    @JioCare @jagograhakjago Dear palak there is no sense of keeping patience, pl don't send this standard reply, I have paid 6 month rent in advance but jio company don't bother about the customer's face due to poor service. Same thing happened at the time of installation. Pl give resolution

    @JioCare Hi jiofiber team, my internet is not working from 2 days but till now my issue is not resolved. How irresponsible your team is. I am not able to do my office work properly. Today one service visit but he said optical fibre team will resolve this issue. Call me asap.

    @reliancejio Please fix the customer care support for English. I am calling the number for +9170188 99999, selecting 2 for English, it always goes to Hindi.
