    @JioCare In my area signals are week both indoor and outdoor. Not able to browse any sites. When I try to give a complaint your application showing don't find any issue with your network speed.

    How long does it take to replace a faulty router/setup or send a competent technician? Stop sending automated responses and take real action. Either resolve this permanently immediately or refund the amount for the months of unusable service. @JioCare @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @reliancejio my active sim card has been deactivated without any prior notice. I’ve been a regular customer of Jio since past 10 yrs and this has caused me extreme inconvenience. I went to the service centre but received no solution. I’m locked out of all my accounts!! @JioCare

    @JioCare I have mentioned multiple times to disconnect and close my connection. I will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or issues related to the Jio device. I am also not responsible for any future bill payments associated with this connection.

    The most **** customer care is @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare Despite clearly telling them i need refund in my source account, they are trying to give me voucher. And when you try to raise issue, they ghost you. Shameful behaviour.
