No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. I specifically bought the roaming pack with 50 SMS, calls, and data included. Yet: - No incoming SMS - No outgoing calls - Can't access bank accounts - Can't receive OTPs - Can't transfer salaries - Can't pay bills And despite spending hours with Jio chat support, there's been absolutely ZERO resolution. Imagine being stranded abroad with your financial accounts locked because your telecom provider can't deliver basic SMS services. Thanks for making a paid service completely useless when I need it the most.
