    @JioCare the worst thing is my jiofi dongle got repaired and you stopped production of it and not even battery for the dongle is not available.....dongle wifi is needed for portable internet at all ways... This is too bad of jio

    So they came to fix my landlord wire and they end up disconnecting mine. Now no net! Call them then will appoint someone, who’ll be probably come after 24 hrs. Weekend gone #fml @JioCare

    So today i completed 7 months since i raised this. I shared multiple DM to @JioCare but you guys simply not interested to return my money.. no one picked up the router and my request remain unanswered.. i wonder who runs your customer care team. Shame
