Im getting worst internet speed @reliancejio @JioCare at my location, especially after evening 6pm and above i couldnt even send a msgs in whatsapp.During day time its ok the network speed is average.kindly fix the issue ASAP.

@reliancejio @JioCare I took new broadband connection with JIO but went in vain. Neither the sales manager responds my call nor the installation person takes action to resolve the issue. Also tried calling the CC numbers on 18008969999, 18001031044 but it’s always busy.

@JioCare Customer care says that whole area is impacted and refused to generate the complaint number. Windows of 4 hrs for resolution given around 10:10 PM. Surprised to see how outage is managed without incident management tickets. Bad customer experience.

@JioCare Hi All, last few months my Jio bank blocked, I submitted relevant doc, SR7322912797 and 1057857987, without providing solution to me they closed both SRs, I am totally disappointed and also not to do transactions with my money blocked INR 650/- in Jio bank.
