As soon as power cutoff happen, network gets down. Customer service team never provides me my complain id even after asking. Very pathetic response and degraded network coverage.

Deepshi khanna (@deepshikhanna) reported@JioCare I requested to cancel my Jio Fiber in April, and it took a month to process. Whenever we request a new connection, it is activated the next day. After it was terminated on May 11th, I haven't received a refund. I also can't connect through the app, as it shows nowhere.
