    @JioCare Why did u asked for mobile no. via DM if no solution was to be provided & a stereotype message like this was to be given: Hi, we understand your concern. On some occasions, the data speed may not meet your expectations due to combination of conditions like indoor/outdoor location

    @jiotvplus @JioCare I asked to discontinue the JIO service, but I was told since Service requests are opened they can't do that. What kind of protocols is that, you are not closing the service requests keep on delaying it. I don't want to use JIO you are not willing to do that

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber I am feeling like cheated by Jio fiber team...had great expectation with Jio team due kind of service standard set for Jio mobile services...Jio fiber team is completely irresponsible and making false commitment to team

    @JioCare JIO Fibre Id Jio Fibre Id: 400128478946 3rd Reminder : The Fibre cable is broken, can you please have it fixed? Fibre cable is BROKEN outside my building.. There are couple of connections lost due to damage on Fibre cable..Can you please depute someone at the earliest?

    @RitaG74 @reliancejio @JioCare Very unfortunate that Jio doesn't care for its subscribers ! The 'customer-care' isn't in place. This is no way to run a business !!! No wonder we don't want u anymore .

    @JioCare I have jio Fibre in Greater Kailash New Delhi and since this afternoon it is not working and i tried calling customer care no response please help, without stable WiFi things go to pause!
