    @reliancejio @JioCare There is bug in jiocloud app.. When i try to login with my number new account is created...what about my old account..all data stored there....Need solution on urgent basis as i am not able to access my data stored on cloud..

    If you can't resolve problem of jiocloud then either make seperate department of customer care for jio cloud or stop all the other services of jio...after mentioning the problem they are again repeating that...worst kind of service by jio @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    I urge you please maintain well telecom network. I complained several time but no response from company. Also not registered complains. It is critical time.please do needful to be connected to home. Please keep action @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India last month to be with jio. Worst network. Next month port out from jio. No services. Low network worst then 2g. No solutions from jio. Many complaints zero response. Waste of money. No difference earlier reliance now jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia worst network lose much business because of one way talks from jio. my customer couldnt contact because of not reachable . Thanks to airtel for connecting me thru another number. Port out from jio.

    2/2 @JioCare @reliancejio You have virtually blocked customers from making complaints. It's absolutely difficult to reach out the you to get a problem solved. Your system says 50 mpbs is great speed when I am supposed to get 150. With such services, your growth is an irony

    @JioCare pathetic customer service as well as app experience. Why would you mention a time slot for 9-10am when there is no one available? The customer service representative at it's worst says "it's process and that doesn't mean they will come within the time frame" Awful app UX

    Dear @JioCare, all I am looking for is the invoice for my last recharge done on my JioFiber a/c in April 2021. The app only allows upto last 180 days and none of the customer support execs seem to understand what I am looking for. Please help !
