    @JioCare Why did u asked for mobile no. via DM if no solution was to be provided & a stereotype message like this was to be given: Hi, we understand your concern. On some occasions, the data speed may not meet your expectations due to combination of conditions like indoor/outdoor location

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your team keeps saying the tower is overloaded and the nearest 5G tower is too far away even though I was promised excellent 5G connectivity when I got AirFiber. Now your app won't even let me raise a complaint and keeps showing a "4-hour outage" that never gets resolved.

    @JioCare Look from 5h July your service is distributingly unreliable , it's so much disconnection that getting online during day is just delusional. Having said that don't come with standard excuses od rebooting router, just depute a service engineer and save your face .

    Today is my 1st day of recharge to jio network.... Even after sometime many complaint about bad network internet in my location,they weren't interested to resolve the issue.beside that I am recharging it for my mom & dad where shall I go,do I switch to Airtel @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear Customer, Service request no SR00003AXNM1 has been raised in your account. You will receive an update for this request by 2026-07-13T12:17:57. Net issue not resolved last 6 month price increase

    @JioCare Despite repeated complaints, the issue is still unresolved. This is seriously affecting my work and daily use. Please stop delaying and provide a permanent fix immediately. This level of service is unacceptable. #JioFiber

    @JioMart @reliancejio And suddenly got msg that ur order cancelled due to out of stock, how this possible that all 18 items are out of stock, very pathetic service I ever seen from jiomart, dukan band kardo apni. Mins if u unable to provide order the why mention quick delivery on app.
