    The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

    when my plan is upto 23 August, whitout intimating me how can you suspend my service. Have you any answer Its better to switch the service to another operater. @JioCare

    @airtelindia @reliancejio The last time was on 16th August. My first call for this issue was on 28th May and I had deactivated voicemail svc on 24th March

    Why make a simple plan change so complicated? Jio-is this really how customer convenience works? Or is it easier for you to create a new connection than modify an existing one? @reliancejio @JioCare @RelianceJioCare #JioAirFiber #Jio

    @JioMart_Support I received a call from JioMart customer care today, and they said they would refund the money to my JioMart wallet, but the refund hasn't been credited to the account yet. I received a call from this number: +91 87987 93024. But now, the call isn't being answered @reliancejio

    @JioCare @GoI_MeitY They don't even acknowledge what we are asking, their human representative also provide chaotic updates. It's all mess, we can not easily cancel the service too

    @reliancejio My JioFiber connection was suspended due to non-payment. On customer care’s assurance that payment would allow one month of service, I paid ₹722 on 07.08.2026 and the connection was restored. However, a fresh bill of ₹798 was generated on 11.08.2026 without adjusting my ₹722 payment, and my connection has again been suspended. I effectively received service for only 3 days against my payment. Please verify the payment, billing records and call recording, adjust ₹722 appropriately, waive any incorrect charges and restore my connection immediately.     So @reliancejio has silently blocked @CoinMarketCap (CMC) on both website and app. 🤡 Tested it on normal DNS vs. VPN - Jio is straight-up routing traffic away from basic crypto info sites. CMC is literally just a data aggregator, not even an exchange. It's amazing how quickly ISPs & regulators jump to shadow-ban data tools, while turning a blind eye to: 🚫 Rampant scam call centers 🚫 Broken civic sense & road rage 🚫 Daily governance & infra mess Banning access to information won't fix real issues. Are other ISPs doing this too, or is it just Jio?
