    @JioCare @fiber_jio Just having economical plans wouldn't make your customers happy, I would rather pick a better service provider who can fix an issue in 2 to 3 days. My ticket is open since last Monday and your customer care team sucks big time

    @reliancejio I am not able to relocate my existing jio fibre connection to a new location in the same city. Shocked. The new location has availability of jio fibre. I have been told by customer care repeatedly to cancel my existing connection and book a new one.

    @JioCare flouting rules set by trai for have a appellate authority or nodal officers and how jio customer care executives are posing as appellate authority or nodal officers and there is absoluteley no escalation mechanism
