    @reliancejio @jiocare. Regret to inform that new Jio Sim received today, with mobile no.7982569919 and order no NO0000J8HK4C is not working and shows "No Sim" in any of my Cellphones. Really very upset and would like to get it resolved immediately. - Sachin Saraswat

    @reliancejio Brinal and Lammer are two adjacent villages 2kms apart.Despite jio tower at Lammer, jio signal at Brinal is very weak.Request take remedial action.

    @JioCare Thanks for your response. My sim is not working, I am following up with @ViCustomerCare for the last 35 days. They are simply not able to fix my problem. If my sim start working then the very first message would be to port out. I will migrate both numbers. Say no to #VodafoneIdea

    @JioCare How does that answer make sense, when at the small place the network is full the calls arent received/ made, also how does restarting the phone helps gets network. @JioCare @reliancejio

    disappointed to hear from @reliancejio that they reuse surrendered numbers & customers to fend for themselves facing Obnoxious /marketing calls; Glad they also guide on DND !! @JioCare doesn't seem to care- wish to stay as far away as possible from such customer unfriendly ppl

    @JioCare Your solution doesn't work as 9022473973 is dead despite recharge with plan IR 1102 and you guys are driving me crazy by not giving sensible help on my registered email or registered alt number
