  @JioCare @JioCare Today, a technician finally came to check the Wi-Fi, and it turned out that the wire was simply cut at one point. He fixed it & started working within just two minutes. Yet it took 15 days to resolve such a simple issue. This is an absolutely terrible level of service.

  @JioCare Shift changes, person on duty changes, but my problem remains UNRESOLVED... Services are down for my home connection since yesterday 1.30 pm and are down even now No where to call, No one gives clear picture. Standard Messages are thrown in every 4 hrs. Status remains same !
