The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I've recharged my Jio Mobile No. with Rs.777 Plan which gave 1 year of Disney+ Hotstar VIP on May 6. But, the Disney+ Hotstar Plan didn't get renewed & the previous plan bought through Jio Recharge plans earlier is expiring on June 7, 2021. Solve this issue ASAP!

The worst network at this time is jio.I can't even watch a video on youtube.They always say we are doing our best but never resolve net speed. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I have ported jio for getting good service but i am not getting the service properly. If you are charging money for services you provided then if you are not provide the good service then penalties should be imposed to you also.
