    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been waiting for a resolution to my issue of not service on my Jio fibre at home. Every time I reach out to the call centre I get the innocuous answer "Technical issue. Will get resolved in 24 hours". The 24hour mark never comes.. pls help

    @reliancejio Dear Sir, My experience is very bad with jio. i have a one enterprise connection with jio and want more 50 connection in my various offices..but today my experience very bad with Asansol West Bengal jio concern person Mr.Bose.he behave very rudly

    @reliancejio I’m on the verge of filing a legal complaint on your sales agents for a Jio Fibre connection. They are refusing to answer any calls or reply, payment was taken on 14th.. No reply now!!

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup Jio internet in my area( Chhota Bariyarpur, Motihari 845401) is terrible. Have been living here for the last 1 year. Never got full strength signal. Internet speed is very low.

    @JioFiberVoice down from last 4 days at my place. @reliancejio engineer appointment updated 5 times in last 3 days. No success. Only installing the fiber is not enough. There should be enough workforce to meet the service requests. @reliancejio
