In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

@JioCare It's more than 24 hours and you are not able to resolve single issue......i don't know how "customer experience" is your top most priority...... @airtelindia would have installed new connection in same time but you are not able to service existing customer.

@JioCare I feel cheated post recharge i am not available to use your services due to your poor quality of service. Who will pay my money to refund ? I want my previous month money back or recharge my next month. It was my hard earned money. I am not a chor.
