    @reliancejio dear sir i has connect 48 f termination at barsoor chhattisgarh in a month of march but still i am not received my service or fiber joint charges, we joint fiber and done otdr kindly take it seriously and take action at earliest and provide our payment

    @mahendra_dutt @AmayraVaswani @JioCare 6 months have passed but they took money in the name of subscription and Won’t provide u service nor they will refund…… it seems this is Jio business model… that’s how they pay salary to customer care personnel

    @JioCare @DoT_India I dont need engineer.. There is no technical issue.. why r u not understanding my problem... this is my last request to you to call me for my exact concern otherwise I'm going to filling a legal case in Gujarat High Court against Jio for this fraud to me.

    @JioCare Network issue has not persist with me only entire users are getting same issue. One more thing when the power off netwrok get disappear seems the jio tower dosent have external.power back up. Address - Damodar chock, near badlapur lake, Badlapur gao, Mumbai 421503

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic network from the last 09 days... Call drop, internet speed is also the worst.. At the same time.. @JioCare is working fine no call drop , no issues with internet..

    Worst experience with customer care a complain pending since 10 days is unresolved your executives always say will solve within 24hrs & they have also closed the complain without permission , fake promises...@JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio
