Installation date and time given at 16/04/2021; 17:45 pm, still no service engineer came for connection. I am helpless and requesting continuesly since 3day

    @JioCare Why the request cancelled? Is that the solution to OTB required problem? The solution is to install the OTB and provide the connection. Kindly, initiate an additional 10k INR as a compensation towards the inconvenience & the harrassment I've been through since the date of request

    @JioCare Is that a joke?? I asked your cce to raise real concerns and instead of that she raised SR000014QX3S against sales executive. Even after my multiple request she denied to registered any complaint for 10 days delay and also denied my request to connect with any senior executives .
