    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio .. i have been hearing this from last 5 days.. if you are not going to send a guy how the issue will get reaolved? The guys just say that customer requested reschedule.. while we don't even get a call.. this is really pathetic and shameful.. #JioDoesnotCare.

    @reliancejio @JioCare The Jio fiber is down since the past 2 days in Bangalore. The technicians are not picking up calls. Nobody has contacted me. The guy who was the spoc while taking the connection has also stopped picking up calls. @BSNL_KTK might provide better services

    Worst customer service of @JioCare @reliancejio I have experienced. Waste of money and time, no on cares after installing the Jio Fiber at your home. They keep you on hold and disconnect call, engineer reschedules appointment as per his/her wish.

    @JioCare hi, i'd like to report a compliant, cancel installation and get full refund. The sales executive - Naveen R of JC sales team 1 had collected 1500, promised installation the same day and is now avoiding my calls. Help!!!
