@reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic service. Your representative are not responding to our request of resolving our issue. They resolve the issue on application without addressing it. Customer care is also not giving any assurance. Kindly do the needful.

SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them @JioCare

@JioCare Hi kindly process my disconnection and refund request as my experience with jio is pathetic as i have to lodge a complain every week and the resolution take minimum 5 days so i am not interested in taking your services anymore so kindly refund my money and process disconnection

Before, taking action on 5G you must have to improve your 4G networks. Because mostly the middle class and below that are using @reliancejio I believe they all are facing problem but the thing is that people won't speak out. But, I have spent my money and It's not worth it. #Jio

Just had a retention call from @JioCare for my jio post-paid number. Initially I was unsatisfied with my previous experiences with customer care, but this guy, named Ajay Chauhan, was so polite and convincing that I’m planning to stay with #jio. Jio, that man deserves a raise.

@JioCare On calling with another number he picked up the call and after knowing it’s me he told me some excuse and cut the phone. What all does this shows. This is utter disrespect towards could be a loyal customer. Very humiliating.(2/2)

@sssingh21 in my experience @reliancejio is much better than @airtelindia Airtel couldn't fix the network issues in more than 6 months...finally had to move every connection to Jio

There are 3 connections of Jio fbr with number 5742796412, 5742796114,5742796333 with Name Amit Shakya, Manish Yadav,Hariom verma in single row and all the roofs are joint and on every 15 days the wire break issue we are facing due to long distance of FAT.@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani

Without using data it gets credited by night 12am and exhaust by morning 5am...can anybody explain ..how this is possible.I suggest jio customer care to check the loop ...or else if faces the same will switch to some of ur competitors giving better services #jio #reliancejio
