    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    What kind if worst service @JioCare .i ordered port SIM, the delivery guy came at night, he don't even ready to deliver to my flat in apartment, he asking me to come to gate or he suggested tell otp I will give it to security. What nonsense service is this.

    @JioCare What about the wifi not working since last 13 days, I've paid the money for the that, you guys are telling me no refund will be provided even after when the mistake is clearly yours, be public with because in dm you guys are telling straight no for the rebate of 13 days

    Hi @JioCare , I paid ₹349 online for a new SIM that is still undelivered and unactivated.I want to cancel it, but support says only the delivery team can cancel, while the delivery/store team isn't processing my request. I'm stuck between both sides.Please help resolve this ASAP

    @reliancejio @JioCare JioFiber has been down since 7 Jul. I’ve called customer care 3 times with no resolution—only promises. Unacceptable. Restore service immediately.

    @JioCare It's been 2 days since I requested disconnection of my Jio AirFiber. Despite multiple DMs, there's been no action or update. This delay is unacceptable. Process my disconnection immediately. Stop ignoring customer requests.

    Received 100+ “Rest assured” and “We’ve escalated your case” messages in 65+ days. Still waiting for a refund. Looks like the word “refund” doesn’t exist in the Jio customer support dictionary. Well trained, @JioCare
