Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

@JioCare Today, I went to Jio point in Petlad for new Sim as we have deactivated first SIM because my mother mobile was stolen. They told me that because Chintan shah your employee was on leave they will not able to help us. I also talked with Chintan singh who is in-charge

no one else can support. In charge chitan singh told me that I can go for tweet and give their names and they are fine with it. @JioCare is biggest telecome provider and people of india is not able to get new SIM as one person is absent. Dont you think it is harsh on customer.
