@janandswamy1 @JioCare Exactly Its the same with me. No response to issues and no resolution the only response was subscription is not refundable. They just ignored to respond to the deposit refund.

@JioCare the speed I am getting after connecting with VPN is 19 mbps for a plan of 150mbps ...whereas for same VPN with different service provider speed is 95 mbps for a plan of 100mbps ..jii fiber is worst network while working with VPN...very disappointed..

@JioCare @reliancejio Service Request : SR000013H4U1. It have been a couple of days since i raised a connection issue. So far, no resolution or not even a call from service executive. Airtel resolves this type of issues within 4 Hours. Pls learn from Airtel
