    From last 3 days in my area there no connectivity of jio and now body is looking on it,Call so many times to jio customer care but no response infact they tell if you are not happy you can switch to other network bad response @AkaashAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare @Mukeshambani_1

    @JioCare I have two issues with my Jio numbers: 1) Even though the signal shows full (at out side) not able browse internet. 2) Wi-Fi calling is not working most times, hence unable to make or take calls at home. (please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

    Worst experience with @reliancejio Booked and paid in advance for installation and 6months package for #JioFiber and till now after multiple follow-ups, no one showed for installation.

    @JioCare while living in a techCity Bangalore, i am receiving internet speed alwz <10 KBps.Even when i type "Jio" in Google search,it take 9-10 seconds to display results So poor internet Bandwidth allowed here in Hullimagla P.O. Road,E-city, Bangalore. Feel my pain & resolve😩

    @JioCare The appointment has been rescheduled for evening 7-8 pm And no-one will come today even. As earlier schedules were 4:30-5:30pm. I will recommend my peer and every known, not to invest in jiofiber. Poor customer service.

    @JioCare I just want to know why your representative misled me. First, he pressured me to make the payment immediately by giving false assurances. Then, after receiving the payment, he stopped answering my calls. Is this the kind of customer experience Jio promotes?

    @JioCare @JioCare I raised the cancellation request out of frustration with Jio's complete failure to provide support. No internet since 1st July, no engineer visit, only repetitive replies. This is not customer service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio and ask me rate them with 5 that I went beyond and responsibility and provided them with info of the discontinued connection they said that they entered info in system but still there is no action. I am left with no option but to take social media to highlight the issue.
