Feel lucky if you get it rectified in 3-4 days. Nobody listens at @JioCare from top to bottom. This is in Delhi where every service is delivered in 5 min.

Many people in India, especially those from poor or less digitally aware backgrounds, struggle to navigate automated systems when they urgently need help.
