    My jio data pack is expired so I redeemed 10 gb Addon vohucher & m unable to use it. When I compliant to JiO care they said I hav used this in other phone named Samsung. But from last two yr m using One plus 6 n I never bought Samsung. No solution provided! @JioCare @reliancejio

    After every 15days same problem is arising. We heard @JioCare didn’t pay to company labour, so are breaking the cables @TRAI kindly look into the matter.

    @reliancejio @TRAI I hve complained n requested many timesto improve network quality since last 2 months But no improvement from jio side Compny adking for location n personal masage i hve coperated with that but no improvement Meanwhile many of us portedto other

    Moreover when I tried explaining this to JiO care, she was not ready to understand. She was rude. I m bit mentally frustrated for not able to use data pack during lock down. No proper solution. @reliancegroup @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare The internet hasn't been working since this morning. Why did I even get a 5G recharge? Absolutely terrible service. You're running on 2G speeds in the name of 5G! @TRAI There are 30 to 31 days in a month, then why recharge for 28 days and 22 days?

    @JioCare I’ve been using Jio for 6–7 years and never planned to switch, but recently considered porting due to an issue. Your team called and assured it would be fixed, so I stopped the port request but the problem still persists. FYI: net inum hair mari dhan iruku thank you

    @reliancejio @JioCare simple issue made too complicated to resolve. A consumer who is facing issue with internet connectivity, red blinking lights continuously since morning, simply means there's some issue. Then why too much to troubleshoot??

    @JioCare it's almost impossible to connect to jio fibre customer care, tried 6 times since morning and each time waited for 15 mins but not able to lodge a complaint for internet not working. Don't say tried using app. In the app everything is working perfectly fine. What is next

    @reliancejio I don't know ******** is wrong with this company. I ordered a SIM 10 days ago, and it hasn't been delivered to me. I tried calling the delivery executive bunch of times hut his ****** number is switched off. I don't know what ******** the CEO, the members or the staffs are doing.

    @JioCare @AkashMAmbani Such negligence is unacceptable. Kindly take immediate action and resolve the issue without any further delay. A screenshot is attached of the complaint for reference. STATE ESCALATION closed without any resolution & not given any reason. No timeline given for resolution.

    @JioCare In future...!!! Which year?? Since, jio is in the market we are facing network issues, contacted your customer care executives multiple times but nothing resolved. Enhance your network as early as possible, otherwise we couldn't stay with Jio
