    The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

    contactd custmr support 4 help wthout my permission&saying anythng advisor transferred my call& it's been now 30 mintes no one is thre to help me.such a poor & pathetic custmer srvice.I want 2 disconnect my no.and move to Airtel now.I hope you guys can help me with it. #JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare is there a way we can raise complaint about poor coverage, the way @airtelindia has. Oberoi commerz II at Goregaon East Mumbai is a big commercial hub but with almost 0 jio network coverage. Every time a phone comes one must go near window pane. do something

    @JioCare what is the use of claiming to have the largest no customer base if you r unable to help customer. Gave portin request twice at jio store opposite Jawahar bhawan lucknow but still not processed 7409511111

    A timeline given to me for resolving my issue is 27 sep 2022 3:29 pm but now its 29 September and my network issue is as worst as it was before. No improvement at all @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is a connection termination request. I don't want you to create more service requests as those are being falsely closed/marked as resolved without being attended to.

    @JioCare every week jio fiber is not working & they unable to resolve issue on time.when there is no recharge they will call us 100 times to recharge but when we tried to reach them for complaints then jio care will not responded.. issue from 2022sept17 till now
