The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare If it is your usual whatsapp IR support, it doew not help. I have had more than a dozen interaction with them. No solution so far. You can check all the tickets and SRs against my JIO number 9650799191

@farehbi20 @reliancejio You will never get good service. They will only comfort you with auto messages. They stopped replying me after I told the issues we are facing with jio. Because they don’t do it. You better port to other providers
