    @JioCare In my area signals are week both indoor and outdoor. Not able to browse any sites. When I try to give a complaint your application showing don't find any issue with your network speed.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio since last two days our wifi is not working nearly 30Connection down even try to contact customer care not responding raised complaint but till not assigned tecnical engineer @TRAI please kindly look at on this issue

    @JioCare It's been 2 days, unable raise the ticket. When call to customer care bot speaks to self diagnosis and disconnects. Since every month it happens, and no compensation is given I need to change to different provider. One of the worst provider I have used.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio AirFiber order cancelled on 10 May. Refund of Rs 1200 still not received despite waiting 21 days, multiple follow ups and SRN generation. Today I was told the refund would be credited by 5:35 PM but it is still pending. Please help.

    @JioCare No internet connectivity since last three days. Complaint raised already yesterday but no update received & no engineer visit is scheduled. Pls solve the issue. We are suffering due to non connectivity.

    Disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare. Despite their tech team confirming my connection cannot be restored due to a broken cable from local construction, my cancellation request from May 31st is being completely ignored. (1/2)

    @JioCare Again you are not answering my question as per your routine practice for diverting the main point. You please give me answers what is the TAT as per company’s policy to resolve the complaint and who are the responsible for delaying the resolution. Please don’t divert the point.

    @reliancejio Have you shut down your 5G net? The 5G net is worse than the 2G of 2017. You are just fooling your customers.
