    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @JioCare Also I’m trying to book the engineer visit from last 3 days but even after being on call for around 6-7 minutes my call got disconnected. Plz let us know if you can’t serve us properly there are other brands option too in the market which may know respecting customer.

    Friends don't go for Jio connection,it's sucks, their speed is far far less than what they claim, Airtel and even BSNL is better than Jio, suffering with only buffering on my TV screen since last 4 days 😡😡 #jiosucks @JioCare @reliancejio

    ISSUE since 3 MONTH COMPLAINT RAISED 25 days back Kuch toh sharam karo Nikammo, @JioCare @reliancejio Ur network really sucks. Raised d complaint SRO0003DTOFP nothing improved. Y did u mark it as resolved? Wn u ll be resolving d issue? Say NO to JIO #unsatisfactory #annoying

    @JioCare (19.2849910, 75.0667678) this is my hometown location where jio tower is located. In this area when electricity goes off technician not adding fuel for generator and network stops working many people’s moved to airtel. Pls fix this on priorty else i will also port airtel
