    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @reliancejio I live in Assam RAJAHOWLY area and in my locality I find ups and down in the network for which I couldn't even use internet in this 21st century.When I talk with customer support they say I have to wait for 7 hrs. Kindly upgrade your service soon

    @JioCare Is jio not taking charges to the customer to provide the servuces?? If yes then who will bear the loss what I got due to the interruption of service?
