  @JioCare airfiber conecton ws activtd on Aug12,from then it hasn't worked properly, opened a SR on 14, it ws only attended after 4days, it was closed thinking issue was resolved only to find that issue was back,hardly within 30mins, opened another ticket on 18& til not attended

  @reliancejio Hi, My mother using Nokia mobile, a non smart phone, bearing no. 9866178821 was ported from Airtel to jio. Today at 6am, it was supposed to be active but its still not active. Kindly rectify the problem

  @JioCare Really, check the old dms , I have already contacted you before,it's been more than 8 months u r providing bad service by only one tower in my location with more than the authorised amount,still no steps taken by your team. @TRAI take legal action against them and compensate me.

  @JioCare , I expect the service validity to be extended by the full number of days for which I had no service, from the original outage date until the actual restoration date. I should not lose the validity period for a service I paid for but could not use.

  @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI Jio 5G internet is not working properly. Despite having an active 5G service, I am facing extremely poor speed and frequent connectivity issues. Please investigate the issue and resolve it urgently. Kindly provide a proper response and solution.
