@JioCare @jiocareindia has mastered one thing: taking payment first and disappearing later. It’s been 8 days since I requested installation of a setup box and WiFi extender. I call customer care 4–5 times EVERY DAY. Every single call ends with the same scripted lie:

@JioCare At least tell customers what the actual problem is. Is it tower maintenance, outage, congestion, or a technical fault? Repeated copy-paste replies without transparency are not helpful.
