    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @JioCare Am keep on getting message that the representative assigned for the installation and when I called the representative telling me I need to contact to the one who done KYC and that person number is not reachable. I need urgent help please

    @JioCare resolving the problem. Stop delaying with copy-paste responses and take real action. If this is not fixed immediately, I will be forced to consider switching services. I am paying for uninterrupted service, not excuses.

    @JioCare Your Technician has visited & Tried his best. Yet Issue is unresolved & He put it On Hold. Why are there so many causes to delay Timely Solution. Will @reliancejio ADD Days + Hours Lost Or Will have to ask Consumer Helpline.
