As soon as power cutoff happen, network gets down. Customer service team never provides me my complain id even after asking. Very pathetic response and degraded network coverage.

Been calling the helpline 1800 896 9999 and 198 and 199 but there is not a single way to speak to your customer care. Pathetic.
