@JioCare Please help my mom with her refund. She contacted Jio customer care through her FB account on Jan 30th to cancel her number. They cancelled her number a month later after multiple follow ups on Feb 28th 2022. Now she is after them to refund her account balance since.

@JioCare Can you please help my mom with her refund? Jio customer care is harassing her since Jan 2022 and did not issue a refund after asking her bank/check details many times. They keep saying ‘working on’ and it’s been 4 months.Sorry but your service is very poor for seniors!
