    @TRAI I have a home internet connection wit @reliancejio. Service has been interrupted, but customer care says no technician is available for the next few days and my bill won't be adjusted for the downtime. We shouldn't be billed when the service isn't available.

    @JioCare @Hari25011991 @Hari25011991 your connection will be restored once recharge time ends. I have 3 months recharge and during this period over 12 days service break occurred. Without any compensation.

    Dear @reliancejio Your Network Tower established at village Rohila kalan Tehsil & Dist Jodhpur (Raj.) When electricity shut down whole area are under No network Coverage because you’re Tower not on bcz u’r employee thief oil of generator. Please take strict action @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare as technical issue with providing addition setup in my building confirmed by local tech team. Request to get it resolved been 5days since connection request and payment done . I have been previously customer of jio fiber, Not expecting this kind of response/service

    @JioCare I had asked for a relocation with air Fiber connection. It wasn’t done due to no connection in my new area. I have paid 1200rs for this and I haven’t gotten the refund as well! Pathetic customer care!

    One of the worst customer support experiences. Customer care disconnects calls, complaints go unanswered, and internet speed remains below 5 Mbps despite paying for a 100 Mbps annual plan. @JioCare Please take responsibility.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It’s been over a month, and my ₹1,200 relocation fee refund is still pending. I called customer care 24 times, and every time I get the same promise: “It will be processed tomorrow.” Very poor customer service. Pls process my refund immediately. #JioFiber
