  @JioCare we are trying to get an Internet connection issue for the last 7 days. Irony is the connection is less than a month old. We raised multiple service request and your customer care executive and technical team on the ground are not providing any support.

  @JioCare The Jio featur phone developed an isue just one day after purchas. It has been over a month, bt the service centre has stil not resolved the problm Despite repeated follo-ups, there has been no propelr response. Pls look into this mater urgently and provide a resolution.
