It interrupted all connections from box nearby (around 10+). Technician visited immediately in an hour without a call. He caught him to get his connection fixed first.

No technician call, no follow-up, no resolution. Says a lot about how seriously customer complaints are actually taken here

My internet is inconsistent and just doesn't work, tried calling Jiofiber on 18008969999, but instead of connecting me to an agent, the call is getting disconnected after the IVR. You claim to have seamless 5G coverage across India, but here in the city, even 4G doesn't work properly. Extremely disappointed with this poor service. Please look into this and resolve it
