@JioCare But how this type of peoples calling without any fear with using JIO SIM and saying that no any problem they will face if we launched FIR against them... i want to ask you if they are submitting their proof while issuing SIM then why we not blocked them or cancel their SIM

@JioCare Customers who DONT NEED Good CC, Escalation service solution, prompt Technician visits, money refund (Refundable Deposit, Installation charges in stipulated time of 14 days), resolution within 72 hrs of any problem. I suggest go for JIOFIBER.

@JioCare I got Jio Fiber Broadband by end of Aug. Paid INR 4948 for 6 months including GST (699/month plan). Internet never worked. Due to technical issues, the representative told me that I have to cancel, will get the refund. But I did not get the full refund. please check.
