Very pathetic service of Jio app, I tried to recharge my Jio number from app and trying to made the payment from paytm and app throws an error 404 and thought that something went wrong so I again tried and made a payment through UPI and again it throws an error 404 @reliancejio

@JioCare You cut 3 month bill but i use only 2 month and you also saying the additional chages that means you are hiding some charges with customer.I want my money back in my account if you cannot do this than take your connection back and give back my money.

@JioCare Jio company has built a mobile tower near our village here It's been 2 months since the tower was built So far no signal has been put on it, nor has it been started. we face a lot of problems We would like to thank Jio who has installed towers here. Now start it fast

@JioCare your service just sucks....the only reason to choose @jio fiber is a bundled service of fiber and ott. Your level of support is already making me regret just for a month of service. Just shut things down if you cannot manage or support.
