@JioCare I want to cancel and claim refund of a booked sim (postpaid), however the store executive denied cancellation and refused cooperation as well. Kindly look into the matter. My complaint no. with the JIO customer care executive - SR00001JLERQ.

@JioCare Hi, My father's (70 Yrs old) Mobile and Jio SIM got stolen. His aadhar biometrics are not matching (because of old age). Now , JIO retailers are refusing to provide him a SIM with same old number. He has FIR copy mentioning the theft of the phone and sim. Please help.

@JioCare Atleast give me the time frame when this will be resolved. It's been 8 days already. I m getting the same ”24 hrs resolution time" but 8days is nt 24hrs.

Hi @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @MoitOfficial I am unable to connect 5g service even I have all requirement for this regarding I spoke with jiocare multiple times as well as I visit jio store no one is caring of problem they ignoring my problem. Please help me to resolve this issue.
