@JioCare one of the coustomer care need to be terminate immediately and she shout at me telling that she can't understand my language and transferring to hindi language agent please terminate her pathetic jio care because of her thank you and postponed my resol time by 10 days

@reliancejio @JioCare What’s wrong with Jio these days?? Aren’t you guys checking networks issues? It’s becoming pathetic! I can normally browse at midnight and dawn only!! Look into this! And call quality is becoming worst!

@JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani Have informed each time to the recovery person of submission and have been told that it will be updated. But that hasn't happened. Customer care guys are useless and incapable of any help or CARE.
