    @JioCare Why did u asked for mobile no. via DM if no solution was to be provided & a stereotype message like this was to be given: Hi, we understand your concern. On some occasions, the data speed may not meet your expectations due to combination of conditions like indoor/outdoor location

    @JioCare JioFiber service became worst recently. In the past 10 days, this is the 3rd time I am facing internet connectivity issue. This is not a kind of service I am expecting from JioFiber. Plans also not affordable compared to other operators. Let me know the process for disconnection.

    @reliancejio @jiocare @reliancejio JioFiber order LR000016EYAC amt was paid on 31 Aug 26 Tried multiple times ā€“ MyJio app, Fiber helpline 1800-896-9999 and WhatsApp support have no cancellation option Please cancel the order immediately and process full refund to the original payment mode

    @JioCare Hi mam this is 15th time I am saying I am facing issue in 6pm to 10pm everyday. As I am working on US north america shift this timing is very important to me. Kindly help me. Tell me how many months I need to wait to fix this issue. It's already 20days issue not resolved. @TRAI

    @JioCare My Jio number was deactivated recently. I need to recover the same number, but the registered owner is currently abroad and cannot visit a Jio Store. Please help with an alternative KYC/recovery process before the number is reassigned.

    @JioCare This is just repeating what customer care already told me. Iā€™m not asking how to track or reschedule I need service restored. My connection has been down since 6 AM, with no call from Jio. Please stop giving generic responses & provide confirmed engineer visit time and resolution
