Mayank Dubey (@iammayank_d) reported@JioCare I have 2 connections you have send me the process for JioFiber not for Airfiber..I have already told you that your customer team has said that you have installed the Jio AirFiber with promo offer so you can't change your plan. However the engineer didn't tell me about the offer
