  The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare I installed jioFiber less than a month ago. It was all working fine till yesterday 10.30AM. Its been more than 24 hours now, the internet is not working. Have raised two ticket and one feedback complaint. Till now no one seems to care. Pathetic service. #jiocare @TRAI

  @JioCare @reliancejio My recharge expired just 5 days ago, yet I keep getting recharge calls. Today, your executive from 9X308508X7 was rude and almost threatening. On asking not to call, she said, "Do whatever you want." Take strict action, or I'll port my number.#StopHarassing

  @reliancejio Worst Company ever for WIFI I tried to register my complaint but simply switch to AI and cut the call ! Not even they pick call heavily frustrated by this behaviour. They are simply just Plundering people's pocket ! Shame

  @MicrosoftvApple @JioCare There's no issues with Download speeds the issue is with Ping and Network stability. Jio is fooling by giving Substandard network and High speeds. Fast doesn't mean it's good. Just check how many call drops, whether you are getting incoming calls or calls missed messages.
