@JioCare I should forget that 199rs/-.if you are not ready to help me then I will go to TRAI.why don't you understand customer issue and pls note that We have around 10jio users in our family and if you are not ready to help me out in this then we will switch to Airtel network at anycost

@JioCare Why are you keep telling the same thing?..you should have multiple options for customers and this mistake was not only done by me but there are alot of customer around India who used to make the same mistake as I did ..it's doesn't mean that If I recharged to the wrong number
