25,2021 which is valid for a year. I have received a message yesterday that it is unsubscribed, I have raised multiple SR’s(SR000018TY4V)but the SR got closed without a resolution. Joke?

    @reliancejio Pathetic support for business services. We are using SIP Trunk of jio, we are facing a problem for the last few days but no one is taking care of it. It continues to call drop. We as a service provider can not afford is service loss at any cost. Please fix it ASAP
