    @JioCare one of the coustomer care need to be terminate immediately and she shout at me telling that she can't understand my language and transferring to hindi language agent please terminate her pathetic jio care because of her thank you and postponed my resol time by 10 days

    @reliancejio @JioCare What’s wrong with Jio these days?? Aren’t you guys checking networks issues? It’s becoming pathetic! I can normally browse at midnight and dawn only!! Look into this! And call quality is becoming worst!

    @JioCare Nothing worse that @JioCare @reliancejio sim porting experience. No customer care is able to solve anything, just forwarding or avoiding. No solution.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio it has been more than 10 days without service. Technician closes complaint without visit. Can you please tell how much time does it takes to resolve complaint. @TRAI please take some steps for customers benefit also these telecommunication companies stop service the day recharge is finished so at least we should also have tools to stop if their is any issues.

    @JioCare Patience since two months now? @reliancejio fiber service should be complained to consumer forum for looting our money. Providing almost no internet by taking so much money from the consumers. Fed up now. It's Harrasment I feel being the owner of Jio Fiber. Just got scammed.

    @JioCare @GhansyamTrmrzx @JioCare My JioFiber Wi-Fi connection has been down since yesterday afternoon. The router is continuously blinking red, and I have no internet access. Kindly look into the issue and provide assistance ASAP. Please help resolve this at the earliest.

    @JioCare After repeated follow-ups, Jio finally assigned an engineer but scheduled the visit for 22-Jun-26. Complaint SR00002LU59C was raised on 15-Jun-26. Why should a customer who pays on time wait 7 days for broadband restoration? Screenshot attached. Contd 1/2

    @JioCare jio business account service ID 299768392914 there is no assistance whatsoever from your customer care or technical support. How can you be so careless in not supporting and being lethargic towards a 4 day continuous disconnection of Internet services. You don’t care !

    @JioCare ARRANGE Supervisor CALLBACK You understand nothing. Why need to raise new SR, what hppnd to earlier SR agnst which I was made to wait 2 mnths. Now you reply No refund applicable. Don't you study the case properly. its clearly customer harassment. @jagograhakjago Please HELP!!
