    @reliancejio you saw my tweet about bad connectivity, your guy comes & then says my phone is getting a signal why don’t you reset all your Jio SIMs. Firstly, I didn’t launch a complaint, & appreciate that your team reached but don’t send a buffoon who asks me to reset my phones.

    @JioCare Took the Jio Ott pack & got @DisneyPlusHSP subscription with it. However, getting nonstop ads. Guess Hotstar is giving this Ad version of Hotstar premium only for Jio users. Sort this out. Else it will hamper user experience. It literally sucks to watch ads even on OTT

    @JioCare August 24th sent mail for jiofiber disconnection. Till today no engineer came for device pickup. I have got SMS and mail regarding appointment of service engineer. Still I am waiting for refund of my deposit amount

    I upgraded my Jio Fiber plan to 999, but now @reliancejio don't want to give me the bundled @PrimeVideo subscription. There support is pathetic. Only thing they know to say is I can understand. @JioCare #frauds #pathetic
