    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare You customer service sucks. Raised multiple complaints for Internet slow speed issue. The issue is not resolved yet. I need to escalate the issue.

    @DoT_India @JioCare they don't have any engineers. Just faking the visit of engineers and blaming their mistakes on us by sending a message saying i have asked them to reschedule. And the truth is their engineers never called or visited. Even local service providers are better than jio.
