    @JioCare Pls intervene, need help regarding the pending refund of Rs 2500 for my cancelled Jio Fiber connection. Cancelled on 8 Jan, returned devices on 21 Jan. Still, no refund even after the TAT of 14 days is completed. Raised complaint SR000013W70L too but no help @reliancejio

    @fullyfaltu2020 @JioCare I received 12 text messages to recharge before plan exipre. We have to know when to recharge and if we don't know then the plan is closed so we have to recharge. Also send message for no network issue solution. They only ask for detail and i gived detail 5 time.

    Dear @JioCare - my jio fiber renewal date is 10-Feb but u have slowed it down from last 2 days. Now it is crawling very slowly. Please let me know if this is ur official policy to slow down internet connection so much that customer is forced to recharge many days before expiry.
