@JioCare I'm facing this problem since long long time. Recharge reminder before every call making, three to four days in advance. Every time I request to stop it, so many logics from Jio. Please stop these reminder, I very well know the recharge date.

@JioCare @jiofiber bangalore is down and it is showing service request will be done tomorrow at 3pm.#how will anyone work till tomorrow 3pm. There are other service providers who provide a fix in hours whereas jio is sayin 1.5days

@JioCare I'm facing sms issues. Sending and receiving SMS works fine. But I do not receive SMS from some numbers(non replyable numbers). I have been facing this issue for past few years. Please note that I did not block any numbers.

@JioCare Engineer has been assigned 4 times in the past , but on the day of appointment he moves the appointment - and if you ask customer care they mention that customer only requested for rescheduling.I am receiving a standard reply from your side but not on date of installation

@JioCare Jio Fiber not working from 5 days despite of complaint no one came to fix the issue. Can you let me know can a person wait for so long from being disconnected in today’s world? Is this the kind of service expected? validity of plan extended internet have not worked ?
