    @reliancejio @JioCare I took new broadband connection with JIO but went in vain. Neither the sales manager responds my call nor the installation person takes action to resolve the issue. Also tried calling the CC numbers on 18008969999, 18001031044 but it’s always busy.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It was a major fault frequently happens! Jio balance checking number i.e 1299 while i calling it was not connected to jio!! And i didn't get any sms from jio. so kindly response to our calls from customers! fix it!!!

    @JioCare Since you all have decided not resolve my issue and keep dilly dallying, only thing to do- I want to surrender my Jio Fiber connection. Please arrange to discontinue my connection and refund my deposit and also this month's recharge 999 since I couldn't watch otts or anything.

    @reliancejio very disappointed with the service, fibre disconnected due to cable issue, but from last 4 days you are unable to fix my internet. Engineer is visiting and saying we cannot give more than 300m cable. Customer care is asking to take new connection by paying again.

    Never seen a worst service like @reliancejio Fiber. Since last Friday I have connectivity issues and still no ones sent to resolve it🙏🙏🙏 even government service providers are better than these private. Other than that now 5G rights👏👏👏👏 wow

    @reliancejio Struggling to get good mobile network even though my work place is next to Jio convention centre, BKC. Recently, the network has become so poor that accessing network is a challenge. Please look into this

    From last 10 days,there is no proper network of @airtelindia in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand near Baridih. Neither able to make outgoing calls,nor incoming. It is ridiculous. Worst network now. Charges are high,service is worst. Wi-Fi is slow. Good to shift to @reliancejio or any other.
