    @JioCare In my area signals are week both indoor and outdoor. Not able to browse any sites. When I try to give a complaint your application showing don't find any issue with your network speed.

    @reliancejio @OnePlus_IN Jio 5g is coming. But in our area Jio Fiber is still not available. Asking jio fiber from past 1 year. Worst customer satisfaction.

    @harshil1712 @reliancejio @surfshark You are correct Harshil, Jio causes issues with VPNs. Haven't used VPN with their fiber connection but mobile 4G.

    @JioCare no one cared about 6th day of outage in my area... ! Why should we pay the bills.... Such a non dense customer service ... If you dont have enough man power to fix issues pls don't provide us ur connection at all

    @reliancejio One Of The Worst Network Operator In My Home Town Jharboni, Garhbeta West Medinipur West Bengal 721121 The JIO's Network Coverage still does not Provide Fully from 2016 To 2022 The Network Coverage is Same No Improvements The Indoor Coverage is horrible. @JioCare 😡

    Hi @JioCare , The internet is not working. I raised a ticket (No SR00001FZK2C). The service guy to whom you have assigned the ticket says I need to get in touch with your installation guys. Can I expect some coordination among your folks and have this fixed?

    @JioCare @JioFibre @reliancejio so far my experience with getting things done with Jio is really bad . SR00001FXJGK is open since Monday and i really can’t go any longer without internet specially when im WFH . If i dont get a resolution asap im getting a new connection.
