@JioCare Unfortunately there is no resolution provided.. No customer service is this poor!! Firstly you charge a wrong bill amount.. Then you can't fix it for 13 days.. And you don't even care to respond!! I will want to file a complaint against jio as well @ConsumerCom

@JioCare The amount of harassment I have faced... Due to your own billing mistake.. I should be charging you for compensation!! Calling customer service for Atleast 15 times and visiting jio store and being told that they can't help!! SR is to be closed in 2 days max.!Where is the status!
