  @reliancejio I was a Jio user from the very beginning till now I have Ported my Sim to Vi cause of the network speed, Network Speed was just so Awful that text on WhatsApp took 5 mins to send. I hope they work on the network issues in my district so that some day I can get back to Jio.

  @reliancejio @jagograhakjago jio should provide quality of service as commited from last two years my area network is not stable and still they saying they are working on it . I am living in metro city. Worst servise, mgmt and customer support. Pay more but get stable service

  @reliancejio Fake 5G, first improve 4G, call drops, voice breaks, poor bandwidth. Hope i have taken a wise decision of porting in @airtelindia from Jio.

  @reliancejio Sir from last two years i am complaining regarding networ issue but still my complaint is not resolved customer care says they are working in it same answer from last two years. Few of your employees receiving salary but might not doing their duty properly.

  @reliancejio Sir still 4G signals/infrastructure are not good . You are talking about 5G. I request you to improve 4G first. Other wise you can say 5G is for selected cities. Also the customer service has to be improve. @jiocare , @reliancegroup

  @JioCare - Called customer support 4 times in the last 45 minutes to report an over billing complaint on IR. While transferring call to supervisor it got dropped all 4 times. Complaint still unresolved. Can you help?
