    @JioCare Mostly i stay from morning 9 to evening 8 in office, it is located in satyanarayanapuram, vijayawada-520011. i lost jio network maximum of this time. jio technical people said change BSNL service 4g to 2g in phone. But notrectify

    @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima today mukesh sir has said for 5G but failing to say even after and after complain not able to give service of2 G really poor service and follow up airtel seems better now

    @JioCare @Narayan_Loya Please think before having Jio fiber. They have pathetic service. I got a new connection 5 days back, and 3 out of those 5 days, my connection was cut. And they haven't been responding from last 3 days. Nobody comes to site. Check my issue on my profile. #jiodoesntcare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Engineer visit is scheduled for 7PM and I am promised it will be fixed shortly, it’s already 6:56, May I please get service engineer contact details? I need an assurance that my issue will be resolved today. Enough of a customer’s patience.

    @JioCare INSTALLATION Appointment for jio fiber order Number NO0000MK1VCU is rescheduled more than 100 times and is pending from 16 days. After taking advance money for 3 months, this is the level of service being provided. Please resolve this.
