    @JioCare When is that earliest?? In this wfh situation all my works are effected due to this downtime. I will have no option other than closing my connection if the issue is not solved before tomorrow's afternoon This is really pathetic service!! It's just 2 months since switched to jio

    @JioCare it's been 2 days since I lost fiber net connection. SR00001372V8 also created yesterday afternoon without any resolution or even call from your support team. This is not the experience I expected from jio.

    @Airtel_Presence Your team told there is some network issue at my location after 48 days that too on next day of getting my PORT request it is too annoying Pls grow up your customer satisfactory work or atleast the response. Starting Jio and promoting the same to all around @JioCare JioCare

    @reliancejio Jio svc has become very poor. Last few days I'm hvng trouble . When I make outgoing calls it appears on the screen and immediately ends. A call however gets counted. I hv downloaded Jio app. But writing on it gives reply ' insert SIM' .Very Frustrating !

    @JioCare The distributor have stopped the POS WALLET services... i shall be logging a formal complaint in court for Jio company and it’s distributor both if DOT and TRAI won’t help.. you people should not force someone to do activations. It’s not a mandatory thing..

    @DoT_India please note @reliancejio and its distributors are forcing retailers to do sim activations otherwise stopping POS wallet balance re-load. They have stopped POS wallet services due to which agent is not able to do customer recharges. Request to take action ASAP @JioCare
