@reliancejio @JioCare i thought i would get supirior experience if port into jio. Guy at Jio was unprofessional and rude refused to help. Instead of helping customers he was busy with his phone setting up callertune. Well change my mind, i am staying with @ViCustomerCare.

@JioCare Thanks @JioCare , the issue was resolved at around 1PM yesterday. I would appreciate if it is addressed quicker if at all it happens again. Luckily it was a weekend so work is not impacted, just imagine we not being able to connect to work, it would be big impact.
