    @JioCare very bad network in my location. I have also complained jio care but there is not response received from jio care. I heartly request to rise my query...... My location - Sonbarsa Dist- ballia Pin code. - 277208 Mob no- 9026792671

    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    (2/n) However, after shifting, I was informed that the JioFiber service is not available in my apartment in Pune. In such a case, the transfer request should be cancelled from Jio's end and the deposit refunded. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Stop sending generic, scripted replies. I am not interested in your 'service requests' or further delays. My request is simple: Cancel the Jio AirFiber connection immediately and process my full refund. Do not try to fix this or offer me more time;

    @JioCare I’ve had to make 4 calls today just to request for a technician visit for the ongoing network issues I’ve been facing. The first one hung up within the first 30 seconds. The next 3 were just reading off a script with no resolution whatsoever

    Hmm toh paying 750 Per month for Jio Fiber isn't enough, they're asking for 799 extra for ZEE5 subscription which is already a bundled package on Fiber on top of that UNITE8 SPORTS is available there but it says you can't watch it through your Jio Fiber plan. WTF is this @JioCare you're gonna lose a subscriber #FIFAWorldCup
