    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @reliancejio @JioCare the complaint for jio Fibre has been lodged for last 2 days but the engineer has not visited nor any way to get live update. Are we paying for such pathetic services? There is no accountability by jio?

    @JioCare But it's not getting adjusted to the monthly bill. I have tried to raise a complaint through the app and call but they just disconnected saying that there is payment pending. I've written an email stating the same. I was not getting the internet even when my account has advance

    @JioCare you have already taken over 2 weeks and nothing happened. We will wait for the 2029 for the resolution. I don't think you are capable enough to fix this before that. Also, 2029 is tentative. #cheaters #jio

    @JioCare It is obvious that Jio is not resolving the issue on top priority. You can resolve only when your engineer will visit and troubleshoot the issue. From 23rd July you r escalating the issue. You are exposing yourself.Let’s see when u will resolve it. @airtel pls takeover now

    Hi @JioCare, The service request SR00003CG8R5 was raised yesterday and is still pending for engineer visit. 2nd time in this month and 5 th time in 3 months. When will the issue resolve????

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the service I requested a JioAirFiber relocation over a week ago,but there has been no installation and no resolution despite repeated followups. I never expected such poor service from Jio.Kindly resolve this on priority Order ID:LR00001EDR4P
