    @JioCare After wasting three days you need a DM, even though every details like order id and request numbers are already shared over email, same is also mentioned here in the post, still you need a DM. Never seen a poor service like jio.

    Very disappointing service from Reliance Jio. My Wi-Fi/broadband has not been working for the last 3 days. The router keeps showing a blinking red signal, and the connection is still not restored. This is appalling customer service. @reliancejio @JioCare #jioairfiber
