    @JioCare Yes..! Issue facing since a 1 and half year..! No improvement other then just got a new date ..! Reqst you to kindly refund the amount....! I dont want to talk abt thins now..!

    @reliancejio I'm helpless after port my number in jio because Jio service is third grade.They also said that for go through my jio app but jio app is very slow not working properly and not helpfull.I think they are helpless so I should re-port my number with other network.

    Very poor internet connectivity and very low speed. Calling it 4G is a crime. Customer care doesn't care to pickup calls, keeps repeating their ads. Even MyJio app bots are useless. I will soon port to other network if not rectified by 11th May 2021 @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Today service engr came. issue Solved. he demanded ₹ by naming service charge, we knew there is no s charge. But while taking connection we agreed to give ₹ as a courtesy...he came after 7 days so we denied to pay courtesy money ...he removed the connection again.
