@JioCare Continuing this thread - my folks are facing an issue on JIO sim few apps don’t work e.g. Sharekhan, Uber but on switching internet to other sim all works well. @JioCare apparently has no solution as they don’t care. Let us know what to do? @reliancegroup

Can you please elaborate why is it taking this long to get it resolved? Do you have issues with the staff? Or why do i need to wait for 3-4 days for an issue which can be resolved by your engineer? It’s highly frustrating now! Please get it done ASAP! @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani
