    @JioCare Why did u asked for mobile no. via DM if no solution was to be provided & a stereotype message like this was to be given: Hi, we understand your concern. On some occasions, the data speed may not meet your expectations due to combination of conditions like indoor/outdoor location

    Horrible jio network, we didn't even browse something. Don't know why you guys increased plan amount, even though not capable of giving customer satisfaction network. In this WFH period we really facing worse situation because of network. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio , @JioCare We residents of conscient Habitat society ,sector 99A, Gurugram facing lot of mobile network connectivity issues for Jio network Please take survey and install mobile Tower in nearby area for better connectivity in future

    @JioCare guys you don’t value your customers. The time for resolution has ended and today’s a working day for me too and i am still facing the same issue. Do you think you guys will take 4-5 days resolve a single issue. I mean this is no rocket science, or is it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am looking for jio broadband since 6 months in my area. It's available at the other side of my home and working properly.Other broadband network like Airtel,BSNL,excitel and other available in my area.That shows us that company is not working well.
