    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare I have already shared the details. Please, check it. Despite the full signal, internet speed is extremely poor and unstable in my area. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible, otherwise I may port to another network provider. Thank you.

    Hey @JioCare. Since today morning we are not getting Internet at my home. Tried raising ticket & going to local Jio Office. Didn't work. Service engineer didn't show up & I had to reschedule for tomorrow. Request id: SR000036G0KB Locality: Shadnagar Solve this problem ASAP.

    @JioCare Hi, please guide me how do I cancel it, wvwrywhere it is showing me status only, pls cancel my booking, i don't want to continue further with this, tried calling your agent who helped me while booking, now he's not recieving my calls, one time he received and was very rude(1/2)

    @reliancejio @AkashMAmbani Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly attention pls,Reliance Jio tower is installed at our village ahmedpur asana,and more than 1000 people have sim connection and are connected through this tower,But unfortunately we are not getting good signal from this jio’s tower

    @JioCare Perhaps it’s lost on you that we pay in advance for the net connectivity and your repeated OUTAGES create life, work and fiscal disruptions for us customers whom you treat like slaves by taking for granted and do not even bother to extend packages in lieu of outage periods
