    @JioCare my jio datacard battery gets swollen up. Data card is about 1 yr old only. Not feeling safe to use the datacard with this swollen battery. Pls help.

    For 3 days, my Jio STB has not been working. YouTube and JioHotstar work, but Jio Live Channels don’t. Complaints via app/email got no response, and customer care calls disconnect automatically. This is unacceptable. Fix it urgently and send a technician. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Wow this is how you resolve the request. My complaint was closed saying we tried contacting multiple times. Not a single call was made. Disgraceful and shameful. Did not know that Jio operates like this.
