    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @JioCare This is exactly why consumer protection needs stronger enforcement. @PMOIndia make the rules, and they have a responsibility to ensure that companies are held accountable when they fail to provide the services people pay for. Unless, the government is also a fraudster.

    @JioCare your system of addressing customer grievances is horrible. The customer care will fool the customer by telling lies and mail has an auto reply. How on earth does the customer approach you? Pathetic!

    @JioCare my Jio fibre connection is facing frequent connectivity issues. My comp. which was attended today morning, had stopped working again an hour later. I raised a new complaint ID SR00003BAUYF supposed to be attend by 4pm, didn’t happen. Pls fix this urgently!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello Jio, I requested a new JioFiber connection and received an SMS with the contact details of your representative. I even called the person mentioned, but unfortunately, he showed no interest in speaking with me or assisting with my request. Is this the standard level of customer service from Jio, or is this only in Kochi? Very disappointing for someone trying to become a new Jio customer. Attaching the SMS for your reference.     @jio_fiber internet isn't working for two days, raised a service request and no engineer assigned for two days. No way to reach the customer service. How doni disconnect the service. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Your Customer care told me two to three times that engineer is about to visit in 10-15 minutes, just cheked my detail i have called your team 6 tms in last 24 hrs just send the technician as soon as possible dont give false hope live your so called customer support team @JioCare

    Why has my SIM been deactivated even though I paid the bill? If my SIM isn't reactivated within half an hour, then deactivate itpermanently. There are other service providers who offer better network services than you. @reliancejio @JioCare who didn’t even care
