    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @reliancejio just tried to port in to you with my postpaid airtel number and it seems I will have to take prepaid first and than move to postpaid as your system is down? Seriously

    @reliancejio @Hercircle_Off Mrs nita ambani also take care of the customer resolution also and train customer service people not to fool customers when they can't provide resolution .

    You Name it POSTPAID , in actual its Advance Rental/prepaid and even after taking payment you disconnected/ barred the services !! Pathetic , Customer care is always Sorry but not able to understand nor resolve @TRAI @reliancejio #Jiofiber
