    @JioCare Raised a service request 5 days ago about stb not working, but still no follow-up from jio engineers, when will my issue get solved? I have raised sr 5 times all say resolved without anything.

    Try to work on your present 4G Network and Communication . Focus On Your Commitments . Don’t give your Fake Hope to Customers. We all kw what will be your 4G speed after 5G installation (just like 3G ). The only Difference is your increasing Price .@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare You have let me down by not doing anything about it! If something was being done, it would reflect in customer service or the app - BUT LITERALLY NOTHING IS DIFFERENT. Pagal mat banao yaar, kaam karna seekho pehle apna.

    @JioCare I have raised a complaint to fix my internet issues 2 days ago and till now, it's not reslvd. Dey kp syng tht itll be rsvld in 24 hrs. It's been mre thn 2 days and unable to wrk. It's really disappointing to see no response on my repeated queries.

    @JioCare your gorakhpur jio fiber team is totally fail.they are not resolving STB problem after 24.00 Hrs.Your customer care team book only visit slot but no one came to my house.they put door closed remark in your office. I am very unsatisfied customer.9450672622
