    Just had a retention call from @JioCare for my jio post-paid number. Initially I was unsatisfied with my previous experiences with customer care, but this guy, named Ajay Chauhan, was so polite and convincing that I’m planning to stay with #jio. Jio, that man deserves a raise.

    SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them @JioCare

    @JioCare You should checkout how other platform will initiate the payment. No one recharge or pay bills without notified how this amount is going to cut. Very bad implementation of @MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT.

    @reliancejio Atleast start serving the actual 4 G first... Complaing since last two years and getting the same reply template. "We are working to expand our network, services in your area will get better in some time"

    Jio has been providing bogus service 4 a long time,my internet has been shut down since the morning.I can't do any work related 2 my office, there r many commitments which r depends on the internet.Will Jio compensate 4 my loss due 2 internet? @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegrou

    This @reliancejio service so dam.. Bad.. I have 1.5 gb every day plan.. But after 1 gb the speed some how gets so much pathetic that you can't even use twitter properly.. @JioCare do something

    This is my 4th consecutive written complain through this social media to @JioCare and @reliancejio I've been asking for support regarding the issue raised on 25th June 2026. I am facing the issue since 19th June 2026. Till now not a single time I've received any updates. (1/2)

    @JioCare Since then: No technician has been assigned. I have made nearly four calls to customer support since morning. Every call ends up with me being kept on hold until the call eventually gets disconnected, with no callback from the support team.
