    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the service for my Jio AirFiber connection. Since this morning, I haven't been able to access any apps or watch TV. The internet is completely down, affecting my office work as well.

    @JioCare I placed a service request on my jio app. They designated a visit on July 31. Scheduled between 9 AM to 10 AM. First they assigned a technician in morning. I called. No one answered. He didn't visit on time. On tracking it mentioned sorry for delay. We'll resolve issue soon. Entire 24 hour went by and no response, nothing from jio or technician. Today they rescheduled. As per yesterday shenanigans today went exactly like that. Time was assigned between 10.30 AM to 11.30 AM. NO Visit. Then the usual sorry for the delay. We'll resolve this and that. I kept calling. Finally he picked up and told me he's on a ******* leave. He's assigned work but says won't come. I also have work. We took time out of our day to wait for them to come and they do this. What should I do now ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2/3 I've already tried everything—rebooting the router, factory resetting it, testing multiple devices, and using an Ethernet (LAN) cable instead of Wi-Fi. The issue clearly isn't on my end. This points to a routing or network problem within Jio's infrastructure.

    @JioCare @reliancejio what type of liars and irresponsible people u have. I paid 1200 2 days back and the person (Amir) told me that the Internet connection will be done same day but till now there is no update. Shame on such a pathetic service

    @JioCare @reliancejio 5G is completely dead—not a single web page loads and voice calls constantly break. Why was my complaint SR00003C9R1D closed without any actual resolution?! This is extremely URGENT. Fix the network in Noida ASAP before I port my number. #JioCare #Jio5G

    @JioCare By when it will be rectified? We cant call at Customer care . Your service engineer is continuously disconnecting my calls. What the hell is happening with Jio? I want my refund. This is not done. @jiocare
