@JioCare Sir or madam please install new network tower. 3000 people living this village and dayli 1000 people visit temple. And this village connect another village And so many business place. Please install new network tower. Poor network internet and voice call not clear

@reliancejio Hi! Your Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Mumbai branch is technically challenged and unequipped to resolve the customer issues. The staff over here says that they are here only for sales and technical resolution isn't their job. Please help.

@JioCare I am not facing any issues right now. I am planning a trip to Andaman and Nicobar specifically Port Blair. So I want to be assured about the availability of calling and data service of Jio network. So that latter on i don't have to face any issue of network.

@JioCare I have been experiencing the worst customer service from Jio fiber customer care. I have been a customer of jio fiber since one year now. I have been using the monthly plan for Rs.1769 since then. All of a sudden Jio fiber is charging me Rs.2020 for this month.
