@reliancejio @JioCare What’s wrong with Jio these days?? Aren’t you guys checking networks issues? It’s becoming pathetic! I can normally browse at midnight and dawn only!! Look into this! And call quality is becoming worst!

@ViCustomerCare i am charged with Video call where no other provider such as airtel or Jio is charging for it. Customer isn't even informed by Vodafone as well. @JioCare can you port me in with best available plan similar to Vodafone?

@JioCare Again no engineer came to pick up the device. Only messages come like spam rescheduled(3 hrs passed). Jio Fiber is cheating with us(no connection or refund). Now I have to take help of @jagograhakjago and register a complaint as you are not caring about ur customers.

@reliancejio Jio Fibre Enterprise Service totally suspect…when you ask for an existing 300mbps account to be speeded up to 1Gbps,Sales/Cheats sell you another account instead of upgrading the existing account. And no one is responding on 1800 8899 444 the Jio Enterprise helpline
