In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

@JioCare Rubbish! You are a bunch of crooks, out there to make money from wrong means. An account which has been inactive for more than 2 yrs, you really want me to believe, that a recharge was successful on that? & why is it such a task to talk to a senior exec? I only sense crap here!

@TRAI @JioCare I am a jiofiber customer & facing speed issues with my internet which is not resolved by team jio after several requests. Team jio is unresponsive for all the complaints made. The problem is with the new jio router which was changed a few days back.
