@JioCare Hello team, still my problem is not solved. I am quite fed up with the service. Got a call from someone today in the morning. I was in hospital for a scan. Told that person to return the call by evening. No call. Thinking of surrendering jio for this lack of apathy.

@JioCare You know if feels like cheating. The sales guy when he sold the connection said Rs 2500 is refundable deposit, I take it as it is. Now when I cancel, I get all kinds of explanation. Installation charges and security deposit. Very disappointed.

@JioCare @JioCare if you cannot solve this issue, say it transparently, I'll choose to go with other networks who looks super reliable. They are all up and running super fast. My network bar is just 2 pts, Internet speed is 30 to 60 KBPS.

@JioCare @TwitchSupport @TRAI why is jio blocking twitch during IPL. I don't care about cricket and pretty sure it is not allowed in guidelines for them to be blocking the website. It is more of a dmca issue if pirate streams are an issue for them.
