    I request everybody not to use @JioCare . I am using JioFiber. It is not working since 3 days. Raised a request, it is taking them 3 days to even assign a engineer. No option of speaking to somebody. Hell frustrated. Worst after service.

    @reliancejio your jio fibre service worst .even bsnl have some customer care to attend . Last 7 days wifi is not working where to complain . No response. Always said will resume shortly. It's your fault why we suffer and who will compensate . Better to switch .. 7313540719.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is exactly my concern. You’ve repeated the same template again without reading my complaint. My issue is NOT the lead status. It is the incorrect relocation address in request LR00001E5HSJ, caused by your system after payment. Multiple calls, emails and now X (1/2)

    The Customer Care IVR automatically suggesting to buy additional data of 40GB for approx 800Rs. What kind of Fiber Internet plan does that? And if this is a technical glitch who will pay for the loss of work I am going through. This is how @reliancejio is making money. Scmmers.
