    @JioCare Shradha, any update on SR00003C5U11 support team is working on it but any eta Or timeline of refund or 2099 is year set on that SR? I understand your side but support team got to be pushed to resolve 2.5+ month old simple refund matter. Why such issue can't understand.

    Team, I had installed JioAirFiber last month on 14th July. I was told that you will get unlimited data for one month but it got over today on 4th. I talked to the service team and they said nothing can be done, these are false promises. @reliancejio

    Should have chosen @airtelindia over @JioCare I regret choosing Jio as my internet service provider. It is ridiculous how I am struggling to connect with a human since a month.

    @JioCare Hello, kindly cancel my JioFiber order NO0001EIPIMA. Order was placed on 9 July 2026. No installation has been yet attempted. Please cancel it and issue full refund of paid charges.

    @JioCare @JioCare @consaff No visit by any technician. Devices disconnecting frequently issue not resolved. Service request closed without any solution and technician visit. I have been cheated by Jio Fiber
