The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

I am using broadband service since last 10 years but @TSBBCare is one of the worst service ever I choose. Even local service providers are better than this.. @reliancejio @airtelindia could you please start your service in Hinjewadi phase-2, Pune soon.

@JioCare already sent, & I know u vl say 2 wait for 48hr as service request already raised & backend team is working. Customer can't have access to 'backend' team, not sure why you can't resolve it right away like in @airtelindia stores. Resolve this, and I will go back to @airtelindia

Received a call from @JioCare @reliancejio saying my Jio number will be discontinued or permanently shut down in next two hours if I do not recharge before that!! What the hell going on here !?How can you suddenly discontinue an active Jio number!! 🤬 😡

.@JioCare @reliancejio your dns servers for fiber are not working efficiently. Lot of indian websites do not open but when I use a dns resolver, they open fine. Get your developers to check your dns resolvers.
