In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

It's been more than 24 hours when Jio services are down. No response from customer care, sales representative, Jio store etc. @JioCare pathetic service. Had I known this kind of service, would have never opted to go for Jio Fiber. It sucks. @reliancejio @RetweetsPune

@DoT_India @reliancejio @JioCare Issues resolved at 11.45 A.M I.e after 24 hours. Please note these type of services from your side is not acceptable as we have Corporate JIO business Fiber plan. Our office work stopped since tomorrow morning to today's morning. Request you Please improve your best service. 🙏😥
