    The customer service only calls for recharge info n if told about the bad network they say they will fix it everytime n do nothing . Do something about it @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare My complain is only being noted since a few days now, I really need some action/timelines on when am I going to get my connection. No one has contacted me till now for any of my complaints raised. How can you delay the service so much after collecting the whole amount?

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @reliancejiocare JioFiber unresolved. SR00003E5PAV (15 Aug), SR00002NI6EY (17 Aug). Prince Kumar & Ramesh Paswan visited; Wi-Fi failed again at 4 PM. 100+ calls, no help; both shift responsibility. Please investigate extra-payment demands & escalate Darbhanga.

    @JioCare @JioCare can I ask who is Atul, and how long is the customer expected to bear patience. Should I even bear patience if on twitter handle you are unable to read correctly, how can I expect some service , kindly refund

    Wot poor service standards @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio @JioCare neither wifi works nor 5g works on a plan of 100mbps one gets a mere 5-8mbps speed. U log a ticket n it's closed after 2 days saying successfully processed when nothing has changed n no one even calls to verify if

    @AkashMAmbani @JioCare 4. I have been complaining since then no Internet from 1st of Aug 5. Multiple customer care calls - Everytime promised engineers would visit but none came 6. Finally, engineer came today and he told you have done a recharge on wrong number - 2231437659
