    @JioCare 2/2 and that you will try to improve it in the future. How is this a resolved complaint? I’m extremely frustrated after dealing with this for almost a week. Please stop giving generic responses and provide an actual solution and a clear timeline for resolution.

    @JioCare Dear Sir /Mam I want to say that I am from nayaban , Chandankiyari, Bokaro (827013) In this Area very poor network/Data and Call service issue. In this circle approx 10000 jio user suffering this issue. So please solve this issue as soon as possible.Thanks & Rgards.

    @reliancejio @JioCare JioFiber’s service is getting worse. Out of a 30-day plan, service has been down for 12–15 days, now it’s down continuously for 2 days. If service is unavailable for nearly half the month, Y pay for 30 days? switch to a local ISP. Worst service in Virar West

    How is this acceptable, @JioCare ? I've been chasing Jio AirFiber Max installation since Aug 7th. Every day I get an OTP and assigned rep msg, but no one ever shows up or answers the phone. Pathetic customer service with zero human support! 🧵 (1/2) #JioAirFiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio You've the worst network and It's frustating that there is no response to helpline numbers to make things and network better. Please do the needfull and improve your network otherwise customers will be choosing other options
