The worst ever service of @fiber_jio. I applied for cancelation of connection at my office on 31st July 2020. No reply from @JioCare Took new connection at home as we were doing work from home. Now @reliancejio is charging for both connection.

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare this is my 2nd tweet. How many days need to install cables and start a new connection? It’s been 1.5 months and all I can hear “yes it will be done by the end of this week”. If the start is this much poor how can I trust after sale service?

@reliancejio @JioCare Just ported to #Jio last week. I've feeling of being cheated. Data speed is too low like 2G. Is this the day which I'd foreseen while moving to Jio? Improve your data speed otherwise 90days ain't so far. Another @airtelindia number has no complaint at all.

@JioCare @JioCare it is really not about disconnection. It's how the request has been kept on hold and kept on rescheduling. Extremely bad customer experience with arrogance to go ahead with disconnection and not resolving the concern. I am still observing same behaviour.

@reliancejio 5. Fibernet is very proactive in that regard; if you make a complaint, they respond within 4-5 hours and don't make empty promises or hang up.
