    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat you guys kept prompting me 2 recharge before due date and I recharged. The additional 10 GB voucher got activated and got lapsed with my previous plan validity. This is a stupid scheme. I will never recharge b4 due date now. Inform your product team

    @JioCare My Jio Fibre Internet has been disconnected on Sunday, Till now I've called 4 times on your toll free no. 18008969999 to get my issue resolved, but I'm hearing only one line from CS Team "your issue get resolved within 24 hrs" whereas it's been more than 24 hrs

    @JioCare Wow this is now so fast got second call and all of sudden the resolution is to disconnect as @JioCare is not able to resolve, I have invested 3000 rs for wire and 2500 rs for installation if you revert back all my money including this month recharge money it will be so kind
