    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    Absolutely terrible customer care from @reliancejio and @JioCare The website lists several numbers and chat options, NONE of which are useful. They keep asking to call numbers, but they keep sending to other numbers that don’t work. So much for a data service provider!

    @JioCare When we will get 3G network? 300000 connections in India. Monthly if youre taking average ₹50 as profit, calculate ₹ 15000000 every month. Why the **** youre not giving 3G. Adressing 3G since even 3G also will be faster, but youre freaking 4G souks💦💦💦💦

    @JioCare Lots off time I am inform to jio team team jio pos is not working properly if I do recharge or activate sim must switch vodafone or other network to do recharge or activation there is no compain no. For same issues Pls look into this matter

    @JioCare so finally no 1 visited 2 resolve D issue. Whole day I keep calling CC, Cc keep escalating and rescheduling the visit, technicianS don't bother escalation and all .so.tmrw also @JioCare will waste my time and no one will visit. CC USED TO ASSUR 100% THAT TECH VL VISIT
