@reliancejio @JioCare i thought i would get supirior experience if port into jio. Guy at Jio was unprofessional and rude refused to help. Instead of helping customers he was busy with his phone setting up callertune. Well change my mind, i am staying with @ViCustomerCare.

@JioCare @reliancejio the remote HD suddenly stopped working and none of your means of customer care be it live chat, WhatsApp or representative over the phone are able to help with it. Done troubleshooting almost 25 times - no result 👿👿👿👿

@IamKrush7 @JioCare Yes @JioCare I'm also facing the same problem since monday or might be sunday, my average internet speed is 10 to 15 kbps, n before it was nearly average 100 150 kbps everytime bt now onwards it is only 10% of it n can't do surfing and also my what's app msgs are not delivering.

Absolutely pathetic network @reliancejio @JioCare My WiFi is down, so had to switch to mobile network but it is absolutely ******! No network coverage since 7 PM!!! Forget 4G, not even 2G!!

@JioCare Dear Sir, since October’20 I have filled up the registrations but not getting service. Daily your people are coming to my area for giving new connections, but they say NO to me, after many query they say all are filled up, but still giving new connections to others. Pl help
