    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am paying the bill of the postpaid plan of my wifi + dth but I am getting ads length 30-40 secs non skippable in Hotstar, sony, even in some tv channels like mtv beats, this is really a bad experience, I have a 100 mbps plan and paying so much still ads...

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AndheriLOCA I have 2 personal and 1 Corporate JioFiber internet connection. The internet connection is down on a regular basis. Yesterday the internet service was not available from 12pm to 7pm. Today again there is no internet connection since 12pm

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup jio tele customer care only Hindi language..jio focus and customer service in Regional language.. today debit amount to complaint care 199 fully Hindi voice. so i unable to reach your service..i am tamilnadu..

    @JioCare very poor cus. ser. I'm facing a huge network and internet run9g issue since yesterday evng and it happens Tim to tim only on my no. Others like my frnd jio no. is all run9g smoothly. But ur cus.. ser. never fixed my pro. I feel I should port my no. Into Airtel now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India very disappointing from Jio. Just port my circle from jio UP to jio Delhi-NCR. Not getting 5G service as using 5G phone and 5G enabled location. Customer care is not ready to help at all. Will definitely port out after 90 days. Pathetic service

    @JioCare Today is seventh day My Jio net has been down I had subscribed for one year I have complained many times escalated complaint but absolutely no resolution If it cannot be repaired please advise me by tomorrow morning so that I can internet connection of another service provider
