    Hi @JioCare I have raised a service request on 13 Feb '23 which was later escalated on 14th Feb to state escalation and as of today 15 Feb, 24 hours after the escalation the issue is still not resolved. Kindly help me out here and let me know the steps to be taken next by me. Ty

    @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence Better customer care services of Airtel Against Jio No resolution provided by the jio cares. All customer care excutive are LUL. Nothing reply by him, Airtel solve the problem ASAP.

    @RAJESHBABUB1 In the era of 5G they give 2G, Instead of getting disappointed port to other competitors someone like Jio. Even I ported recently and frankly I get good network @JioCare

    Hello @realmecareIN My smartphone, the Realme X50 Pro, is your first 5G flagship since Jio launched their true 5G network welcome offer, while their 5G compatibility tester identifies it as a 4G mobile. I'm not sure if the problem is a software side (OEM) or @reliancejio.
