  Writing Dear @JioCare, I have complained many times about the poor network signal in my area, but there has been no proper response or permanent resolution. The network quality is still very poor, affecting calls and internet usage.

  @reliancejio Why do you want HOTSTAR to log out of other devices when we are watching on only one device at a time? It is such a waste of time to login on the other room TV. The system identifies multiple logins so it can also identify if there is active playback. Improvise!

  @JioCare Hi Team, I had activated the jio gemini offer on my email id with my old number which was closed due to KYC issues. I bought a new JIO number but i am unable to avail that offer on same email ID. Can you help how can i activate gemini offer on my email.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Your network constantly goes down. 5G has never worked properly; it directly drops to 3G or 4G, and even 4G doesn't work well. What a rubbish network this is! Please fix it. How many times do I have to tell customer care? Is this my only job?

  @PraveshPundir_ @JioCare @praveshpundir_ they won't reply or respond, they have just exploited the market at its fullest and now let the customer cry, no network no service and prices increase with every recharge. this country has no one who can be held accountable for anything

  @JioCare Today is FIFA final. I need the wifi working before that. Also, 6 days of this month the wifi was not working. I need a refund for these 6days on pro rata basis. @reliancejio I regret not shifting to @tataplayfiber

  @JioCare can you visit tomorrow!m? I am terminating all services from stupid @TataPlayBinge @TataPlayin specially after a liar social media agent interaction with me and he sent me a resolution message. If you hear his call he sounds drunk. Investigation needed
