Paid for set-top box on 15-Nov & booked for an installation on 16-Nov but no one turned up or called me. I booked a complaint yesterday 5pm. Commitment given within 24 hrs, till now it is not done. Really it’s a worst service by JIO.

Timelines keep getting extended and support disconnects calls after hearing the issue. Forced to use hotspot for WFH. Need immediate restoration and compensation for downtime.
