    In my area jio speed is so slow that you can't get a Google Search. It's claiming it's 4G network everywhere but speed is 10-20kbps. I have already complained several times in previous 2 years but there is no action taken from jio.@jio @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare you’re broadband router is bad as **** , this is third time a month I’m facing the same problem with it , you’re router just keep blinking red and guess what I have an important early morning vc and it’s a Sunday and you don’t provide service on Sunday’s !

    @JioCare @JioCare It’s been 10 days since I raised a complaint for Jio AirFiber. All I’ve heard is “please wait” and “be patient” — but no action, no engineer, no solution. Is this how you treat your customers? Extremely disappointed. #JioAirFiber #WorstService #NoResolution

    @reliancejio @JioCare Why are all your services getting slower and slower everyday Jiofiber connection is slow Jio sim card there is a fluctuations between 5G and 4G which disconnects all calls .. sometime call doesn't even go through Help center is difficult to understand
