    @JioCare Worst service. Worst customer care support. If you are unable to privide the service than why you are installing jio fibre connection.If you are not capable just stop making public fool.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have created a service request today and the engineer service slot was 5 pm and no one showed up no communication nothing. Pathetic service now they have rescheduled it to Monday night 10pm slot 😑 (1/2) #Jio #jiofiber

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. Complaint registered on May 6 (SR000035B69F) for Voice Calling issue. Without resolution, it was marked 'Resolved'. Reopened on May 9, but now put 'ON HOLD' without any site visit. Resolve it ASAP!

    @vikassingh48914 @reliancejio @JioCare I am also facing similar issue with my Jio Airfiber connection from last one month. I have already raised this issue with the Jio customer support and later escalated to appellate authority but nothing changed. I would recommend you to end Jio services, they are not going to help
