    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @JioCare, My internet has been down since last Saturday. Despite raising a complaint, I've received no update on when the service will be restored. Calling your helpline is equally frustrating, as there's no way to speak to a customer care executive. Kindly resolve this issue.

    @JioCare I am paying for a full month of JioFiber service, but every month the connection remains down for 3–4 days due to repeated outages and poor service. Paying for 30 days but receiving only 26–27 days of service is unfair. Kindly resolve this issue and compensate. @TRAI

    @JioCare Do you really care? Been 5 days, Fiber network has been down in my area. Multiple complaints raised, multiple visits scheduled, and nobody has turned up. Saalon yearly payment kiya hai, thodi toh sharam kar lo

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI JioFiber SR000039YH1V is PENDING for 15DAYS. HDMI not working since 23rd June. No technician visit. No callback. No resolution. Paying for a service that doesn’t work. This is unacceptable. Escalate and fix TODAY or credit my bill. #JioFiber

    @Airtel_Presence i want waiver for july now.. i don't want to use this frustrating broadband service, where company is not responsible for maintataince.. i will shift on @JioCare .. hope they do better service from you
