    @JioCare @reliancejio My sonylive subscription from jio airfiber shows that it ended on 6th June. I have proper plan, in app it shows sonyliv is active. Please fix this. It's been more than a month.

    @JioCare My first AirFiber order was booked without proper P2B verification. I waited days with repeated assurances but no installation. Another Jio technician later checked P2B, found good signal, and raised a new order immediately. Please investigate this lapse. #JioAirFiber

    .@JioCare @reliancejio — nearly a month, 15+ apologies, over a dozen emails and multiple calls later, my paid SIM order NO00015GE0YF is still undelivered. Every agent promises escalation; nobody delivers a resolution. Is this really Jio’s standard of customer service?

    From last 6 days I am facing network issue on my jio airfiber and I called the customer care everyday they are saying it will resolve within 4 hours but it's more than 6 days same issue I am facing and they are saying same. @reliancejio M****, solve the issue. fraud @JioCare

    .@reliancejio Reported a JioFiber connectivity issue on 30th June, after enduring 5 days with no service. After repeated follow-ups, I was finally told the problem is with your main line. Your solution? Cancel my existing connection and apply for a new one. Will you resolve it?

    @Virat_paglu18 @JioCare I was using jio in my previous room,it was working fine , after changing the falt it's not working inside room (working fine in street outside) , and there customer care is **** fully automated,no way to complain
