  In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

  @jitendraverma__ @JioCare With Jio it is definitely not a scam. The issue is network and not the policy. Your phone switching to 4G is the issue, not unlimited 5G.

  @JioCare I want to get in touch with your customer care department to know why is it taking so long to fix. Your reps are FRAUD. Few homes like mine are facing this outage, while others are enjoying normal service in the same society. A 48 HRS window for resolution is unjustified
