The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio now without my knowledge or without informing me, i lost 800 worth of supercoins which is basically 800rs for a recharge of 209! Shouldn't you have informed the customer what sort of reward it was!!? It showed as just rewards!!!

@reliancejio recently i opted for MNP from Airtel to Jio. But due to some issues i asked the agent if i can cancel the MNP and get refund, he agreed and cancelled MNP But now, from last 5-6 days whenever i call him for refund he never accepts my calls and ignoring messages (1/2)

Big Plan of VI is keep disconnecting and keep them locked to VI so that they don't switch to other networks beacuse not completing 90 days, @reliancejio can you please help me on this?

it is very frustrating. In location like Khedki Dhaula, Gurgaon 122004, Jio can't provide good internet connection. In evening time, internet speed is worst. Guys please **** into this matter. @JioCare

@JioCare I'm getting a network issue where 5G signal is not available on my nearest tower due this lot of issue I'm getting for calling and data usage your team said no plan for 5G so i don't want to be with your network as issue not going to resolved
