Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

Paid for set-top box on 15-Nov & booked for an installation on 16-Nov but no one turned up or called me. I booked a complaint yesterday 5pm. Commitment given within 24 hrs, till now it is not done. Really it’s a worst service by JIO.

On 14th march Jio cancelled my booking due to unavailability of service at my location. Till time there is no refund and no update @JioCare pathetic service. Dont go for jio Its a scam.

Ram Maurya😎 (@mahtoG01) reported@JioCare @sanjeev91686640 My Jio SIM got deactivated. I'm in Maharashtra, but Jio says I must go to Delhi, where I got the SIM, to fix it. Spending ₹5000+ just to reactivate a SIM is ridiculous. Why can't any Jio store handle this?
