Beware ! Jio Fibre is smartly ridiculing people. When your plan ends, they smartly convert it into postpaid, without asking the customer. The customer care says that you should have called us before the expiration of the plan to discontinue the service. #Unlawful @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio I am extremely disappointed with the service support of Jio. After two days of my complaint today 2 person came from Jio to resolve the issue. After 1 hour they told me that set top box is faulty and created work order and will be replaced within 1 hour.

Hey @JioCare , I have opted for relocation for the jiofiber on 5th june for 10th june. It's not yet done. I have been reaching the customer care everyday and they are saying the same thing everyday day "Today our engineers will visit". But no one is calling. @reliancejio
