    @JioCare ๐Ÿšจ Fraud alert. be cautious with Jio! If youโ€™re in a non-metro city, think twice before paying an advance for Jio services. In my experience, they may take the payment upfront, fail to provide the service due to infrastructure issues, and then refuse to refund the unused amount

    @JioCare Another day has passed with no acknowledgment or contact. How long am I expected to wait, or should I cancel it? This is not how customers should be treated. Just giving updates without any real progress is unacceptable.

    @JioCare I have replied you could you please align your field team for site survey accordingly they need to fix antenna angle from the tower. I am technical person don't waste time to ask unusefull info just lock complaint and assign the tech

    @JioCare Pathetic service. Internet down for 5 days and I can't even connect to ur agent because ivr does not allow. Because if there is a fiber cut and if there is a fiber cut, they diable customer connect to an agent. what kind of service is this

    Approx from 3 to 4 months,the @reliancejio network in my area -852216 ,mahishi,saharsa,bihar is almost dead most of the time,most of the villigers are shifting towards airtel etc,so plz look into this @JioCare @TRAI. Otherwise shifting to a new network is the inly option left.
