    @JioCare Dear Jio Networks, the network around Whitefield, Bangalore has been down since past few hours. Thus it has been creating a lot of issues to us because of network and the internet connectivity issues. Please do not lead to disappointment and resolve this issue soon.

    @JioCare @DoT_India Thanks for replying! If you are admitting that you have a limited network at my location, then you should not charge users for this area. Also, kindly provide the timelines by when proper network will be provided

    @airtelindia Facing worst experience with Broadband N mbl connection. Frm Apr8th u are in unplanned maintenance. If you have everything with same ntwk (Broadband, mbl, dongle) you are ****** up. @reliancejio @JioCare plz let me know if u provide service in this area.#bad_service

    @reliancejio I am receiving1-2 bars of network and low internet speeds in my region. The internet speed increases somewhat at night when everyone is asleep. But throughout the day it's really poor. Your competitors are doing really well in terms of service. You're disappointing!

    My @JioCare Fi works far better and provides quality coverage then my @VodafoneIN 4G connection !! Signal sucks even in Bangalore City .

    Worst experience of Jio near the tagged location , there is almost no access to internet most of the times, even calls are getting dropped and sometimes there is no network at all. Please look into this issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio on the decline A service started so well, ticked every box with respect to quality of service or cost or quality of support. But in just 10 years, things have begun falling apart and the whole system is crumbling under its own weight Mobile network is patchy, home internet is slow and intermittent, support is almost non existent - you keep breaking your head with a useless bot without getting a resolution. Is this how big brands are made? Sorry but this does not meet our expectations.

    Hello! @JioCare @reliancejio Urgent Request to Restore My Jio Number My Jio number XXXXXXXXXX was asking for re-verification as per government instructions. I first completed the re-verification through the MyJio app, and it showed that the process was successful. However, after some time, it again started asking for re-verification. Then I visited a Jio Service Center and completed the re-verification again. It was also successful there, but the issue continued. On 5 February 2026, my number was completely disconnected. After that, I again visited the service center, and they informed me that the number cannot be reactivated unless a Tag Code is generated. I contacted Reliance Jio customer care, and they told me that I would receive the Tag Code within 24 hours so I could get my SIM reactivated. However, even after waiting more than 24 hours, I have still not received any Tag Code. The company is not providing it, and my number is very important to me. I request immediate help to restore my number as soon as possible.

    @reliancejio @JioCare my jiofiber is not working for 4 hrs. Router is showing red blinking lights. Tried all troubleshooting methods give in Jio App. Unable to contact customer service on your 18008969999 helpline number and via Jio App. Unable to raise service request. Pls help.
