    @reliancejio @JioCare What’s wrong with Jio these days?? Aren’t you guys checking networks issues? It’s becoming pathetic! I can normally browse at midnight and dawn only!! Look into this! And call quality is becoming worst!

    @JioCare one of the coustomer care need to be terminate immediately and she shout at me telling that she can't understand my language and transferring to hindi language agent please terminate her pathetic jio care because of her thank you and postponed my resol time by 10 days

    @JioCare @JioCare Ishveen Could you please be more specific when you say "at the earliest". It already 16 hours. And this problem is not new, this happens almost every month - the wire on the main road breaks every month or so, and still no permanenent fix is there from Jio's side.

    Booked JioFiber (Order ID: NO0001DIRILY) early morning Mon 18th, paid upfront. Promised 24–48 hr install, KYC guy said same-day 3–5 PM. Since then? 100+ calls dodged, 0 pickup. IVR says “yet to scheduled.” Customer care circling back with fake 2-hr promises. @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare As I said I faced this issue across all the locations not in one particular location. And my issue is not that the network is not working. It is about no network showing in my jio SIM. I hope you understand my problem.
