    After every 15days same problem is arising. We heard @JioCare didn’t pay to company labour, so are breaking the cables @TRAI kindly look into the matter.

    @reliancejio there was scheduled pickup of jio set top box and router from my house but everyday i call to the customer care no. but no action is taken . Very poor customer service . not expected from such a reputed company order no- CO0000N410KN

    @JioCare Still not getting support from your technical teams. Everyday that i call your team, I'm told it takes 3 days. 3 days just to fix a box in the building and with no tracking of new customer requests? Certainly a bad service experience in the beginning itself.

    @JioCare @TRAI Since few days many people's are facing a big problem in surat and near by areas phone signal suddenly disappear or if ther is a signel but cant receive calls or make call it gets end wile calling any one i have planty of people who are facing problem

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago always received only one message couldn't connect you. no one is helping after complaining so many times after the tweets also receiving same tweet we apologise and we look to this matter but it's 2 month's no one is ready to help
