    @JioCare this is ridiculous guys I am unable to use Internet inside my home this is called monopoly? Still I am outside my home for use Internet. I converted my sim from airtel to jio but after 2 years I am facing same problem jio should look into this otherwise we'll go back

    @JioCare Karuna, there is no point in this. You have the tech, tools and people who can really give this info in a matter of days literally. It’s unimaginable for me share the network feedback across locations.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I want to upgrade my Jio Fiber plan from 30 Mbps to 150 Mbps for one month. Your customer care says that the policy is to pay the full amount (₹ 999) for the new plan which means that the amount that I have already paid (₹399) is waste. How is this fair?
