    @JioCare Issue from more than 2 months not called temporary.Increasing users is not problem u should have to look for that also,if users are more in our area & we have not getting good speed than you have not taking less amount of recharge,we are paying same as users experience good speed

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare my internet is not working since two days, raised a request but your service guy marked it as solved without even coming, and calling me and telling why did i raise another request. Is this kind of behaviour what we expect from jio ?

    @JioCare Thanks a lot for your efforts without resolution. Now customers like me will never trouble you and your company Reliance Jio Fibre as I have already applied for refundable deposits of 6500/-and six months subscription for new plan paid on 27.6.22 operative 9/7/22.

    Very rubbish service @reliancejio @JioCare New Jio Fiber connectivity has been done. The network has not been coming for 20 days.There is an employee of a Jio customer whose name is Rishi,+91 78598 01642, he doesn't even talk properly. Closed the complaint without working. 🙎

    @reliancejio @JioCare disconnection since 10th July, shared usage statement with your team to prove. My resolution date has been extended to 22, 26 ,27th and today to 1st August. My plans ends on 12th Aug. called..mailed... I think it is time for #goodbyeJio.

    @JioCare Again no confirmation on whether this is an AirFiber backend/tower routing issue or not. I asked a direct technical question but again received only a generic reply. After almost 3 months, customers deserve clear answers, not endless copy-paste responses.

    @JioCare I already contacted customer care and they confirmed no relocation request was processed. I also mailed multiple times earlier. Your employee misled me in the name of relocation and gave a new connection. Kindly resolve this issue.

    @reliancejio Pathetic service. Paid upfront and booked a sim on your app on 17th May. SIM was to be delivered in 48 hours. 10 day+ & SIM not delivered. Standard call centre response over multiple calls: Escalated, sim to be delivered tomorrow. That tomorrow hasn't come yet.

    @JioCare few hours later, the 4G service also ceases to function. Currently—for the last 4 or 5 days—the 5G service has not been working at all, and I am unable to even make proper phone calls. I have called customer care twice regarding this,Poor customer care service no one is replying

    @JioCare received confirmation message & a call from technician. he asked for OTP without visiting my place for closure of call. told him to visit first & address the fault, but he was only interested in OTP. similar incident faced in past too. poor on ground implementation.
