    @JioCare That's not my concern as a customer. I paid for a working service and suffered significant losses due to this outage. Who will compensate for my losses? Since the service failed and caused me losses, will Jio provide a full refund of the amount paid?

    @JioCare @JioCare you guys were going to provide me an update in few hours it's been 16 hours since you said so. No update yet the speed is extremely slow it's a working day and I am unable to access internet on laptop because of your **** service.

    Automated reply by @JioCare , bogus links and no engineer assigned after 8 days. Seriously feel cheated by @JioCare . Would not recommend jio fibre to anyone. Feels like talking to a wall. Would file complaint with National Customer forum if not resolved today.

    @reliancejio Very poor customer service by the Jiofibre installation team. My order NO0001DWZRRC was supposed to install before Monday 08 June evening till date no response. My son in class 12 he is unable to download his notes or do homework. The sales guy said within 4 hours but 4 days

    @JioCare @JioCare I posted yesterday but still no installation. Now the service ticket you created is also closed without any resolution. This is highly unprofessional. I have waited around 20 days with daily follow-ups. Please cancel my order immediately and initiate the full refund.

    @JioCare Why are customers being taken for granted? @JioCare never seems to care about its customers. We are facing repeated disruptions due to an adamant and irresponsible technician who added an unauthorized extra connection in the Jio junction box.repeated complaints, no action so far

    @JioCare The issue is not rescheduling. My appointment has already been rescheduled twice without my consent. Internet has been down since 06 June. Missed visit, missed commitment, and now no appointment at all. Please provide a confirmed engineer and resolution timeline.
