    @JioCare yesterday I raised a request that the jio fiber is not working in my home, the customer support executive raised an SR with id 'SR000013UNH4'. Nobody came to fix the connection, however the issue has been marked as resolved.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Unable to get a STB installed for last 10 days, numerous calls to customer care have yielded no result. Refund my money including the recharge if you cant fix it. Pathetic Service.

    @reliancejio Relience jio services are worst network, i have ever used. Relience jio provides data 4G speed which is working like below 2G speed. Money investing jio is totally waste. I would suggest improve ur service. Otherwise i will switch to other network.

    @reliancejio net speed is very poor and also call interception rather than airtel and any other networks so don't assist to recharge pse🙏

    @JioCare Dear Sir/Madam, This is to let you that I'm not receiving OTP while sign-in to jio web page since two days. Even I have reported to customer care but the response wasn't satisfactory. As I'm not able to login hence not able to recharge from website which I usually do
