    @reliancejio Terrible net speed. Rs 999 pack 6 months advance. Instead of 150 Mbps, getting 50 Mbps at times with single device use. No satisfactory reply at customer care. Technicians not responding. Thinking over switching to our service provider. Disappointed.

    @JioCare it's almost 10pm now and no resolution till now, scheduled time was 7:30pm. Tomorrow need to look for other fiber options.height of unprofessionallism.
