    @reliancejio i never gave a second thought to stay with jio when it raised recharge rates. In return the whole area of our Hullimagla P.O., electronic City, Bangalore always receiving internet speed<10KBps. I repeat 'always'. Increase the tower bandwidth ASAP

    @JioCare I have two issues with my Jio numbers: 1) Even though the signal shows full (at out side) not able browse internet. 2) Wi-Fi calling is not working most times, hence unable to make or take calls at home. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

    @JioCare in our area network is good, but 4G speed is really unreliable. It's in Kbs most, and rarely in Mbs. Upto a max of 3 Mbps. Please check.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio network is not available in Helios Business Park, Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka ( 5th , 6th , 7th, 8th Floor ) Where as Airtel , Vodafone network is available in all floors.Please look in to the issue. It's getting difficult to receive or call

    @reliancejio i have made several complain about network issue in my locality in Bangalore. As soon as power cutoff happen, network gets down. Customer service team never provides me my complain id even after asking. Very pathetic response and degraded network coverage.

    @JioCare while living in a techCity Bangalore, i am receiving internet speed alwz <10 KBps.Even when i type "Jio" in Google search,it take 9-10 seconds to display results So poor internet Bandwidth allowed here in Hullimagla P.O. Road,E-city, Bangalore. Feel my pain & resolve😩

    @reliancejio Don't use jio fibre very bad service , after paying you will be looking around for services and no one will take u seriously,service engineers will informe their headquarters that they resolved the complain but they don't visit the customer to resolve prob. , it's like headache.
