  @JioCare I taken the jio fiber during the trial period in April 2019, I was told there will be no installation charges, will be getting the full refund of the deposit amount. Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

  @JioCare it's more than 30 days now since I cancelled the jio fiber, still I didn't get the deposit amount refund. Everytime I call jio customer service they say not able to pull my details and disconnect my call. Will I get my amount refunded or not?

  @JioCare my jio fiber no is 4479624957, my registered mobile no 8072628448. Jiofiber not working since 8/2/2021. Made complaints and jioteam closed my complaints without attending it. I requst that donot charge me for the period during which the connction is not working.

  @JioCare I am using @fiber_jio since 5 months. Initially d speed is accurate and on wifi I got 100 MBPS. Now the speed of internet on LAN is 40 MBPS and imagine d speed on wifi. Also, there is frequent network disruptions. I am unable to chat on Jio app. Resolve the issue ASAP
