    The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio since I bought a jio fibre on 30th September and i was not able to see Voot kids as it was crashing every time . I was told by customer care that it will be resolved within 48 hours but there is no sign of technician to solve the problem till today.

    @JioCare @iamtheksn I had a complaint against Google Play, an application was downloaded from Google Play, I have a screen shot as evidence, this application after I invested my money in it was deleted from Google, and my money was frozen with the application

    Dear @JioCare I have a Jio postpaid connection and an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I live in Gujarat where 5g is widely available according to You. I cannot find the settings to activate 5g on my phone. Can you please help or is it @AppleSupport whom I should be asking for support??

    Jio care is not responding to my dispute about network to villages. Jio care so irresponsible and send scripted messages in service ticket SR00001EX800.There many poor family will get access and more than 1000+ users will be happy in the village.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare your service of @OfficialJioTV is so very hopeless with an overlay of frequent ads each time I access a different channel. How the hell do I stop ads from appearing

    @JioCare I need help reinstating my dad's mobile number. He was in the US for 1 year and his telephone number got disconnected. Now he is back to India but is unable to recharge it. When recharging, it says the number is not a valid Jio number.

    @JioCare when will i get resolution? In a year or more thn it? You keep providing service request number, but no resolution, no one visits home, no one calls. Then tickets are being closed automatically?? If u dont have capacity then just stop this nonsense service.
