    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare What a pathetic service you've. Your executive came and took the installation payment yesterday at 3:30pm, 24 hours are gone and nobody has came for installation. If you're this even before installation, What'd you do after it?

    @JioCare dear sir. Can u resolve my issue? Installation delayed deliberately by executive and everyone is silent because no one taking responsibility to track the delay caused. Executive win, customer suffer, management/manager/boss incompetent.

    @JioCare kindly check with executive and manager who is deputed in sector 38 west for installation of new fiber connection because they are deliberately delaying this. Ultimately I have to lodge a legal complaint to enquire this completely. Thanks

    @JioCare Again my Jiofiber is down without any reason, gotta a message that services on my Jio temporarily deactivated, only recharged of 999 plan on 27th, and it is down today. What a bad service and nuisance behavior from Jio Team. Pls restore internet ASAP.

    @JioCare Dear Faisal, i am extremely hopeful that you guys will improve. That's why I haven't port out n waiting since last 1 years. But if i share all SS of my tweets and your support team replies. You'll definitely be ashamed. Bcoz we're not getting anything except false consolations.

    @JioCare : disappointing with jio fiber service. Customer care logged complain only. They aren't relocating service in same society in different tower.however, @jio_fiber service is available in tower. Expedite request immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @Pravirkumar15 #JioFiber have asked for relocation, service no SR000015ZZQA , no one reverted. Can any install connection at my new house. Recharged on 27 and days are passing without utilisation.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I was told to read the "entire jio manual or read it in the jio official website." So In that case please highlight in your advertisement to read the entire user manual before taking the jio service (3/4)
