    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @its_kushpatel07 @reliancejio @JioCare True!! My jiofiber is not working since 11th May and everyday they are giving fake promise of it'll be fixed in top priority. It's been 10 days for god sake total waste of money. jio has worst customer service. #shameonjio

    @JioCare hi. i’ve been sending requests for a a year to get jiofiber in my building but i don’t get any response. i keep getting the message that someone will get in touch but no one does. we already have fiber optic of ACT so i don’t think it should be an issue. please help.

    Today by mistaken there was wrong recharge done, the other person who get recharge he is not ready to tell OTP, so if there is any other way to get back the balance ASAP!!! Please help i am retailer @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @JioCare

    @reliancejio Very poor service by Joi fiber service team in Delhi my internet is not working and I have raised a complaint 4 times in last 5 days still not fixed very disappointed.
