@rachitp2405 @reliancejio They will deduct Rs 1000 connection charges and when you cancel the connection they will take device and cable. Also if you don't recharge then they will close your connection forever and if you want to start again then buy new connection.

.@reliancejio fiber service is pathetic. Rules that not mentioned in TnC are created and told to the customer when customer faces issue. And the customer care guy cancelled the call because she was not able to justify this. New way of looting the customers.

@JioCare Persnl mail Id used to procure/order Fraudulent Jio sim conection. It's a fraudulent ord which i ve learnt after I rcved Jio notification to my mail. WORST! the no' is allotted to some1 in J&K & i'm based in B'lore jio198/199 no's r nonsense, as u can't rgstr complaint.

@JioCare no network from last 30 mins in Lucknow do u have network issue in Lucknow?... Its showing emergency call only I've already DM to jio care but no response from your side
