The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare The issue still persists. The ticket was open on 27th May. I don't have trust in @JioCare anymore. @reliancejio has the worst #customersupport The only resolution of this issue is to switch my connection to other provider.

@JioCare Thats not a solution other network operations are continue with or with out power supply of government. They have own power back up of more than 10 hour .
