Really disappointed in service. Jio is never my first choice (but stuck with çuz it's the only provider in my area).

Since it’s a physical wire cut, I need a technician on-site. How much longer will it take just to assign someone to fix this? Please escalate.

Despite multiple tweets, emails, and assurances, no proper action has been taken and engineers are not visiting as promised. (1/2)
