There is so much issues I’m facing in internet connection in jio fiber like it seems that 100 MBPS is a joke now and even the main office doesn’t get connected for this issues , no services or return call I received, the internet is working so poorly. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

If the internet can be slow due to Overcrowding it should not be done even during the day Because there are very few users during the day time. @JioCare

@UnionBankTweets @RBI i do a recharge in jio @JioCare its complete more then 10 days. I have talk with union bank customer care he take a complaint and but still today i didnt get my money back. And i try to call in union bank customer care more then 5/6 time but call not connect

@JioCare @JioCare @TRAI my jio number is 9022906300. i am located from surat 394101. I have been watching for a long time now that the internet is shut down from 8 to 10 o'clock at night. And for the last 3 days I have been trying to call in customer care but there is no contact.

If I make a call to Customer Care, my call is automatically rejected. What I know is that this is the best network in India. When we recharged the plan we were not told in any way that the internet could be shut down at night. and i’ve been tweet for the last 3 days. @JioCare

@JioCare Yes you are right, @JioCare. Issue is resolved after 4+ days and requesting service engineer. I paid 300₹ to your service engineer and he refused to provide me bill. Thanks @reliancejio Please provide refund of 300₹ or give me bill. Also extend plan validity for 4 days.

@MSRAZVI92 @JioCare @reliancejio You right, executive of jio store also rude and not responsible, i try to migrate from jio prepaid to postpaid from last 3 days but they always say comes after 1 hour or wait for 30 minutes. Now decided to port to airtel postpaid and also airtel has arranged employee at my door.
