    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have posted in my number from another operator to Jio. But I am unable to activate the connection as I have not received the tele verification code on the alternative number. I am not able to find any solution to this conundrum. What am I supposed to do?

    @JioCare I am really fed up@of calling the customer service.If the bill is not paid you ppl barge at usNow that from past month the sim is not working and even after purchasing nee sim twice still it’s not active.Such pathetic customer service you ppl handle I sent a DM pls check

    @JioCare Greatly Disappointed. Recently moved to a new place, however unable to relocate my Jio Fiber connection. Haven't received get any assistance from Jio. Almost a weeks time, tried calling CS multiple times and sent them emails but the response is generic but no solution.
