    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber I have been a jio fibre customer for long. But for 15 days my Net is down. I tried reaching out; no one answered. Just tell me will you charge me for the service I have not availed and if my net is out permanently and i should look somewhere else for services.

    @JioCare, My Jio AirFiber has been down for last 3 days and the app keeps showing Outside home connectivity Outage detected. Tried restarting everything multiple times, still no internet. Worst part is no proper response from customer support either. #JioAirFiber #InternetOutage
