    The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

    @TRAI 4G services are vary pathetic now. we don't get full network connection of @reliancejio even at prime areas of New Delhi.

    @JioCare Kya kaam kar rahi hai team?😡Does it take 11 days to install an internet connection? Wtf is wrong with you guys?😑Neither any communication from your end nor is executive Kuldeep Tiwari picking the call. Now I'm really frustrated. Cancel my order and refund the ******* amount.

    @JioCare No need to play hide & seek. My location: Namkum, society is Narayanipuram opposite to Namkum Railway Station Ranchi. I’m paying for 5G but not getting 5g speed.. Please check with your team surely I’m not the only one facing this. Stop ignoring customers and fix the issue.

    @TRAI Yes... I am using jio @reliancejio @JioCare 5g plan paid 3600 for a year. Their speed is like 2g. Whenever complaint they have 1 excuse "heavy congestion in your area". It will be corrected. But no change in anything. Now their is duopoly so we are helpless. TRAI is ?????

    I done recharge from my jio app of 448rs and done on wrong number of mine only. When I contacted care they said after 30 min you will get the cancel button but I didn't got one Tried calling but ai didn't trasfered the ca to care plz look into this Id:- BR000CV3ZVJZ @JioCare

    @JioCare my internet is down since 5 hours and you randomly rescheduled my appointment to the 20th instead of today without any prior notification. Is this how you treat loyal customers? Greedy spineless company.

    @TRAI Daily I'm facing issue I use jio @JioCare @reliancejio , the daily told me that today it will fix tomorrow it will fix but that day never comes there internet is so slow it's only right 5G but don't give a speed of 5G even not even 4G.
