    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 6 days and no engineer has visited yet. If my issue is not resolved today (14th July), I will file a consumer complaint and seek a full refund for my annual JioFiber plan. Either restore my service immediately or process my refund. #JioFiber #India

    @airtelindia @perplexity_ai I have ported my prepaid number from Airtel to @JioCare 6 months ago. I am no longer an Airtel customer, but I receive renewal SMS for perplexity pro. Request cancellation of any VAS and confirmation that no charges will be made.

    @reliancejio @JioCare can’t believe I am having to say this after being an ex employee, and an advocate of Jio for past decade. Your wi-Fi experience has become a 3rd grade torture. The customer service guys don’t even come after booking appointments. Seriously poor!

    @anmolthedev @JioCare they give terrible speed in my area i tried to port out but they always say they will fix it it's been almost 2 years they never fixed their network in my area i left them properly now @JioCare

    @JioCare I recharged with the ₹3599 Annual True 5G plan, but in Injambakkam, Chennai - 600115, I get 4G most of the time instead of 5G. This is disappointing and not what was promised. Please investigate and resolve this issue at the earliest. #JioTrue5G #NetworkIssue

    Dear @JioCare, It's been more than 6 months that the JioFiber/Jio AirFiber network quality in my area has been extremely poor. Your app continuously shows "Network outage in your area", yet the issue remains unresolved.
