  Do experience this sort of messages. Customer experience should be understand by you also being owner. If you call someone and company without your permission gives you 10 sec message of make recharge. How would you feel sir.@reliancejio @JioCare stop this nonsense

  @reliancejio Hey, I've 3 Jio fiber conn. at Kolkata. One, which has a prepaid 6 month pack activated but no service. The sevice tech exec, one Sanjiv Gupta, kept promising to look into it but hasn't turned up for the last 8weeks. Very poor after sales service. Please resolve ASAP

  Jio fibre is having Worst customer service. Jio Care don't bother about customer. They are closing complaints without resolving issues. @JioCare
