  The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

  I don't know do Jio Employee have shame in their asses or not. I am curious after several complaints the network is getting worse in my area and even Jio AIRFIBER is at worst speed. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare The issues you mentioned has been resolved (even though your logs don't show it). My neighbours also on jiofiber got back connectivity an hour back. Am still suffering Not sure what nonsense this is

  @reliancejio All flustered customers have decided to port to airtel. Pls improve your signal gain quality in our nearby jio signal. There is a jio signal installed in DHANACHANGADA, BHAPUR, NAYAGARH, PIN- 752078.

  @reliancejio @JioCare one of the worst service I have ever seen. I applied for relocation and paid 1200rs. They never called back of gave me the status. Now I applied for new connection and paid 5300rs. For that also no response. So I cancelled both and for refund 21 days.

  @JioCare @reliancejio I am having issue with my jiofiber net from last two days. Requested multiple issue ticket but still engineer didn’t visited. Jio service system is worst. There is no any point of contact neither in app or from toll free number.
