The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio Your customer support is full of incompetent ppl, while doing recharge I received failure message but you deducted the amount and NOW REFUSING to refund by saying it was successful!! Isn’t it is a fraud by INDIAs largest service provider?

@JioCare @reliancejio My internet services have not been working since Dec 31st. I've raised complaint in My Jio app but your service engineer never shows up and keeps rescheduling without informing or consent of customer. Pathetic unprofessional service from so you people.

@Airtel_Presence Broadband has been out since morning due to network outage. This has happened three times just this month. Working from home and this is a real problem. I wonder if it is time to switch to @JioCare broadband services.
