    @JioCare Hi it has been almost a month since Jio Fibre innour area is Not working..Already lodged complaint bt till date No action from Jio Fibre..I hv paid till Nov 2026.Hence pls refund my money or start the connection.Else we will all together go to the Consumer Court

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber I ordered new JioFiber con,but unfortunately no one came for the installation. I raised cancellation & refund requests on 29Jun, but refund still not credited to my acc. Pl look into this issue and resolve it ASAP. SR: SR000039Q4LF SR00003AEB17

    @JioCare JioFiber Service Request no. SR00002MBRJ8 has been addressed. We have identified and resolved the technical concern at our end, hence the scheduled engineer visit is not required. Then what is the compensation if this is from you side.

    @ShwetaSharma236 Ok great u did it absolutely right - even we facing same issue since last 3 years at work location. Multiple complaints have been made to customer care team of @reliancejio but have received same response that we are expanding your network request to wait for 90 days. But no use

    @JioCare my Service request SR00003A19B5 is open and pending since 2 July. Internet has not been working for the last 8 days. There has been no action on it since the past 5 days. Please ensure that it is resolved today itself. @reliancejio @jagograhakjago
