    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio The issue is not limited to my number—many beneficiaries and other users in our area are facing the same problem. Despite reporting the issue, the situation is getting worse instead of improving. Please take this matter seriously and resolve the network issue at the earliest.

    @JioCare @JioCare “No delay in resolution” is a shocking statement. My JioFiber service remained unavailable for 6 days. During those 6 days, I received nothing but repeated messages extending the restoration time. When a technician finally visited, the issue was resolved in under 10 mins

    @JioCare Rescheduled yesterday. No engineer today. No call. No update. Just endless waiting. If Jio cannot honor its own service appointments, why promise them in the first place? This is a complete failure of customer support. #JioFiber #WorstService
