    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare Problem was with Jio Software logic and you guys are troubling your on-field team to just calm down the customer. Not done. This is not the right way of dealing with your customer. If "you've not heard his problem correctly, you can't resolve it!".
