The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @rajankgupta The most worth services is Jio company's 3 months ago my sim was stolen, I went to the service center but till now I have not got that sim because that sim was in my father's name or now my father has died, so I have to Till now that sim has not been received, worth Services

New strategy of fiber jio, every month they cut your Internet for 3 days saying, its a server issue & the technician will fix it. Am experiencing it from past 3 months straight.. jio team please stop taking customer for a ride. Really disappointed @JioChat @reliancejio
