    @JioCare I made a payment for same plan twice and I contacted last month you said money will be not refunded but your plan will be include and that will be activated once my plan for current month will be deactivated but I called your customer care they’re saying no refund fraud

    @reliancejio @JioCare you people are very unprofessional. I called customer care to register a complaint regarding internet speed but they don’t register my complaint. I think you can’t do anything more than this.

    Then they gave a contact named Mr. Rajesh Vishwakarma with his number, who’d come in next 30 mins & resolve this problem. Now, it’s been 3 hrs+ & NOBODY has neither turned up nor is he answering our calls. Infact he blocked my number after a few calls! #JioDown @JioCare (2)

    @JioCare This shouldn’t be happen again. I want to lodge strict complaint against Engineers because for your fake promise I have taken leave from office and wasted my whole day. Very very bad & unexpected service by Jio. This is kind of customer harassment. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber Pathetic Services... Tickets are closed without resolution... Customer-Care Calls are disconnected - they keep on hold for long... Internet keeps disconnecting... Router doesn't give signal in next room - Service Tech asks to install extenders...
