    @JioCare I'm still receiving call from Jio saying We tried contacting you but were not able to connect. I can't understand why they can not connect for appointment but can connect to communicate this. The service request created shows the expected completion date as 15th Oct.

    @JioCare Worst fiber network as wifi work for 2 to 3 days then stop for another 5 days. This is happening from last month and on 6th I complained about it and the person from that chat support team has raised the ticket but no one came to fix the issue. It is affecting my work.

    @JioCare From 6/04/2022 all I am getting are fake promises to seriously look into the matter, albeit no single positive communication related till date has been received. I shared screenshots of double debit, shared transaction IDs of the bank, yet no solution provided. Pathetic.
