Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

@JioCare Worst Service from jio Fiber no one is listening to solve the problem because it's prepaid connection and customer have already made the payment so why we have to give services to customer.

@airtelindia @JioCare I request airtel to reduce plane rates of fiber internet if airtel give 30 mbps plan 4 30 days unlimited with fix landline many people's will take airtel connection i say in my society many people's are fed-up of jio fiber

@Airtel_Presence this pretty much sucks though. we talk big about Digital India, but to not be able to remotely transfer a number from one person to another, providing all the necessary documents, is asking for improvements in the process. @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare hope you up your game.

@JioCare Hi Team, no one has visited on 11th April to fix the issue. The customer service team has missed 3 slots for fiber network repair and 6 consecutive slots for Jio STB installation. @reliancejio
