    @JioCare experiencing very slow network connection. Customer care also informed about the same. Still no improvement of network speed. Please look into the issue.

    You Name it POSTPAID , in actual its Advance Rental/prepaid and even after taking payment you disconnected/ barred the services !! Pathetic , Customer care is always Sorry but not able to understand nor resolve @TRAI @reliancejio #Jiofiber

    @JioCare Are you going to extend the validity till you resolve the issue. If you are really have the customer oriented. Otherwise jio is only bagging the Indian rupees into their bags. This kind common sense is there for other services providers like ACT/HATHWAY.

    @JioCare I m just wasting my money on jio.better than you guys local service provider is offering better service.Since the day i recharged my wifi is not working ...do you guys think customer has lot money to waste and even we have to answer my boss .

    Despite tall claims of high-speed internet, @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio has failed to restore the fibre connection of @ListenSamiullah. The internet is not working since snowfall last month.
