    @JioCare No engineer contacted me till now, the service provide has kept his phone switched off. This is pathetic customer service. I am getting this kind of service before even installing the network, what will happen once service starts. @jagograhakjago pls look into this fraud @JioCare

    @JioCare Why am I continuously receiving wrong feedback updates from Jio Customer Care and the technician team? Before updating the service request status, you should verify with the customer whether any technician has actually visited the location or not. (2/3)

    @JioCare Thanks for the predefined responses. None of them make sense to me. My issue still persists. Nobody contacted me yet. Resolution time promised on the ticket has already crossed 12 hours before. Jio support sucks
