Everytime I call jio customer service they say not able to pull my details and disconnect my call. Will I get my amount refunded or not?

Paid for set-top box on 15-Nov & booked for an installation on 16-Nov but no one turned up or called me. I booked a complaint yesterday 5pm. Commitment given within 24 hrs, till now it is not done. Really it’s a worst service by JIO.

Made complaints and jioteam closed my complaints without attending it. I requst that donot charge me for the period during which the connction is not working.

Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

I called Baskar Sivalingam (9940011666) who agreed to check on my issue earlier & process the refund a month back. Now when I call him he has the audacity to refer me as a " LEAD CANCELLATION CASE"
