    @JioCare Dear Jio Networks, the network around Whitefield, Bangalore has been down since past few hours. Thus it has been creating a lot of issues to us because of network and the internet connectivity issues. Please do not lead to disappointment and resolve this issue soon.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat after requesting so many times and telling them calls are not connecting and if connects also no voice is coming from opposite side and on my mobile full range is showing then also @JioCare not even taking care of customer then whats the use of jio.

    Last 20 days I faced so much of problems by using @reliancejio @JioCare .. network.. whenever it's raining network is not available and sometimes network is available but #internet Is not## Please take necessary action.. other wise lot of people will change to other network..

    @reliancejio I am receiving1-2 bars of network and low internet speeds in my region. The internet speed increases somewhat at night when everyone is asleep. But throughout the day it's really poor. Your competitors are doing really well in terms of service. You're disappointing!

    My @JioCare Fi works far better and provides quality coverage then my @VodafoneIN 4G connection !! Signal sucks even in Bangalore City .

    @JioCare I received a SMS saying the refund has failed due to mismatch in bank details. I am not able to understand what is the mismatch? Can you pls check and help sort it out as it's been pending for nearly 2months now. Such delay & follow-up is causing nuisance and mental harassment.

    @reliancejio Worst customer Services on JioFiber Service ID 299063606109 was deactivated on 12/11 but the device pick up is keep on rescheduling as of now it got rescheduled for 18 times and now it as been rescheduled on 06/12 and the last day for Jio engineer to collect my device is 12/12
