    @JioCare What are the health issues, used one month new device, did ur representative mentioned at the time of pick-up, it is not done him, ur advertisement for trail version and after pickup ur cheating the public, this is the way ur doing business.

    This must sound like music for @reliancejio. There has been a huge decline in customer service quality at @amazonIN over the last 3 months. Initially thought it was due to festival overload. But it looks like it is more than that.

    @JioCare request you to explain the process of surrendering the jio fiber connection. The internet is down for last three days (600116)and no service engineer attended even after raising multiple service request . So I don't trust and shift to better fiber or ISP like airtel

    @reliancejio, Stop bombarding & torturing us with messages to recharge, by SMS & before every phone call, from 5 days in advance. We are more interested in recharge than you. For you it is just a matter of revenue. For us it a matter of connectivity. Don’t treat us as money bags.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Absolutely disgusting level of service being provided by Jio Fiber! Connection booked on 20.07.21 but still hasn't been installed. Your salesmen are only interested in getting as many bookings as possible. Will never recommend anyone to get Jio Fiber.
