    The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare It has now been the 4th week of my complaint, and I request an actual update regarding my concern. Please let me know what exact action has been taken so far and what is the current status of the resolution. I am still waiting for proper support and a clear update

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets @reliancejio my jio air fiber getting disconnected 12 to 14 times a day almost every hour. Just installed it 2 days ago. Jio cs care is just some cheap labour they hang up the call.

    @JioCare my connection is disconnected since 11:00 1st i got message it will start by 12:15 nw i got msg problem solved by 8:15 how fair is it if we dont recharge our connection is immediately disconnected why should we bare so much hrs every 2 hrs u guys are extending time
