    @JioCare I know how it works. But it didn't. I was not able to make our receive calls. If it would have give through then do you think I would have complained? The screenshots clearly show that Wi-Fi is full but still there's no network. This is not how VOWIFI is to work.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Best Service Jio Fastest Network With 200 Kb Speed. Here's a lot of internet speed on my location, they are worried to increase the price of the plan and increase their revenue, no matter how the customer got an internet speed.

    @JioCare i recharge my no. With ₹2121 pack from jio app , amount is deducted but haven't got confirmation message ... I dm my no. Along with proof , pls solve my problem as soon as possible..

    I recently moved to US and activated IR on my jio number. Not getting signal ever since I landed here, it's been 3 days. Tried connecting with @JioCare on WhatsApp 20 times but the issue is not resolved and they are suggesting me to connect with the IR specialist on +917018899999
