    @JioCare @JioCare Since there’s been no resolution despite repeated complaints, I will be escalating this today to higher authorities and the ombudsman. Expecting an immediate call back before this goes further.

    @JioCare How do I connect with you guys??? My internet has been down since morning and the red light is continuously blinking on my router. Your app is not allowing me to raise a complaint, and no one is picking up on customer care either. This is really frustrating.
