Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

@JioCare I had to give you the last chance, I have given it so before 9 months now my plan is also expiring, so do not recharge till the problem is fixed after Plszz something do fast fixing the problem of the wifi network and issue of the convergence Otherwise i cancelled it connection

Placed a MNP request on @reliancejio to port out from @ViCustomerCare and start getting multiple automated calls and messages each hour to avail their 3 days only offer and cancel the port request. DND is a joke @ViCustomerCare?
