@JioCare Hamza...It is going on from last 5 months and everytime new member come and ask me and raise multiple tickets and issue never got resolved . I don't know what jio is doing and they are not able to solve one problem

@reliancejio The pricing is bit higher side, Local ISP offers much cheaper than Jio. Also @JioCare Customer Support is very bad. I literally contact Jio 6-7 times on DM but no one giving any satisfactory solution.

Complained many time to Airtel for frequently disconnect of broadband.2 months ago I requested to close my account but thev said will nt happen again & will upgrade to 100Mbps in 30 days.PROBLEM STILL EXIST. NO UPGRADE. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare @DoT_India @rsprasad @airtelindia

@reliancejio As there is no longer IUC charges to call someone using another telecom user. Can we expect prices of plans to go down like before IUC charges were implemented for Jio users. For e.g. 399 rs use to offer 1.5GB/day for 84 days before but after IUC the duration was decreased to 56D

@reliancejio Initially Tariff was raised to include additional minutes for other network calls, but does it makes sense to continue even after TRAI ends IUC for all domestic voice calls.
