The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Waiting from last 24 hours but still my internet issue is not yet resolved. Called customer care ,they assigned engineer and assure it will get resolved today.. But still no one attended the issue

@JioCare Till now no update. I am very much clear from side that I will not pay the bill. Billing last date is July 20, lets see by when Jio Team is resolving the issue.

@JioCare The problem is not with me only. I have 4 members in my family using jio sim All of them face the same problem. You better change your policy and stop bothering your customers with bombarding messages.

@JioCare Already I have jio sim Card. Jio internet is also wrost. Already I was raised a complaint against this issue. My Jio number is 8074411077. First solve this issue.
