It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

Most of the time, they just take money, earn interest on it, & return it after 2 months when customer gets frustrated. This is what Jio AirFiber has been doing for a long time, and @jagograhakjago is sleeping.

My internet fails every evening, live videos stop, customer care auto-cuts calls and sends the same βTemporary Network Congestionβ SMS. Send a network engineer to my location and fix it, or clearly say you canβt.
