@JioCare Sent a DM for disconnection. Haven't received a reply since yesterday evening. This is utterly absurd. First it is impossible to reach a customer care executive and now no reply on twitter. Customer care is non existent!

@JioCare Hello, please help me upgrade my jio fibre plan. You toll free customer support says i cannot change my current plan. I want to upgrade to 150mbps plan instead of 100mbps plan which starts from 10th April
