    @JioCare Mobile data seems to not be working at all. It's showing speeds of about 200kbps but none of the sites or apps are loading on mobile data, though they are working absolutely fine on external networks. Please provide a resolution to this issue asap.

    @JioCare I was using Jio Postpaid Before. It Has Been 6month since i'm Port To Jio Prepaid. But Security amount is not credited to my account till now i contact through CC and Jio store near by but no response from them. Service Request No - SR000015FRLZ

    @JioCare @bhatia_vipul @JioCare you are asking why dont bhatia give try to your network. My question do you have re 49 pckge fir 28 days with 38 rs worth call , incoming and outgoing sms and 200 mb data. Your charges are high and no better than other networks as well. All same

    From afternoon i am not getting any internet connection on my jio hotspot, the signal is in red colour itself. When I am inserting in mobile the sim card is working......what's this issue @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare But i want to port my current number, I can’t loose the number, isn’t esim to esim option available, if not I’ll convert my current sim to physical and then go for port, its high time, request support

    @JioCare I have raised a router return request. Its been 2 months now and nobody is processing. They keep on rescheduling and it never gets picked up. They gave me the technician number who shamelessly says I wont pick up the router. This is really frustrating now.
