    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare I would like everyone to know that I was contacted by a Jio executive who literally screamed at me that it's my fault that Jio has taken over my plan. Absolute shambolic behaviour by the customer care executive who literally doesn't let me speak at all.

    @reliancejio @JioCare you just got my jio number by DM & promised to solve the issues. Almost half an hour passed, yet network issue is same as it was earlier. Even not getting any time line within which issue would be resolved.

    @reliancejio @JioCare sir i have complaint about the slow internet issue but no action has been taken place from last 15 days so please check why they are not resolving the network problem in puducherry near income tax office i am not able to use any social media

    @JioCare Jio has not been able to resolve one issue for last one month and you are stating that the issue is on priority and you will need more time? I feel all of u are just waiting to see that the recharge validity expires once the month is over and u can have new excuse. This is how ?
