  @JioCare @anukulmca Hey @anukulmca I too faced the same issue, had a installation issue. Got seperate drilling done, still they didn't come. Put so many complaints on x and put emails, but there will be nil response on ground. My suggestion to call their toll free number, and cancel and get amount

  @JioCare No - I cannot pay bills - I complained on 4th April and till now it is not resolved. And i complained 4 SR and Raised with Appellate and no solution. Now you send me bills and asking me to pay. Please cancel and I wont pay any bills after April 4th. Disconnect my connection

  Pathetic experience with @JioMart. Cancelled my order without permission, increased price 2x, and haven’t refunded my money yet. No support response at all. This is highly unprofessional. Resolve this ASAP or I’m filing a complaint with consumer court. @reliancejio

  @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Due date is 30th but autopay is triggered on 29th midnight; on failure services get suspended immediately, even incoming impacted. Earlier due date was 7th, later changed causing hardship. No complaint path for billing cycle correction.

  2/2 Called again today to raise a complaint and was given a number that turned out to be only for verification, not complaints. No issue logged, no accountability. @JioCare this experience has been really frustrating. Please look into this and provide an actual resolution.
