    @JioCare Initially we opted for 399 prepaid plan. But the agent from whom we got the connection bluffed us and made it postpaid. Now the voucher for free usage for a month is now not redeemable. Moreover the customer care has mislead us. This is quite unacceptable.

    @JioCare My jio fiber connection was suspended on my request due to relocation but the box was never picked up due to which my refund never got processed. I had already raised Service request but still no response. My location is Bhilwara, Rajasthan. I can DM further details.
