    @JioCare never every take jio fibre ,i had issue with wi fi in jio router,raised complain after multiple attempt,engineer was assigned for today morning 11am, ny 11 i gets sms that problem is resolved remotely, though issue is same. they are fooling the customers @jio

    @JioCare Yes, I want to cancel the order and receive a full refund to the original/source account. I do not want the voucher reinstated or a new connection. Please process the refund and confirm the refund timeline. Also, please address the contradictory information provided by your teams

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare @jio_fiber My JioFiber has been disconnecting 7ā€“8+ times daily for 10ā€“15 days. Multiple complaints raised, but no proper engineer visit or permanent solution. Please escalate this to the senior technical team and resolve urgently.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio fibre is not working for the last 3-4 days. Your customer support is so pathetic like your service that I am not able to speak to any customer care rep. Why should I wait for 3-4 days or a week for my jio fibre internet connection to be restored?
