In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

@JioCare Never seen such a spineless organisation in my entire life. Cheap and pathetic after sales services. After sales services of @reliancejio is so pathetic that i was forced to apply for dicontinuation in just 4 days of installation.

@reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar activate.But Amazon Prime has not been activated.The customer executive says Amazon Prime has been deactivated,I can't use Amazon Prime.If not activated i will move to a different network.

@reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar subscription has been activated.But Amazon Prime is not activated, if I can't use OTT platform then I have no benefit with jio Postpaid. I will shift to a different network.

@JioCare why can't you provide Jiofiber at my place? I have been requesting it since the preview launch to provide me a connection but you don't seem to give a damn to genuine requests. I have three mobile connections and gonna surrender all three. Forget it.

@JioCare After complaining many times about the ntwrk issue of my area, there is no response, evry time just that we will fix it soon and close the complaint, I have not seen the worst cmpny yet😤 , @airtelindia is Best which crcts the ntwrk prblm in one go. 👍 @reliancejio

+ They agrees to that but they will not call you back that they have solved issues. Hence, we are not able to track & chase our complaint as well. IN short the situation is dreadful. @reliancejio @JioCare can you eliminate this issues now!!!!🔧

@JioCare Urgent! Please help with my jiofiber relocation. Jio Store just behind sales, saying JioFiber Cannot Be Relocated (new location is a few building away) , But have to take new connection . When , trying to put request through JioApp it is showing system error. Help ASAP

@JioCare Employees are uneducated, field personnel have no experince. Its high time that @reliancejio should start employing educated aur experienced employees. Else this organisation will end up loosing their customer base in the long run.
