    Stuck in an endless customer service loop between @JioCare and @AmazonHelp. A system glitch allowed my 2-year JioFiber Prime Lite consumer offer to link to an Amazon BUSINESS account. Frontline support refuses to escalate to tech to revoke the API link. Someone please fix this!

    Over 1 YEAR of garbage network in my area and zero accountability. Calls don’t connect, internet crawls, and yet the bills come right on time. @JioCare this isn’t a telecom service, it’s daylight robbery. You’re charging premium prices for a network that barely exists. Either fix this mess or stop fooling people into paying for nothing. #amabani #jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hey why you are cheating customers and the same thing was doing by your service person as well. Without my consent how this request SR00002KTUHK has closed. As service person didn’t even done anything and said false information as well &with out OTP closed

    @JioCare One of your engineers visited and, after diagnosing the issue, informed me that it would need to be handled by another team as he was unable. This is highly disappointing—Jio is wasting time without any progress.Escalate this issue & ensure it resolved on priority. CO0001S4I8W5

    @JioCare I am currently a Vi user and planning to port to Jio, but I have a concern. Just in front of my room (around 10 meters away), Jio 5G works perfectly, but inside my room there is no signal at all. Before porting, I want to confirm if this issue can be fixed.
