    @ashiqm_in @reliancejio @JioCare Dial 198 call customer care, select 5, then 9 and then ask to transfer the call to Jio Fiber department. Once connected ask them to cancel the process and request for refund of the amount you have paid. I have just now did so. Let's see when they refund my money.

    @JioCare @JioCare utter poor service . Till last week while I was in Uganda was able to use your network ( or for that matter your partner network here ) . Just last week I came to India for a personal work and was there for over a week .

    @JioCare My Wifi Isn't working since this morning . I have even restarted my Router 2 Times after I received the SMS that the internet has been restored in my area . My Jio Service ID is - 400119620465 .

    @JioCare Jio 5G rolled out in Ahmedabad. I am not getting 5G network. Pls solve my network problem. Other persons Jio sim inserted in my phone also showing 5G network. Only my sim is showing 4G network only. Pls solve.
