@JioCare I think you people are playing with your so called name Jiofiber,100mbps my foot 10mbps is not working stating tat my service is best, it's been a week your system was down nobody is listening,whom should I approch??? Thank God I have not ported my other no to jio.

Horrible service from @JioCare #Jio #JioFiber No request is responded or being taken care. Tickets are opened and closed without even resolution.

@JioCare Got your DM, asking for SSID which I provided and then no reply / resolution. I repeat - the issue is intermittent loss of service and that is not due to WiFi or local network. It's your network issue. Kindly have it checked and resolve.

@JioCare I am facing a strange issue starting from today...My Jio app shows "No active plan" and asks me to recharge but I already have a three month plan (719 plan) which is expiring on April 2022, along with a work from home pack which is on standby...!! Please solve it...

@JioCare Renewed the Jio fibre 999rs plan for whole year and OTT apps have not been activated and no proper support from Jio team and even told me if you’re existing member your Amazon prime membership won’t be renewed… please don’t renew Jio be careful
