In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

@JioCare this is the reminder for not activation of ott apps on my tv even after recharge of 999/-. you people think you can enjoy on people hard earned money? i recharged on 27 march and have complained multiple times. still no resolution. such a disgusting service!!!!?

raised a complaint rgarding my jio fiber network issue and they booked an appointment for 2 pm.But it's been 24 hours and no one showed up,I called customer care 3 times they keep rescheduling.Being in metro cities facing such issues for Jio is not expected.@reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio : very poor on-ground service for JioFiber (Bangalore). Fiber gets cut outside the house, no service engineer sent for 2-3 days. Then he comes and does such a poor job that fiber gets cut again within 10 days. Another 2+ day wait. Very unreliable.
