@JioCare I have shifted to new house. My request to shift my existing Jio fiber connection was denied. Even though new home is in same building. I had to take new connection because of WFH & requested to cancel old connection on 19April2021. Still no action has been taken. (1/2)

@reliancejio No internet from a few days, on top of it if I call cus service, why the hell is it asking for DOB? You certainly did not ask that when I bought the data vouchers. I am a user of jio hot spot from 4 years, FYI The perils of no competition!

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Why we are getting less speed when compared to other places. We have paid for 4g speed but getting 2g speed.We also recharge for same amount and at the same time we expect same service like others. If you say lot of users are there then install one me to cater all.
