    Raised SR00001ELWBF complaint on 14/10/2022, Internet not working, It's 5th day no resolution from Jio team @reliancejio @JioCare Could you please look into it on priority? The service engineer visited multiple times but says your wire distance is long so won't be able to change.

    @reliancejio @JioCare kindly take this as issue & feedback that atleast 'ARROW KEYS, OK and BACK' buttons must work with #jio STB remote as universal remote, as it turns tv on, give source option but we can't select as OK does not work for tv, support team said its like this only

    @JioCare Last 2 month i am waiting ur solution.but till today u r sleeping.because we are ur बहुमूल्य कस्टमर. You know we cannot port your jio sim because took 1 year plan.that's why u and ur team are still sleeping not working.
