    @JioCare Very frustrating service by Jio, They scheduled engineer visit at 11:30 am but still no call or person contacted.

    Just had a retention call from @JioCare for my jio post-paid number. Initially I was unsatisfied with my previous experiences with customer care, but this guy, named Ajay Chauhan, was so polite and convincing that I’m planning to stay with #jio. Jio, that man deserves a raise.

    We have 5 jio user in my home right now nobody able to make call from jio sim or anybody can call us internet also not working in any sim please resolve this @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic service. Your representative are not responding to our request of resolving our issue. They resolve the issue on application without addressing it. Customer care is also not giving any assurance. Kindly do the needful.

    Dear, @reliancejio I've been facing the slow internet speed for more than many months. Whenever I call the customer care they have only one answer "Our team is working in this location" since I've converted to @reliancejio.

    Before, taking action on 5G you must have to improve your 4G networks. Because mostly the middle class and below that are using @reliancejio I believe they all are facing problem but the thing is that people won't speak out. But, I have spent my money and It's not worth it. #Jio

I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them

    @JioCare Hi kindly process my disconnection and refund request as my experience with jio is pathetic as i have to lodge a complain every week and the resolution take minimum 5 days so i am not interested in taking your services anymore so kindly refund my money and process disconnection

    @JioCare saddest experience even after Recharge I cannot access internet sad about customer care support..how is this possible if someone Recharge today plan will activated tomorrow? Saying old plan is still running 😞
