Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I got my eSIM activated yesterday from Jio Store at 8pm and the employee working at jio did the whole procedure and told me it will get activated within 30 mins .it’s been next day day 11.14 still my eSIM has not been activated neither your customer

@JioCare been following up for a refund on my surrendered connection for over 2 months now. Can someone with authority to resolve this get back to me? All I get from your customer care is a bunch of crap and asking details again and again.

@JioCare @Tekriwalsandeep Local support is zero. Sometimes even it takes more than 24 hours to restore the service in today’s online scenario. Jio fibre needs serious improvements in ground and after sales support if you are concerned about your business
