    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    31st August is here and @JioCare has gone completely ghost. No calls, no relocation, and you let my advance-paid connection expire without 15+ days of service. Absolute looting of customers. Cancel this connection and process my full REFUND immediately! @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare in my area internet is not working and jio service at 198 is not working. It's totally AI. The service agent in morning told me, issue will be resolved but it has not. They are also not allowing me to port my Jio postpaid and every time I get error @TRAI

    It is Aug 31 the date @JioCare originally asked me to wait 4 & still 0 updates or calls frm your team! U let my advance-paid plan expire without delivering service, failed every single commitment, & vanished. Stop the fraud. Process my full REFUND right now! @reliancejio @TRAI

    I have complained about this network issue many times, but it is still not resolved. This is urgent and needs immediate attention. Please do whatever is necessary to fix it. How many more times do I need to complain before this issue is finally resolved? @JioCare @reliancejio

    This is very disappointing; I purchased a ₹299 recharge that offers 1.5 GB of daily data and also bought an unlimited 5G plan by recharging with ₹51, but the network is very poor and the unlimited 5G isn't working. Please fix this as soon as possible! @JioCare
