@JioCare On confronting, first he thought for a second and then said may be they would need to shift the tower to some other side and then it might fix the problem. He said he didn't have the wire and would come tomorrow. I mean this this so annoying

@JioCare It has now been four days since I reported the service outage, yet my issue remains unresolved. What is even more unacceptable is that the assigned person, Mr. Rahul Pandey, advised me to cancel my JioFiber connection instead of resolving the issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio Services of Jiofibre is poor and substandard.Customercare number is not user friendly nor the chat through the App. It is far better to switch over to some other service provider.
