Instead of fixing the issue, you keep marking it as “resolved” without actually resolving anything. Your negligence has directly impacted my work and caused financial losses. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will file a complaint before the Consumer Commission and claim compensation for the losses incurred due to your deficient service. Avi (@Avicheque10) reported. @JioCare it's been 3 days with no internet. The 1st engineer visited but said he couldn't fix it &asked me to book another engineer. I did, but the 2nd engineer didn't even show up. Tmw is the FIFA final,&my Wi-Fi is still down. Please resolve this urgently.
