    @JioCare @reliancejio I have converted my number from Postpaid to prepaid for which i haven't received my Security deposit yet. Connected with customer care but no solution found. Not expected this kind of service from jio. Details will be shared once asked.

    @JioCare Why should I DM you ? I want to aware people in my network about @reliancejio and I haven't updated my bank details. Already submitted the cancelled cheque and other bank details via email. As per policy, in how many days refund is credited after submitting the device at store ?

    @JioCare @tataplayfiber services are way more better. They resolve the issue within 4hrs. Considering taking their services after my plan expires. Your service sucks.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup @TRAI Dear TRAI, reliance jio Fiber service were out of service for 3 consecutive days, upon asking for extension of 3 days in services they have denied, kindly look into the matter and help poor consumers
