    @JioCare Hello team, still my problem is not solved. I am quite fed up with the service. Got a call from someone today in the morning. I was in hospital for a scan. Told that person to return the call by evening. No call. Thinking of surrendering jio for this lack of apathy.

    @JioCare @JioCare if you cannot solve this issue, say it transparently, I'll choose to go with other networks who looks super reliable. They are all up and running super fast. My network bar is just 2 pts, Internet speed is 30 to 60 KBPS.

    @JioCare When is that earliest?? In this wfh situation all my works are effected due to this downtime. I will have no option other than closing my connection if the issue is not solved before tomorrow's afternoon This is really pathetic service!! It's just 2 months since switched to jio

    @JioCare it's been 2 days since I lost fiber net connection. SR00001372V8 also created yesterday afternoon without any resolution or even call from your support team. This is not the experience I expected from jio.

    @reliancejio @JioBlackRockmf @JioBlackRockRIA anyone else thinks this is of no use? I have heavily invested in this since it came and it's been 5-6months and never shown any profit. Instead I had invested in some random Mutual Fund ,I would have gotten atleast 2% gain.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio After 8 days & 7 missed appointments (latest on 04/03/2026 – no call, no visit), I have applied for alternate connection. I no longer wish to continue with JioFiber. Cancel Order No: NO0001BVRJ1K & process FULL REFUND immediately.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My relocation order CO0001R0R07V was scheduled on 28 Feb (7:45 PM) and again on 3 Mar (1:00 PM) but no technician visited and no one contacted me. I have already lost 2 days of service and valuable time. Who is responsible?
