    @JioCare Thanks a lot for your efforts without resolution. Now customers like me will never trouble you and your company Reliance Jio Fibre as I have already applied for refundable deposits of 6500/-and six months subscription for new plan paid on 27.6.22 operative 9/7/22.

    @reliancejio the worst network of jio that I feel. not only my connection but there is my family members network connection. please ASAP try to solve problems. if u not solve this problem I have no choice to change another network & also a my family members.

    @UnionBankTweets @RBI i do a recharge in jio @JioCare its complete more then 10 days. I have talk with union bank customer care he take a complaint and but still today i didnt get my money back. And i try to call in union bank customer care more then 5/6 time but call not connect

    When will be the issue of network, call drop and low connectivity will be solved? Even unable to complaint in jio app that much bad network. Every time executive saying network will resolve within 20 days now more than 1 years gone. @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat It's Good News That Jio Customer Support Said we Can't Resolve Your Broadband Internet Issue. Since the last 6 days I have been facing it. First they collect Money From my side to recharge the connection then Closed my internet and now no response.

    @JioCare @vishaljaiswal And if the first call is an emergency call then should we have to wait for your announcement to finish and then u connect our call till then person may die also. Which customer has asked you to start this type of announcement. and by the way it's not for only 01st call only.

    @JioCare Check screenshot of speed test done in tweets above. Usage is observed but the speed is super slow. That is precisely my concern. But no need to worry. I'll be patient that's what customers are supposed to do. Patiently tolerate **** service given by service providers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The 5G network in my area has been performing very poorly. The signal frequently disappears, internet speeds are extremely slow, and call quality is often affected. Kindly investigate and resolve the network issues at the earliest.

    @JioCare technician is not responding. Even the support team is stating we cannot commit a time due to on ground weather issues. I do not see any weather challenges at the location. Seems like you guys are delaying unnecessarily. No internet and no support. Bad experience 👎

    @JioCare Thank you JioFiber for teaching me advanced networking. Internet down? Change Wi-Fi name. Still down? Change password. Still down? Change both. Who knew SSIDs and passwords were the root cause of all internet connectivity issues? Reference: MR0001R5A9RJ

    @JioCare I’m tired of repeated engineer visits and temporary fixes. The issue still persists despite multiple adapter replacements, resets, and support calls. The wiring has already been checked and is fine.
