@JioCare I already contacted customer cares more then 5 times, they gave me the same reply each time, "you will get welcome offer message soon once all requirements meets the criteria by system".

@reliancejio Worst Customer service at Jio . They guarantee 5G but their executives at my jio store are not even able to change eSim to Physical sim. Such a pathetic service !

Currently I am living in Lovely Professional University,Punjab. Recently @JioCare started their 5G service inside the campus, but @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence (postpaid)unable to give proper 4Gservice, very bad speed.I’m expecting 5Gservices from airtel atleast deliver proper 4G
