@JioCare I have placed jion fiber connection on 3rd March 2023 and it was cancelled by jio representative due to technical issues. I paid 4240rs and still I didn’t get my refund. Please help to get my refund.

@JioCare do you have any problem sending out the technician to resolve the frequent disconnection issue. Your advisors are useless they are only following the process like robots though all t/s was done as per your stupid app.

@reliancejio @JioCare I request for a executive for issues with my jio fiber and i got a message on 5th April that he will come on 8th but no one came and yesterday got a message that my request is resolved, is this the way jio works? As a new user i am totally disappointed.
