    @JioCare In my area signals are week both indoor and outdoor. Not able to browse any sites. When I try to give a complaint your application showing don't find any issue with your network speed.

    @JioCare Indoor outdoor any where Same problem every one suffering with low speed. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia providing good speed in sample place. Why can't you provide same

    @JioCare 3 days without internet and still no resolution. Your team keeps sending "technician assigned" messages, but no technician ever arrives. If you can collect bills on time, at least provide the service customers are paying for. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Fix this ASAP. #JioFiber #PoorService

    @JioCare @JioCare Now I am being told that no service slot is available. This is not a routine service request—it is a safety hazard involving a cable near 11kV electrical infrastructure. If an incident occurs despite repeated complaints and missed commitments, who will be accountable?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have no internet last 3days, yet no engineer has been assigned neither your team is responding this pathetic service, when it comes to payment you guys are prompt to slap late fines if it's delayed by couple of days but when it comes customer service you

    JioFiber's service is pathetic. When I call customer support, the IVR just gives scripted responses with no option to speak to an assistant. Even on JioCare WhatsApp, the assistant insists on solving the issue itself
