    I am struggling for my refund from past 1+ month and everytime i got info that i will get it in 14 days. Its been 32 days and Your call centre is totally useless they just read the terms and then say we cant do anything. Worst custom care. @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare literally after every 10 min there is a network drop in Muddebihal, Karnataka it's been 6 months and you have never resolved if this is the issue tomorrow I will definitely switch to @airtelindia far better than your services

    @DoT_India Need one help. @reliancejio Trueconnect DLT platform has my account which i unable to login as my mobile number was disconnected by them. Now i am requesting an update to mobile number since last one month and no resolution is taken. Is this why @TRAI enabled DLT??

    When I talk to @JioCare about not able to use internet they are asking me to wait but they didn't tell any deadline to fix the issue.Not raised complaint. I use mobile data for my office work. I don't know how can I explain this to my employer. Why JIO so bad? @MukeshAmbanima

    @reliancejio @JioCare A poor kid mistakenly recharged 199/- into my mothers basic Jiophone (having 765/- annual recharge plan active). Customer Care executive politely refused any resolution & informed the plan will be activated only after expiry of the existing plan. Contd.

    Site engineer intentionally not solving issue. 999 pack running out. Not able to see T20. Also WFH. Engineer did fake update no visit no call. Make my reimburse for recharge I will close this connection. @JioCare

    @reliancejio what a shame that an existing customer of jio fiber is told that his recharge of 7000/- rupees won’t work and then the customer r service reps refuses to help and hangs up on me. Shame!
