    @reliancejio @JioCare It was a major fault frequently happens! Jio balance checking number i.e 1299 while i calling it was not connected to jio!! And i didn't get any sms from jio. so kindly response to our calls from customers! fix it!!!

    If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

    @JioCare @reliancejio recharged mobile with IR pack but it was not connected to JIO network, will the IR pack be activated later or amount will be refunded.. pls help There is no much help I could get it on Jio App

    @JioCare I request not to make mandatory to include IUC with regular recharge. Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

    Im getting worst internet speed @reliancejio @JioCare at my location, especially after evening 6pm and above i couldnt even send a msgs in whatsapp.During day time its ok the network speed is average.kindly fix the issue ASAP.

Time to time but regular interruption in network, jiofibre per day cost about 19/- per day, even charge will taken of blocked network. Try to take honest Tata company's connection

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR0000199KH2 ,your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 14-03-2022 : 12:30:00. The net is down since 12th March about 12noon, multiple rescheduling, no engineer has called or visited site
