    The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

    Day 5 without a resolution And the app says someone is assigned to visit my house between 10pm and 11pm I mean seriously? I'm pretty sure no one will end up coming and it's just another day of @reliancejio scamming paying customers

    @JioCare my Jio Fiber was down twice this month, total downtime about a couple of days (you'd know the exact time from service records). You don't give an extra second, while you've taken a downtime when it was paid for! How to adjust this?

    @JioCare My connection number is 35608659. My jio internet connection is not working since yesterday. Nobody is picking the CC no, Jiocare app is unresponsive, the local technician is refusing to look into the matter without egistered complain. Please do something.
