  @JioCare my new connection no. NO0000NWMCPH is not activate still 2days is over & now put on hold without my any concern. I can’t lay down for this everyday and choose another provider soon.

  @reliancejio @JioCare I'm not able to access my Onelogin work portal as it has been blacklisted by Jio for the past 7 days and counting.. Contacted your customer service to resolve the issue and the service requests raised are being put on hold for the past 5 days. Pathetic!

  @reliancejio Inspite of having 5G enabled and my phone updated to 16.2, I'm not getting 5G network here in Kolkata, ironically android phone in the same location has full 5G bar
