This is not an isolated issue affecting only my number. The entire locality has been facing the same network problem for months. (2/3)

You will create service requests and disappear. Your engineers will never visit they will reschedule and finally close tickets im seeing this from past 14 days.

You regularly have network outages in my area. Your customer care's are equipped with what kind of devices. My ookla speed test shows 6 Mbps for 30 Mbps connection.
