    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare I had gone for availing E Sim services at Dadar West Jio Servicing Center. The staff was rude, did not know the proper process and misguided me when approached for redressal.

    @JioCare I knew this will happen and it actually happened. At JIO Customer Care is like a joke where tickets/complains are resolved or closed without even contacting a customer. Such a pathetic experience. Now how will you justify this closure as similar issue i m facing since 2 months

    They had set up the sim wrongly and hence the network was not working but instead of setting up again, they told me that there was a problem with my phone. In order to evade, they misguided me. Please take appropriate actions @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare From last 30 days whenever I called anyone by jio call will connect but voice issue is there.When someone call me and I received the call voice time shows00:00 that means call didn’t received,internet connection is also worsed.what the hell is doing jio.Fed up with jio
