    @TRAI @reliancejio Whom & how i contact customer care of giga fibre for very bad service? Called customer care 4-5 times but each time my call ended,failed to file complain thru Jio App,even unable to contact executive who was in charge when i installed giga fibre. 😡😡😡😡😡

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare my internet is not working since two days, raised a request but your service guy marked it as solved without even coming, and calling me and telling why did i raise another request. Is this kind of behaviour what we expect from jio ?

    worst jio fiber service @reliancejio When the connection is to be given, the executive comes at home and when the problem is to be solved, then only on the phone.

    There is so much issues I’m facing in internet connection in jio fiber like it seems that 100 MBPS is a joke now and even the main office doesn’t get connected for this issues , no services or return call I received, the internet is working so poorly. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @UnionBankTweets @RBI i do a recharge in jio @JioCare its complete more then 10 days. I have talk with union bank customer care he take a complaint and but still today i didnt get my money back. And i try to call in union bank customer care more then 5/6 time but call not connect

    @reliancejio Jio internet speed is very slow. I contact customer care and complain them but there was no improvement in internet speed. ASAP please improve jio internet speed

    @JioCare the slowest network is I feel that is jio network. please try to solve network issue. there is not fault of my smart phone I already checked it. there is only issue of not only mine but also a in my family jio network.

    @reliancejio the worst network of jio that I feel. not only my connection but there is my family members network connection. please ASAP try to solve problems. if u not solve this problem I have no choice to change another network & also a my family members.

    @JioCare I hv recharged my datapack but its not reflecting and I tried activating it frm MyJio app, but couldn't as it throws error msg. Its showing queued now. Plz fix it. I hv DMed you all the details.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCare asked for camera to be installed for my TV for video calls, but jio team of Tuty-TN said they can install but we don't recommend jio camera as it has no warranty so go for some other in the market ..is this your service..I am using all jio products

    Wow what a Customer service @JioCare @reliancejio Jio have. Customer care disconnected my call 2 times. No reply in jiochat, No help in #MyJio my jio app, no proper response, not even a reply in 199,198 How long stayed in a call. After paying of bill it's been a second day.
