Sri (@sri_4200) reported(6/6) This is a month of unresolved outages, a technician who tested a working line and called it fixed, a ghost "resolution" SMS, and now an IVR that won't even connect me to a person. @JioCare @reliancejio this is unacceptable for a paid service.
