    @JioCare In my area signals are week both indoor and outdoor. Not able to browse any sites. When I try to give a complaint your application showing don't find any issue with your network speed.

    @JioCare Indoor outdoor any where Same problem every one suffering with low speed. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia providing good speed in sample place. Why can't you provide same

    @JioCare @reliancejio I do not want installation anymore. Cancel my JioFiber/AirFiber order immediately and process full refund. Order ID: ILI2197000310042026 Paid ₹807 on 10/04/2026. 11 days delay is unacceptable. If refund is not processed within 48 hours, I will proceed with consumer complaint.

    @JioCare Visited, 2 stores in nearby area as number owner is bed ridden and no support by store to come at home to do kyc. Even visted a main service center but they too unable to help

    @JioCare Nothing has been done yet. It's still the same and fixed replies from your time. Everytime I call customer care, they update the resolution time and then nothing happens. This should get solved by tomorrow or I am filling case against you in customer court.

    @reliancejio i ordered a new sim online which was supposed to be delivered in 48 hours. After 100 hours there is no sign of it. The no. On sms is unreachable since sat. Ridiculous where sim cant be delivered home seamlessly. Your app care no. Also doesnt work
