    The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Dear I have moved within city Delhi only and place is 5 km far from old location please help to resolve the issue and reverse back my 2500 rupees and also reverse 1 month pack 1178 rupees if you are not able to relocate my connection.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my jio fiber is not working. I called costomer care, they said they will send engineer on Saturday, message says Friday today is Thursday. Does it really take 2-3 days? Pls help.

    @reliancejio Can anyone will help me, I asked for relocation on 26th March but still my connection is not relocated my registered mobile number is 7004709213, Worst service i had never seen.
