    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @JioCare @DoT_India Complaint IDs: SR000034KYMR SR000035M3PD Jio admitted limited 5G coverage in my area and promised enhancement within 10 days from 28/04/26, Still facing weak 5G signal, unstable internet and frequent speed drops. Requesting immediate intervention.

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN facing issues since last 15 days intermittently with Jioairfiber and totally disconnected since yesterday night ! No support from Team and request closed without resolution. Pathetic support 😕

    @JioCare @JioCare Imagine paying for a 6-month JioFiber plan and then having no internet for 6 days while complaints get auto-rescheduled and closed without visits. After all this, Jio says “no delay in resolution” and refuses compensation for the downtime. Disappointing service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN I have DMed you multiple times already, but the problem is never solved. Every time I complain, you just tell me to DM you. Has a DM ever actually resulted in a fix? Stop giving scripted replies and fix the network!

    @JioCare Till issue not resolve still how long it will take if you unable to resolved in the increasing the speed as per the our payment please cancel our service will start will plan it alternate other broadbands
