In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

Hii am using jio fiber and have installed a new connection of 1499 plan in july 26 and before it i was using jio 999 plan and your sales person doing some unfair things and u can named it like scam also, need a help and getting no response from sales person @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare If our internet service is not fixed in the next 24 hours. Neither will appeal in Lok Adalat and will take all the payment from your company from Reliance Jio as much as we have lost.

@JioCare We have received the cancellation request for Order Number EO0000012RK8 for JioBusiness. Service Request number ES000000EQDI has been logged and is expected to get addressed by 2022-09-08T17:25:20. Kindly refund my money,at the earliest. Such pathetic service.

@JioCare critical issue, internet not working properly since early morning and even not getting right network coverage, due to which not able to register the complaints as well. Consider this on urgent basis. Calling and Internet both are hampered. @reliancejio
