    @JioCare you guys kept prompting me to recharge before due date and I recharged. The additional 10 GB voucher got activated and got lapsed with my previous plan validity. This is a stupid scheme. I will never recharge before due date now. Inform your product team.

    @JioCare I am a resident of Dombivli East, Thane, Maharashtra. I have two SIM cards of JIO. One on the cellular device, other on the JIOFI router. On both the devices,the internet speed is very slow and unstable in my area. I have been facing the problem since quite a few months

    Worst Internet connection In my area that’s none other than @reliancejio @JioCare from past 1 week signal strength is very poor. Every night the connection speed is only 1kb/s. What’s the point of giving them 700rs when they can’t even provide sufficient speed Porting to Vodafone

    @JioCare @reliancejio order ID EO0000019CW1 requested for connection, verification done, advance rental paid, three times on premises request received, but nothing installed. Canceled Airtel connection because the jio team was keen for installation. Anyone in jio who can help.
