In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

So you don’t need an alarm to wake up, just by mistake buy jio Sim @JioCare @reliancejio and they’ll wake you up at 7 am, may it be Monday or Sunday. Despite numerous complaints, no action taken, this is total torture from your end. Pathetic team you guys have. Worst service

@JioCare @reliancejio I want to know that how jio fiber related to mobile tower. When we go in jio office and ask when fiber will come in our area then a staff says that the tower is being constructed and once done the service will start. Fiber available 500m away from my area.

@JioCare this is the fifth time I am getting an installation time...if engineer doesn't turn up at or before 10 am today cancel abd refund my 6 months subscription

@JioCare I don't understand the reason why @reliancejio is not able to resolve the issue when there is already one active jio fiber connection properly working in my apartment. Mentioning technical fault is just another excuse to escape from doing hard work.

@reliancejio Why jio network in East of Kailash new Delhi area is so poor? We the jio user facing problems in internet and calling. Custom service doesn't respond with proper solution. Why???
