    @JioCare In my area signals are week both indoor and outdoor. Not able to browse any sites. When I try to give a complaint your application showing don't find any issue with your network speed.

    @JioCare Indoor outdoor any where Same problem every one suffering with low speed. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia providing good speed in sample place. Why can't you provide same

    @JioCare first thing network is very poor. second thing you close coustom care number. currently I am a student if I were job parson then defferent file case in consumer court against ji you are not giving free data we are give you money for data this problem from last 1 month

    @JioCare what kind jio network services provide by you? Without network? You offer plan? Just shame on you...it's ridiculous when your customer care dept not able to gives your jio network problem solution...then why you start jio 5 when u r not able provide network to 4G..shame

    @JioCare Have any complaint is being registered....I have not able to attend office meetings due to frequent fibre disconnection... Kindly provide the resolution at the earliest or else help me to close the connection....this never be a problem with my earlier connection of other operator

    @reliancejio have raised request for disconnection of services on 15th April 2023 and jio fiber team closed the ticket without resolution, kindly confirm the reason asap as disconnection request still not processed, need to handover instrument asap, ticket id SR00001JD4G6

    @JioCare In my area network is good bt sim internet is very very poor literally like I use 2g internet in my phone. Please check and resolve this sim internet

    @JioCare. @reliancejio @TRAI I am not able to call even after recharging. It is complicated to talk with customer care representative. The process before talking to them is very lengthy. Please make it easy. I am facing problem with slow internet. I hope for a positive reply
