@JioCare I request not to make mandatory to include IUC with regular recharge. Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

@reliancejio @JioCare It was a major fault frequently happens! Jio balance checking number i.e 1299 while i calling it was not connected to jio!! And i didn't get any sms from jio. so kindly response to our calls from customers! fix it!!!

Im getting worst internet speed @reliancejio @JioCare at my location, especially after evening 6pm and above i couldnt even send a msgs in whatsapp.During day time its ok the network speed is average.kindly fix the issue ASAP.

Complaint to @TRAI despite having enough top-up balance on my sim card ,, these @reliancejio people not allowing me to send an SMS to 1900 for MNP .. neither they are providing UPC code .. Seriously , they are breaking TRAI rules and guidelines .. pls look into this .

@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Can you please suggest why jioFiber has stopped working and Airtel/BSNL broadband are working. There is no order from govt to switch off broadband/Lease line. This forces me to switch over to another network. #JioFiber
