    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000017NF3A for your JioFiber connection your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 25-11-2021 : 15:15:00. Today I raised the issue you are taking more than 24 hrs to just send Engineer. Pathetic.

    @JioCare not sure what kind of approval required to get the power supply in the new pole and when my connectivity will be restored. 4 connection in my flat is having issue. I know no resolution will be provided by your team. I will get standard reply, we are looking into it

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, looks like there are a few honest, smart and responsible people in @airtelindia at the lowest level. Mugesh from santhome office visited our office and resolved the issue when most seniors even now, don't care. May be you guys should hire him He is at 9311387585

    @reliancejio data quality in my location is terrible. I get a max speed of 2mbps at night and during day i can barely surf on the internet. My current location is Poonamallee Chennai-600056. Please improve network quality by installing more towers since there are many jio users

    @JioCare Your response doesn't answer my concern. I do not have the energy to further chase you guys as I had missed an important meeting which I had to attend from my home. So please guide me with the disconnection process so that i signup with a competent service provider.

    @JioCare I am facing issue in my router from the past 5 days from the time of installation. I am getting only 10-20 Mbps speed on 2.4 GHz. Band. Two time service request raised but no resolution. 8248363580. Please change router.

    @reliancejio jio fibre network is down for the past 3.5 hrs in chennai Iyyapanthangal area, 600056. and no action from jio network on this. Remember that many are working from home and this is jeopardising our office works. #jiodown.

    @reliancejio I applied for esim activation and it successful converted into esim from physical sim but I can’t see any esim network in my iPhone

    BIG SCAM BY JIO? Jio took ₹349 payment and completed KYC for my new SIM order on 10 May 2026. Promised delivery in 2 days. Almost a month now, no SIM, no resolution, only excuses. Order ID: NO00015EB4AV @JioCare @reliancejio Deliver the SIM. Planning to complain now on (NCH)

    @JioCare : New Jio SIM isn't getting activated, SR No. SR000037CKFF was raised for the issue- new SIM which you couldn't activate in good 7 days. How much time you need to activate anew sim-seems a week isn't enough? Should I try another service provider- they can do it in 1 day?
