    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I still did not receive my refund for Fibernet and DTH. Horrible service and customer care executives are saying that it is still under processing!!! Since 22 days! Need an action immediately. The refund has not even initiated.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Reminder may be for once or twice in a day is acceptable but before every call is not justifiable by any stretch of verbal or oral expressions. To annoy ur customer is ur policy thn plz giv thm an option to cut the reminder message in short.
