    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @RelianceDigital @reliancejio I lost my jio sim and since past 2 weeks I am connecting with jio stores for green sim but no one is even bothered to give an accurate reply not even they are able to help us to raise a complaint. Very disappointing and pathetic service!!!

    @JioCare I am existing customer of gigafiber I want to relocate my connection but the issue is Jim giga fiber not available at the required place….kindly help or I have unwillingly switch to other brand.

    @JioCare this is not satisfying answer, if many users are there then you should increase resources, that means you are getting only revenue from us and not serving us as per commitment .....need resolution in 24 hours
