    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Trusting you I have choosed jio home connection, Done with KYC, KYC Employee said that technician will come evening, but no one came. I talked with customer care, he Rescheduled Installation for today 8.30 AM, till now no one has shown up. I had take leave.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Multiple complaints, multiple tweets, and countless calls to customer care, yet no resolution. Over a month without service while my annual plan remains active. This is a complete waste of my money and time. Is this the level of customer service Jio promises

    @JioCare despite me explicitly informing customer support that the issue was with my new connection address. The technician asked me to raise a fresh support request, which I did. The new Request ID is SR00003A0539.

    Dear @JioCare My village-Balda, Dist-Koraput been facing repeated network outages everyday. Today there was no network from morning until 5 PM. What's worse, this isn't just because of power cuts even when electricity is available still no network. @reliancejio @DoT_India
