    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @reliancejio sucks .It's been a month since I complained regarding GPRS speed of your 4G network.Half the time there's no internet.Why do you even have data packs.all my info was sent via dm since you asked for and nothing is fixed.Didnt expect this from a heavily funded company

    @JioCare Again my internet is not working from last 2 days ...no one cares and you guys have the most pathetic customer service..I am regretting I switched over to Reliance Jio... Extremely disappointed.. your customer care people only give empathetic statements..no action done on ground
