    @JioCare In my area signals are week both indoor and outdoor. Not able to browse any sites. When I try to give a complaint your application showing don't find any issue with your network speed.

    Hi @JioCare, what’s the point of paying ₹1000+ for a 5G plan when I’m getting internet speeds in KBPS also call drops issue Extremely disappointing network performance. Thinking I should’ve stayed with @airtelindia porting out without wasting my balance. #Jio #5G #NetworkIssue

    @JioCare I know you are not human, stop making robotic auto reply, public not fools anymore the same message I have been receiving for past 10 days. And you refund process is still under process. If I don't pay subscription service is terminated immediately, there #nojustice in india

    @JioCare I just received a message stating that the technician visit has again been rescheduled to 27th May between 6-7 pm. Are you serious? This is the worst service I have ever received. I am definitely going to change my WiFi provider once my subscription ends.

    Took JioAirFiber expecting quick installation, but since installation wasn't done quickly, I want to cancel the order. But, there is no proper cancellation option available. Every number provided only gives installation status updates, nothing for cancellation support. @JioCare
