    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @Airtel_Presence Very poor network In Shish Ram Park area, Block C, Uttam Nagar East, New Delhi. Where company launched the 5g sevices, 3g/4g network are not coming properly. @TRAI @JioCare Requested port from Airtel to JIO and requested for home delivery please look into it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I accidentally recharged for 30mbps plan instead of 100mbps plan for 6 months & they don't have an option to upgrade or cancel & refund so I can recharge again? P.S. PLAN HASN'T EVEN STARTED YET These are basic customer requirements & I don't see any logic

    It's been three days jio internet is very slow we are not able to use youtube and other social media and call and we all daily data is wasted please solve this problem as soon otherwise we have to change sim @reliancejio @JioCare
