    @JioCare My issue is that jio's network in particular is very bad in surat , i hopefully ported from Vodafone but that was a bad decision.

    the problem is not being solved even through Twitter, And not even getting from customer care. So please tell us where we should go so that our problem can be solved. Because even having a normal whatsapp message is having trouble. Please do not give high user reasons. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare my internet is not working since two days, raised a request but your service guy marked it as solved without even coming, and calling me and telling why did i raise another request. Is this kind of behaviour what we expect from jio ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare disconnection since 10th July, shared usage statement with your team to prove. My resolution date has been extended to 22, 26 ,27th and today to 1st August. My plans ends on 12th Aug. called..mailed... I think it is time for #goodbyeJio.

    @JioCare Issue from more than 2 months not called temporary.Increasing users is not problem u should have to look for that also,if users are more in our area & we have not getting good speed than you have not taking less amount of recharge,we are paying same as users experience good speed

    @JioCare @vikramsingh2211 What will you do after taking contact number of customer, you will tell sir how much your network bar, in which slot sim is, cache cleared or not, even after if you found that problem is in your network, you tell problem is temporarily or users base in your area is high 1/2

    @JioCare What are you going to get checked? The engineer will try to contact me, fail, and won’t reach my place. It’s already happened twice. You need my new number. Invite me to the dms. You’d just end up wasting the engineer’s time as well as my own. It’s already been 5 days.

    @JioCare Am not understanding what's happening on this issue. It's an unprecedented 15 days now .never experienced such thing before for an installation. Not possible to wait forever. This looks like a never-ending tail. I would request to initiate the refund of the payment.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber, please check your records before updating my ticket status. It constantly shows a "Technician Visit" between 11 PM – 12 AM, yet no one arrives. While calling to customer service they are proving it would be resolved within the time. ​Request ID:SR00002KQ0BO

    @JioCare There is just one SSID on the device. Have u guys gone mad. This new device was installed 5-6 months ago and it doesnt support dual band. Slow internet. Poor connectivity. Connection drops randomly. SSID : T-Rex8
