    @JioCare @kirannaga311 When u hav done switching the device. We will say that the issue is due to many users trying to access the network at the same time. Kindly use the network when there are less or no users trying to access the network so that u can get the best network speed of @JioCare

    @ForestG20616203 @jash_pansuriya @reliancejio Exactly, copy and paste replies everytime. Have had enough excuses from them and had to port out to airtel. Sometimes, I wonder if Jio is a legalised scammer or fraudster. @reliancejio @JioCare has the worst customer service in the industry.

Ported in to @Airtel_Presence from Jio and its been good so far. @Airtel_Presence does work to resolve issues unlike Jio who gives only excuses.

    @JioCare @DoT_India turning blind to the complains about the connectivity and speed issue. These operators never compensate the customers\consumers for the bad network. They charged the FULL amount even if there is no network for the whole day.

    Plan end on 16/06 bill generated 17/06 1060rs. I took new 1 year plan 18/06 and paid but its still showing due 1060 and so does the customer care executive said. Why should i pay @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber please provide resolution & wave of due. Statement no. 192520191982

    My mom dad are so fed up with @JioCare @reliancejio that they are willing to remove permanently WIFI. From past 3 days we have booked Service request still no response and also call service center for it no resolution was done. Pls do needful
