The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

Jio team much better in lingering & misguiding.Mkting team hide fact of deposit & then deduct money on cancellation.Some team called & even if u inform 4 cancellation,they don't cancel connection & deduct deposit & no hearing thereafter,bt lingering @JioCare @DoT_India @rsprasad
