Your own system showed an expected resolution by 23 April 09:45 AM, which has already been missed. This is a clear service failure and negligence.

It feels like the problem is just being brushed aside instead of taken seriously. If customer care truly matters, then raise it.

Multiple service request gets auto closed with no resolution and customer confirmation. Jio will spam 24x7 if u request for disconnection @JioCare @reliancejio
