    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @JioCare @JioCare Despite repeated escalations and rescheduled engineer visits,the service remains down. DoT grievance DOTEL/E/2026/0036437 has now been registered.Kindly arrange immediate resolution and restoration of service.

    @JioCare I fed up complaining about low network even if I have 5g network and it's been a month @JioCare failed to resolve my issue. Finally I decide to switch to other network.

    Day 38 of @reliancejio @JioCare being absolutely clueless about their own service. Installation scheduled on 5th May, yet nothing happened as of yet.

    @JioCare SR00003849SR was scheduled for technician visit but no one arrived. Still waiting for resolution. Stop giving false commitments and wasting customer time. This service is unacceptable. Resolve the issue immediately.

    @JioCare my wifi has been disrupted. There is no option for friday( today or tomorrow) to place service request. I am going to cancel this wifi and switch to airtel

    @JioCare a pathetic installation service provided by jio fiber. The technician refused to do installation and said you have to call a electrician, get external wiring sorted then only we will do installation, why was this not told before payment?
