    @JioCare Indoor outdoor any where Same problem every one suffering with low speed. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia providing good speed in sample place. Why can't you provide same

    @JioCare In my area signals are week both indoor and outdoor. Not able to browse any sites. When I try to give a complaint your application showing don't find any issue with your network speed.

    @JioCare Jio isn't cares of their subscribers. Network is barely running slow since couple of months. This is not expected from @reliancejio. Very bad internet experience.

    @JioCare Finally technician visited today, but issue is still there. Even I asked him to cancel the order and refund my money back and he confirmed cancelation, said your money will be refunded by today evening but nothing happened so far. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Had very bad exp with JIO. I regret y I portd 2 JIO. Unable 2 make use of internet. I wastd my money. Nt even able 2 open any website & app due 2 ****** internt speed. In d name of 4g I m getting internet speed worst thn 1g. ......1 of 2

    @JioCare @reliancejio idk inspite of registering my complain that my new jiofiber modem is lagging out wifi signals there is no response from your end on the my jio app you are just playing with me and suggesting me to power off modem appoint a service engineer to resolve it ASAP
