In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

@JioCare Obviously you need someone smarter (withat least 2 digit IQ) to read and understand the content of the message. I have listed 2 Jio numbers in the message. One was the sender of the message and the other was the one I was asked to call. I am not a Jio subscriber & never will be.

@JioCare - 36hrs gone and internet is still down - Service engineers not even there to check. Many people from our society has put disconnection request and many more in pipeline due to pathetic service

@JioCare Same copy pasting of msgs. Your ground team doesn't care at all. Customer care team dont know anything beyond copy paste and raising request.
