In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

@JioCare @reliancejio I have many complaints for slow internet speed and customer care not register complaint. Ref no is MR00014MCK1K. I complained few month later but internet speed not improve. I not understanding what is #True5G, where 4g not working properly.

@JioCare online recharge facilities discontinued for JIO phones confirmed by Jio gallery executive. This was happening earlier through online method but now we have to go to Jio Store. Jio app also is not functioning properly. Jio phone as a device is absolute garbage Wah JIO wah

@reliancejio @JioCare I am not receiving the right reponse over chat so again putting it here. I don't want to suffer these poor services in future so I want full refund and don't reschedule the installation appointment at your engineer's convenience.

@reliancejio hey I want to disconnect the jioFiber connection that not even installed even though I paid the amount. I request the refund with immediate effect. I got fedup with the service. I waited for 7 weeks but still not installed.

@JioCare I took fiber connection but every 2/3 days engineer give size connection cut or say that your connection was connected with some or other then after 2 days connection is fixed What is this joke, such a bad service, there is nothing systematic in Jio,
