@reliancejio Poor jio fiber services. A backend issue on your side has given extreme inconvinience as no channels/no OTT apps can be browsed. 24 hours crossed and no intimation on the issue. @JioChat Customer services says they cant give any date/time when it will resolved.

@FinMinIndia @nsitharaman Please guide what to do in my case. @reliancejio deny to provide GST invoice for the purchase. They made excuses Of dependence on payment platform, & when I spoke to payment service provider, they referred back to Jio. Jio should be sending GST Invoice.
