In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

hi @reliancejio @JioCare Except for Google services/websites, all websites and apps not working in dns other than Reliance dns. why are you restricting the use of other dns(like #cloudflare #opendns #adguard)?

I paid ₹349 for Jio MNP on 20 Oct 2025 (Txn ID: 551020072050334). That day BSNL’s UPC code wasn’t generated, and now Jio is again asking for ₹349 to port the same number. Why should a customer pay twice for one port request? @JioCare @TRAIIndia #Jio #MNP #ConsumerRights

@JioCare If that's the case, why is another JioFiber inside the same building working flawlessly??? Lazy attitude and staff! i will be moving to @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD , applied for the same and waiting for installation. It's almost a week 😔 since complaint and no action taken!!
