I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

Called your 18008969999 at least 15 times and only time slot keeps changing. It was supposed to be fixed today and service engineer assigned was Atul Dixit - mobile 80——-474 who was supposed to fix it before 8:00pm.
