Totally devastated by @reliancejio's internet service. Now It's more than 100 days that they are saying internet speed in your area had been decreased because of many users doing it in the same time. And they are also saying that it's a temporary problem and will be fixed soon. 1

@reliancejio worsted network ever I see. Really I am going change my network bcoz of fake commitments, jio said that move to 5g, bhai pehale 4G ko to 2G se Bahar nikalo. Warana sare customer nikal lenge.....very bad experience 😑

@JioCare This is what the issue am unable to speak with any executive or real person ? You have automatic , IVR or chat box which are pre set types of queries or options ! Any other way to directly speak with company executives or real person on other side ?
