The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare The network is working very badly in my area. There is no improvement even after repeated complaints. If you do not fix your network as soon as possible, then we will be forced to switch to another network.

@JioCare @reliancejio 20th march gave payment for jioFIBRE and 18days uptill now the installation is undone. Called 7 ppl from bottom to top of jio mansarovar jaipur branch, but no good. RMN 9829097107 NAME RASIK, S 156 MAHAVEER NAGAR FOR JIO FIBRE CONNECTION. HELP!!!

Worst Internet connection In my area that’s none other than @reliancejio @JioCare from past 1 week signal strength is very poor. Every night the connection speed is only 1kb/s. What’s the point of giving them 700rs when they can’t even provide sufficient speed Porting to Vodafone

@JioCare @reliancejio order ID EO0000019CW1 requested for connection, verification done, advance rental paid, three times on premises request received, but nothing installed. Canceled Airtel connection because the jio team was keen for installation. Anyone in jio who can help.
