    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @JioCare I would like to bring to your notice the severe mobile network issue in Moosapet Janatha Nagar, Hyderabad hno: 12 -16-24. The network coverage in our area is extremely poor, resulting in frequent call drops, poor voice quality, weak signal strength, and very slow

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber. My JioFiber has pending relocation request for weeks despite payment of relocation charges, & repeated assurances of cancellation and refund not made. Kindly resolve the issue immediately. #JioFiber #RefundPending #CustomerService

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Despite sharing all required details & repeatedly requesting disconnection of my JioFiber connection,it is still active and a new bill has been generated. This is harassment of customers.Disconnect my connection immediately and cancel the wrongful bill.

    @reliancejio My Broadband is down from 2 days but all I get from the helpline is tareek pe tareek. I had scheduled a service technician visit yesterday but no one turned up. If I register a call back, they just give generic pap and keep rescheduling service technician slots.
