    On 18th may , I tried recharged to my jio phone number from Myjio app the amount was deducted from my Bank acc. But I didn't recieved the Recharge, it's already 10 days and still the amount is not reverted to my bank acc Please help..!! @reliancejio @JioCare @PhonePeSupport

    @JioCare I have stopped receiving updates on relocation request. I dont understand the way companies like JIO provide service to their customers.

    @JioCare I believe u should stop providing new connections. I have raised multiple complaints that my IP Centrex is not working. I get a mail daily that the tech is visiting but nobody ever calls/visits and the ticket gets automatically closed. Indian enterprises deserve better

    @JioCare @reliancejio With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that my internet connection is disturbed for the last 5-6 days. cant fix that issue. SR00001B5PLO who will be responsible for my 6 days loss when my connection will start. What is the customer TAT .

    @JioCare Once again the same problem with jio team,issue for your line are not activated now as on date so your engineer visit is not a solution,please start your dp as soon as possible then engineer can given the connection from the dp

    @JioCare Hello. Your customer service is the worst.. baring my number after clearing the bills baring my number .. the bills were not cleared due to signal issue which was informed earlier

    @JioCare It's been 10 days back paid the amount and waiting for installation. Don't have proper service in Bangalore itself?

    @unraveaero Hei @reliancejio @JioCare But they are not able to provide connection to a location within 5 Km of kolkata's oldest metro . Never bothered to contact despite repeated requested with the exact location
