    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    I am facing same problem right now in Jio network. I have called many times for this. But till now my problem is not solved. I did a tweet for this also, but did not get any solution from there also.@JioCare @reliancejio.

    @JioCare hi on 26 February I have opened a service request to fix my broken Jio fiber cable, but unfortunately till today to one has contacted me from your end to sort out my issues, even I tried to contact your local Jio engineers but no one seems bothered by it. 1/2

    @reliancejio Is your team is alive ?, i am saying since 2 month your network is running slow , no improve yet. I suggest every one to not buying jio , wrost service ever .....!!!!!!!!

    @reliancejio 2 days back jio fiber engineer has installed faulty wifi which is not working at all. I want to discontinue and refund. please advise me how can i do this
