The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio @PranganF i kept request for jio fiber cancelation before 20 days till no response from anyone and iam getting a call of we tried contacting u but response itseems i didnot even got a call regarding this worst network they are simply tring to grab 1500 rs from people

@JioCare It's been a perpetual problem of speed issue. Please look into it. On previous complaint the speed was increased to 15-18mbps but again the same problem.

@JioCare @reliancejio there is no response since 7 days, and no ETA. My validity also lost. @TRAI we need laws to teach such ISP s a good lesson. They don't have any refund policy. I keep getting repetitive reply from them and no resolution.
