@JioCare Hi team i received the call from this no. +91 98277 19724 and he was asking me to recharge for 10₹ for generating the reference id for resolving the connection issue. Its look like scam could please confirm this?

@JioCare Received incorrect bill. Have been contacting you and appellate since 3-4 days. No response whatsoever. Such a simple issue, but no body in Jio seems to understand it.

@JioCare @reliancejio I had registered a complaint on 9th July and its still under progress. I wanted to switch to Jio from Voda, I had already paid 599 INR but looks like Jio services are as horrible as VI.
