The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Facing issue in download speed of jio fiber and due to that not able to surf the internet properly. Tried contacting customer support but not happy with the response provided and they are not able to understand the issue. Struck on their point.

@JioCare 1. I want to activate e-sim on my iPhone have been going to store several times all the time they say is we don’t have the network access some or the other thing is always not working. Moreover the SIM card is on my brothers name so there’s also an issue to transfer it.

Worst situation by @JioCare today I came to jio care Dabhoi to get new sim for my old number which is in mobile stolen yesterday. Even @DoT_India also instructed not insist for ekyc. I have not a single finger impression due to my accident @PMOIndia

Hi @reliancejio I have been facing network coverage issue for 2 years in my area pin code 781367 after several complaints to @reliancejio customer care they also have been saying ‘we are working on it very soon it will resolve’So look into the issue #worstservicejio

@JioCare Team, it's really bad to see the poor customer service of Jio on my complaint, I have done yearly recharge of 2999 payment got deducted no message has come on confirmation/failure now it's been 3 days don't know the status of refund as well
