    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare What is the point?it is coming intermittently. So when I ask u to check, it may be coming and from ur side no issue may be the response. When I tweeted it wasn't coming for nealry 15 mins.

    @reliancejio Resolve network problem or refund money. Remove AI and customer care executive. In place of resolve the problem, they reject it.

    @JioCare How are you forcing me to do this? I'm asking you to take your device with you and cancel my bill; I don't want it. Your device, and none of your people, can work properly on me. They're leaving without doing anything. I've been facing this problem for three months
