    My jio data pack is expired so I redeemed 10 gb Addon vohucher & m unable to use it. When I compliant to JiO care they said I hav used this in other phone named Samsung. But from last two yr m using One plus 6 n I never bought Samsung. No solution provided! @JioCare @reliancejio

    Moreover when I tried explaining this to JiO care, she was not ready to understand. She was rude. I m bit mentally frustrated for not able to use data pack during lock down. No proper solution. @reliancegroup @JioCare @reliancejio

    Whenever I talk to someone in direct call in my @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence sim. I have to talk them in parts for 5 mins call. There is Always continuous call drops everytime. Worst svc ever. Facing this issue from April 2020. No solution. Will move to @reliancejio now.

    @JioCare your customer care sucks. It has been more than 3 weeks as I am yet to get a refund for my JIO Fiber connection that I cancelled on April 02,2021. Your customer support folks are a bunch of liars. Shame on you all.
