    @jio_fiber @JioCare Internet has been down for 2 days. Support isn’t responding, no engineer has visited, and the assigned engineer is unreachable. The visit keeps getting rescheduled, now delayed by another 2 days. Pathetic service. Please resolve this ASAP. #Jiofiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare I decided to port my Airtel number to your network and placed the order and completed all the formalities on 4th July, 2026 through the My Jio app, I was told the SIM would be hand delivered to my address.
