I raised a complaint for my Air Fiber connection, but it’s been 4 days and there has been no response. No engineer has even been assigned yet. This level of customer support is unacceptable. Resolve my issue on priority.

Anustup Das (@AnustupD) reported@JioCare Also this is my first day experience into the network, i asked the technician if there are any cable cut issues in the area , or else i would prefer air fiber, he wasn't keen on providing that connection inspite of me elaborating that i cannot afford the downtime as i WFH
