@reliancejio I have been facing issue with jio network in my area, with power cut even for an hour your tower gets shut-off, I tried complaining to your customer support executive, but they give me stupid reply instead, the told me that is normal, and it's because of the power

@JioCare the worst service I got for the Jiofiber setup box issue. Got to service centre multiple times and the engineer visited asked “ if you want service keep it or cancel it” where issue is not in tv where setup box failed to load.

@JioCare Still how long should I wait? I have raised the issue here on Dec 16th and today is Jan 2nd and even before here, I have been in contact with jio fiber team over calls and email since mid of Nov, so I would like to know still how many more months will u push it for?

@JioCare I am facing huge internet issue on my jio number. Request you to look into this urgently. Due to that I can’t do my day to day work and so loosing faith on jio. Initially it was good but now what suddenly happened I don’t know. Please look into this asap. Thanks.
