    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare Let me tell you.. if you guys try to reschedule the service for tomorrow coz some lazy serviceman don’t want to ruin his SUNDAY.. i won't be available for the rest of the week. I am an office going person.. i have a job.

    @JioCare Update: The app diagnostics detected a service fault. I have raised a new request. New SR ID: SR00003B1F2L. Appointment scheduled for today, 3:00-4:00 PM. Please ensure the local field engineer actually arrives during this slot and doesn't fake a resolution again.
