Kunal Shah (@shah_kunal13) reported@JioCare My neighbours also use this JioFiber they also facing the same issue it means problem is with your DNS Resolver server side. Not in your physical wired infrastructure or router. Please escalate this issue with team dns resolver server.

I clearly asked whether you can able to resolve the issue or not. If not, than only I'll go for disconnection. I think you should read that again.

Now what are the options i left with. I am exhausted with this company,it's a curse. Imaging local isp act , Excitel install same day .
