@JioCare hello, internet stops working even for the slightest of rains and I can't call customer care nowadays. App just allows to raise a service request and the next available service visit is for day after tomorrow. How am I supposed to work with this?

@reliancejio there are frequent outages of JioFiber services and the turn around time is also very high..today services disrupted at 8.15 PM and cust service saying will be up by 12.15 AM ( Area Mumbai - Mahim)..please check asap
