@JioCare raised a complaint request to fix my internet issues and an engineer was supposed to visit my premises. The request was marked as closed and no engineer visited to address the issue. Your service request number SR000014ZYRU for Home Care engineer visit has been addressed

@JioCare I have registered for the installation of WiFi at my home on 18th May at 1:30 pm. I was supposed to get the connection within 48 Hours but the person responsible for it is neither picking up the call nor the engineer is responding. Please help me out!

@ViCustomerCare 699/- for 84 days, highest among competition, but what I get only 24 days of smooth service and from 25th day onwards getting "No Coverage Availability and 2G Data Speed." Complaint Registered, No Response. Thankfully, I had BackUp of @JioCare @airtelindia

Ive been calling since 5 days regarding the #jiofiber connectivity issue in my house. No engineer has turned up. Ive tweeted before this & still no action has been taken. Everyday I’m told that the engineer will come for sure. This is the most horrible ISP. @JioCare @reliancejio
