In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

@JioCare Hello, my wife want to port no from VF to postpaid plan for jio. Please mention detailed charges for postpaid 199 and 299 plan. Your Jio service centre asking for Rs. 350 for activation of jio Postpaid plan. Is it correct. Is one month bill included in it?

@JioCare This is the 2nd time i am writing for same issue. Voot Kids is not opening on my Jio Fiber. During this time I opened 3 Complaints. All 3 are resolved by the Jio Fiber experts. But still issue is not resolved.

Now I raised a service complaint that the international roaming that I recharged didn't help me. So please refund the amount or add to my jio wallet. The jio customer representatives are not ready support or help! @JioCare @reliancejio

Very poor service from the Jio fiber. Took payment from me and didn't evn install after days after committing within 48hr install. Installation guy rescheduling dates agn n agn without asking me. @reliancejio @JioCare want to cancel my connection request.
