@JioCare I hv recharged on my no on 1st feb with 329 Rs and same were failed but still I am struggling for my refund..I had 25 min call with jio care but they denied for my refund. Mr Nedeem who were the customer care executive says we will not be able to take your request..

@JioCare @reliancejio first gives worse network and then send the miss call alert after 2 hours. I guess doing it deliberately to reduce outgoing call traffic on network. @Airtel_Presence will you welcome unhappy customers from the worst ever network of Jio?

@fiberJIO @reliancejio The customer service is worst. Highly disappointed by the kind of service provided. Called customer care 20 times, still no engineer was sent at premise to rectify the issue.

@JioCare you do not know your network limit why are you distributing jio connection more than your capability i do not have net speed issue in my area jio network is not stable and net speed also.
