    The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

    @jio_fiber First improve your jiocare app. No way to raise the complaint. It used to be better , You people meddled with it to make it worse. Redirecting from mail to app to mail.

    @JioCare After repeated outages, multiple complaints, missed visits, and temporary fixes, my patience is running out. Please tell me how much longer I am expected to wait for a stable internet connection while continuing to pay for a service that is not being delivered.

    @JioCare I have already done it and tried to fix it using the MyJio Troubleshoot option too but it didn't work.

    Jio is the worst network I've ever used.I'm constantly facing network issues and poor connectivity.I tried contacting customer care many times, but I never received any proper response.I wouldn't recommend using a Jio SIM.I'm switching back to @airtelindia. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare It’s been more than 7 days and my JioFiber issue is still unresolved. The assigned technician keeps saying it cannot be done right now and asked me to tweet instead. My time and money are being wasted while I continue to pay for a service that is not working properly.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber your services are so - so bad in my area since 2023 it shows 5g but barely matches the speed of 3g is so so so bad I am so disappointed. A year ago we brought airfiber which worked fine till now and we are facing the same problems again ...
