The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Btw the SR was not resolved, it was force closed without call. Ur jio chat sucks and people there don't understand the queries. This tweet is to make people aware on how to close SR without resolution and then fake it on social media saying the SR was resolved.

@reliancejio Most pathetic operators in india. No network coverage from last 20 days, to call someone I have to get out of my house. I am not able to take my online classes properly and damn their customer care, they say exact scripted pathetic lines every time I call them. (1/2)
