    @JioCare In my area signals are week both indoor and outdoor. Not able to browse any sites. When I try to give a complaint your application showing don't find any issue with your network speed.

    @JioCare The customer care executive were not able to solve my problem. Worst service. Even the email sent were not responded. Worst service and cheating/fraud by company

    @JioCare @reliancejio I just noticed the new service request which was opened has also been marked as Resolved without any resolution. I don't understand what is going on. Service Requests are opened and closed per your own will. Can someone look into it now? #poorcustomerservice

    @JioCare @mohdabuzar488 not only in Sikraur village but almost whole area is has very poor network. Despite multiple complains you guys don't improve it.

    @JioCare I installed Jio Fiber, Today Iam submitting Return request. Sales guy cheated me with two month trial offer due to Big Day offer. but I see only one month, why this cheap promises to bring in customers?Jio family escaped after taking money without addressing issues @reliancejio

    @airtelindia network coverage in my area is deteriorating day by day, unable to even use internet. I have 6 connections(Rs.2500) and if speed doesn't improve I'll port my numbers .Pincode 786184. @JioCare maybe you can help.
