    It has been a year now , still no network coverage inside home at Aryan One Badlapur Maharashtra .To call anyone we need to go near window beacuse inside home there is no network present at all. Around 500 airtel users facing the issue .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @JioCare I've DM my jio no, alternate no and residential address make sure the problem is resolved. I get just 2 lines of network leads to voice breaking problems, call drops and slow internet speed.

    @JioCare Really frustated with the poor internet speed by Jio. I am complaining since last 1yr but there is no Improvenment at all. Disgusting & horrible network coverage by Jio. You are surviving because it's India. Otherwise you colud have been kicked out with such poor service

    @JioCare Due to the riots, the JioFi Router's internet service has got stopped on 26 Jan, from 1 pm onwards. Even24-hours later there's nearly no web access. So, a time compensation for this lost day via a 24-hour extension on the 28-day Rs. 199 data plan is imperative.

    @JioCare Please help with SonyLiv subscription included with my JioFiber plan. The SonyLiv app says subscription not active, but it shows subscription active till 25-Feb on MyJio app. Same issue with JioSaavn subscription @JioSaavnCare
