    @JioCare It has been open since 18 days. Are you guys sleeping or what. Do you do same with all your customers who claim refund for the service you couldn't provide. Pathetic shameful service @JioCare tell me exactly what's the status, how many more days i need to wait. 18 days & counting

    @JioCare Jio landline number+91-8031622360  - no internet since yesterday in Kanakapura 562117. When I call your ****** customer service they don’t even have bloody ear to listen to me and log a complaint. Very pathetic customer support.

    @reliancejio worst service I never seen from jio. I booked for jio fiber but nobody reached home and install so I will chage to other network

    Based on your response, I’ve decided to discontinue JioFiber. Please deduct the charges for the period used and refund the remaining amount from my 4-month advance payment. Moving to another provider. Never experienced such poor service. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @reliancejio first raised a complaint with JioFiber on ( 18 june 2025], but no permanent solution was provided. Despite repeated calls/emails, the issue persists without a satisfactory response. I have requested a technician visit, but the service has been delayed or ignored.

    @JioCare Smita someone pls help backend sent this three sr msg tried to call me i didn't get any call. Those sr are SR000037M4DR SR000037QIWB SR0000385M5P i can't access SR of jiofiber. As per SR000038MWO7 says I got all my refund of 750 but it should be 1500-2500 can u pls check
