No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. The speed is so tragic I can’t even hold a basic Google Meet or Zoom call without it freezing. Whenever I call 198, the automated voice says: "We understand you are facing slow internet speed, this is a temporary issue..." I’ve been hearing this exact "temporary" slogan for 2-3 years now.
