    @sushilkedia @reliancejio Good luck 🤞- expecting customer service from Jio team is like expecting a miracle. I experienced worst customer service and most inflexible policies. Once you have paid for recharge plan, you feel trapped.

    Paid 3 month advance for JioFiber, received bill of monthly charges after 2 months. Support informed it is advance payment demanded for next month. Bill Period is last month but amount asked is for next month. Advance for Post Paid @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @jagograhakjago
