    @JioCare Why did u asked for mobile no. via DM if no solution was to be provided & a stereotype message like this was to be given: Hi, we understand your concern. On some occasions, the data speed may not meet your expectations due to combination of conditions like indoor/outdoor location

    @JioCare I have sent a DM, please respond.....This is utterly frustrating to reach out to you for the same request time and again. Can't you resolve this for once and all. Can I please expect a call from you, if you at all give a damn about customer pain points.

    @JioCare @90_justin Don't go by their word ,they will keep on rescheduling the installation and at last you will have to cancel the installation.

    @JioCare I had briefed my problem since 15 December 2021 but reliance jio isn’t able to solve my problem…They aren’t informing about my status of problem nor a deadline to solve problem. Thanks jio for you worst service and encouraging us not to join jio again in life…

    @JioCare I am using the app from years, also checked all plans & unable to recharge a big amount. I need a minimum of 1.5gb in a day but I can't spend 666 for 84 days. 🙏 I don't need 4g as I am a poor.

    @JioCare where is the speed of your internet connection? Troubling from past many days. No customer care support. No liability. Giving 1G in price of 4G money. Anyone responsible here ? Just irritated. No speed of net . Not even photos are downloading.
