    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very pathetic service... No store near 110033 Delhi.. Reached GTB Nagar store . But they mentioned server not working... So much hassle in AI times for just changing esim to normal sim... Why this can't be done online using my jio app or some other way

    @trramesh @JioCare #Jio don’t care about customers. Worst customer experience. My experience with Jio is very bad. I am thinking of returning to @BSNLCorporate. BSNL has good customer support.

    Absolutely pathetic service from @JioCare! 😡 My Jio Home activation was delayed from Aug 6 to Aug 11. Called customer service today and was promised it would be done between 10-11 AM. Guess what? STILL NOT DONE. ​Stop giving fake timelines if you can't deliver! Fix this ASAP!

    @trramesh @JioCare Jio is famous for bad customer service.. never care .. Vi was good .. I switched Vi to Jio because of tax issues they faced .. now reaping bad service level
