    Hey @JioCare ! We haven’t had internet for the last 2 days in Our building. The customer care has no clue when someone will come and fix it. Internet issues are usually sorted in a few hours and this has been going on for more than 48 hrs. Can someone look into this? #urgent

    @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai Disconnection Request was raised on 20th Aug 2021- SR000016AYX8 After termination it take 3 working days for processing my refund but no response for the team and when I call the customer care they are not giving proper response. SR000016DSD3

    @JioCare Please look into the #jiofiber services . With valid subscriptions of @fiber_jio I am not getting the services for Jio no 8709447183 .. It's already too late..#Jiocustomercare is just a lip service.. Not providing a solution
