@JioCare what we can do if Jio fibre executive sold me a 6 month plan and fake promised that I will receive 3 month free extra voucher just after installation. It is 10 days but I didn't receive any voucher. I never expected this from a brand like Jio and I am feeling cheated.

@JioCare All your shops open till 10 pm. However, any service from the shop closed on 7pm. Tried to retrieve a SIM, shop service team says system down. Anytime i tried this service always had to go to shops for 3 - 4 times.

@selvabpt03 @reliancejio 239 & above plan. 395 is mostly not eligible. Even I'm on the same plan & mostly will not recharge anything diff as that cater my purpose. A customer can't change bcoz the company wants us to give a service.
