Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

@JioCare I switched to jio from @airtelindia thought it would provide better network service. Now I have strong network with zero call facility. Can't make a proper call with jio.

@JioCare fraud alert !!!! Hi guys, requested for jio fibre on 23rd of Jun and then the service guy done the wiring from pole to my house on 26th and took ₹ 700 as installation charges along with ₹2824 plan.... Please help me, I have all payments receipts of the payments.

@BroussardPrince @JioCare Guess ill just b more cautious from now on. I made a police complaint and that didnt work, they asked me to go to court as this is a civil case. We're on our own here brother.
