    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare @JioCare Hi Team, today is the fifth day after scheduling delivery of Jio STB. The STB has not been delivered yet. Have raised complaint of the same issue more than a dozen times, yet no action has been taken. Please help. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I spoke to all the executives of Jio but no one gave a satisfactory answer, I accidentally recharged 1299 either give refund or I will get Rs 1100 And recharge you update in 2399 plan, you have 5 years old customer of Jio

    @JioCare I know when to reach, each and every call automated message plays in English and hindi to recharge, so the mobile phone is not for the emergency.

    @JioCare Inatead of keep on sending the same multiple times. At least provide ETA. Almost one week done just to resolve wifi mesh issue. Still not yet. Still you guys are saying that you will look into it on priority. So how can we trust Jio Fiber if we are getting this kind service??????

    @JioCare really rubish service, having a year validity of outgoing and internet package activ on my account still can make voice call on sudden number, upset with service
