    @JioCare In my area signals are week both indoor and outdoor. Not able to browse any sites. When I try to give a complaint your application showing don't find any issue with your network speed.

    @JioCare Recharged 1-year plan ONLY for Gemini offer. Earlier used on another number (removed later as it was office-related). Now being denied eligibility without clear prior info. This caused financial loss. Request fair resolution – either activate the offer or compensate.

    @JioCare This is not appropriate without informing anything to the customer.This is why I said the worst service ,after paying no one contacted and now it's cancelled without informing. Cruelty by @JioCare @reliancejio overs it customer.

    @reliancejio Ordered Jio SIM on 05/04/2026 via MyJio app, delivery promised within 48 hrs. Today is 10/04/2026, still not delivered. No call, no contact from delivery executive despite many complaints. SR No: SRO00032YA8J. Kindly refund ₹399 (₹50 booking + ₹349 recharge). Poor service..

    Hey @JioCare @JioAirFiber — Paying for 30 Mbps, getting 3 Mbps. That's a 90% speed scam 💀 2 weeks of garbage speeds on ALL devices. Customer care? Useless. If this isn't fixed soon, I'm cutting the connection FOR GOOD. RT if you're facing the same! #JioAirFiber #Fix_Jio
