    @JioCare Our Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises on 14-02-2021 : 10:00:00 for INSTALLATION of your JioFiber connection. Now time is 10:47AM, Why no one is taking initiate to send jio engineer to provide new jio fiber connection as per their scheduled time since 4 days

    This issue starter coming up after new jio recharge which was of higher plan than earlier. Sad to say this that customer care persons didn’t even bother to understand or even ask or listen about the problem. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio network at my location has been slowed down in last seven day. I am suffering from using internet at night after 8:00pm . Speed has almost 10 - 100 kbps . Which is too slow to access internet.please resolve it as soon as possible. Otherwise I will move on.

    @JioCare I think I should port out as you guys don't care about your customers. I am complaining about network at my place from last one year but now seems your don't care.
