    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    My JioAirFiber service has been down for over a week. Despite multiple complaints, my request (SR000038BV13) wasn't resolved by 16th June. Even after a follow-up call & 24hr assurance, nothing has been done. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare It’s impressive that your billing system never misses a deadline, while your service team repeatedly does. Perhaps the same urgency you show in collecting payments could also be shown in providing the service customers are paying for. Truly remarkable priorities. @TRAI

    @rutu609 @JioCare Just today for poir network I switched to Voda from 5+years of postpaid cust of airtel best of luck when u complain and raise ticket airtel is best to mark ticket as closed resolved without any action 5 times in a row
