@JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat after requesting so many times and telling them calls are not connecting and if connects also no voice is coming from opposite side and on my mobile full range is showing then also @JioCare not even taking care of customer then whats the use of jio.

Last 20 days I faced so much of problems by using @reliancejio @JioCare .. network.. whenever it's raining network is not available and sometimes network is available but #internet Is not## Please take necessary action.. other wise lot of people will change to other network..

My refund of Jio fiber is pending since June 2020. Jio service people have come and taken the jio fiber, setup box and was intimated that refund will be processed in 10days but not yet received .complain has been raised 3 times but no response @fiber_jio @PMOIndia @reliancejio
