I have surrender my connection of JioFiber No.300631254970 on January and router picked up by service engineer but still my connection not surrender also security not refunded. Any time I got massage we tried to contact. Local franchise not picking my phone. @JioCare @JioNews

It's clearly cheating with trust of people in @reliancejio. Please clarify why there is non refundable installation charges. One can go for other service providers with no such fee.

@reliancejio so I recharged twice with 149, once from gpay and then from another website. But both times just to fail. My 300 rs are now stuck as the recharge failed twice. Can you please tell me why I do need to recharge from crap jio app? And you are blocking recharge from othr
