In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

@JioCare I have contacted the customer service and they are trying to force me to download the beta version of new iOS, which I don’t want to unless and until Apple rolls out the update for everyone. So what different solution can you provide?
