Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

@JioCare My issue of wifi is today resolved, do the company will provide any compensatory data for the days when the jio fiber is in active (from 8th Nov 2022 to till date) ?
