    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @JioCare No one stopped you for installation for 7 days. Your on-ground team's operational conduct has been highly unsatisfactory.Their complete lack of communication caused considerable frustration.I can't think of continuing with a service of such poor quality. please refund. @JioCare

    @JioCare I was trying to be loyal to Jio Fiber, but I was disrespected. Now I have to change to a new connection with another operator. So, please refund my recharge and booking amount; otherwise, I will never use Jio again.
