Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

@reliancejio l am a daily user of jiofi. I actually can't use of 1 bit of data for your damn jiofi. Your services is very poor. I think you can quit from this industry..... You can check jiofi'sno: 8590391290 please take it serious thing. So l will change my Sim.

Moreover your app has so many bugs on ios platform and on android tv platform. Why dont you hire bug tester? Or at least close down the app. Dont waste peoples money.@SonyLIV @SonyLIVHelps @reliancejio its your duty to do due diligence before offering the app.
