    @JioCare your customer care abs your engineers are inefficient! Been facing disconnection issues for 10/14 days . There is no compensation or even concession for the unused days. And the CC agents aren’t registering a complaint citing to “outage” issue!

    @jio_gigafiber @JioCare despite my repeated requests you are not addressing my concern regarding autopay that is still showing pending. Seems its time to cancel Jio connections and move elsewhere.

    @reliancejio I wasn't two weeks I got new connection and it's not working from last two days. If I try to contact customer support executive, they are asking me to cancel the connection rather fixing my issue. Really disappointed and I'll never recommend to my friends and family.

    I am raising complaint since 5 days, they are coming and telling me that your problem will get resolved. But i am not able to get the right info. Calls are getting disconnected from customer care and no proper info provided. Pathetic, not at all good #JioFiber #reliancejio

    @DoT_India @JioCare Location :- Ranipur, Near Durga Mandir , 846004 Darbhanga Here situation is very poor . Even I am not able to call someone or attend any classes. I am a student and I have registered a complaint with jio last year too. ( 1/2 )

    @JioCare I have provided this many times earlier and i was made to realize that your network is good, there is problem in my location, mobile and time of usage. Why don't you charge Rs 100 to 200 extra and give minimum guaranteed internet speed?
