Also, my outdoor unit is an older model—if possible, kindly replace it with the newer unit. I would like to recharge the connection, but first the service needs to work properly.

The call center person asked me to contact Samsung, One Plus and Apple companies to register coplaint with them that Jio Fibre is not working on their devices. Is this authentic Jio suggestion or the call center person was joking?
