    @JioCare @reliancejio When will it be my area's turn from across the country? I have been waiting and asking for help since last three years but I am not getting any resolution yet.     @JioCare I’m assured the issue will be resolved in a few days, and then the complaint is closed without any improvement on the ground. This is not an isolated issue affecting only my number. The entire locality has been facing the same network problem for months. (2/3)

    @JioCare @reliancejio Im done with your service. Process my refund and close the connection. Local providers are prompt in response. You will create service requests and disappear. Your engineers will never visit they will reschedule and finally close tickets im seeing this from past 14 days.

    Hello @reliancejio , your airfiber service is ******. You don't let people complain while having low speed issues. You regularly have network outages in my area. Your customer care's are equipped with what kind of devices. My ookla speed test shows 6 Mbps for 30 Mbps connection.
