    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare Thank you jio team for the pathetic after sales service. I hope in future I don't need your services as after waiting for whole day I request of relocation is not completed so I need to take the decission of cancelling and moving ahead with other service provider.

    @JioCare Hi, I have already escalated the technical issues with your team that the received link is not working. It's not allowing me to login. So, they shared me the email address where I had to send a copy of cancelled check along with the requested information. I have sent that email.
