    @JioCare Why did u asked for mobile no. via DM if no solution was to be provided & a stereotype message like this was to be given: Hi, we understand your concern. On some occasions, the data speed may not meet your expectations due to combination of conditions like indoor/outdoor location

    @reliancejio How can you deduct money for recharge on number which is not exist. Same happened with me, I recharged on my old number which I break it and threw it. But by mistake I recharged on that number. Could you please help me here, that recharge was for my new number

    @JioCare This is a general issue as lot of friends, relatives are facing network issue, rather then standard reply, work on improving network infrastructure instead of wasting on advertising

    The very worst service from jio, following in all Chanels to solve my issues but they are not resolving and not responding.. guys please try to avoid jio if you can, these guys are not understanding the value of time of a customer.. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare What rubbish service you are providing!! After 2 months of cancellation still no one is willing to pick up the router. This is ridiculous.
