The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I’m noticing a drastic change in @reliancejio @JioCare services since August last year. Offered free Amazon prime & not able to access it for the past 9 months. Many complaints but no solution. Not sure how long I will be cheated like this :(
