Worst ever customer care , wrong commitment to customer @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , you said untill the problem resolved my services will not be disconnected , definitely moving to @JioCare , again I repeat you lost 10 year loyal customer.

@JioCare Varun, No. I have raised complaint regarding coverage issue. Experiencing issues since last 6 months and this is not a temporary issue. Do not give generic answer without understanding the issues.
