    @JioCare When do I expect the connection as the Jio number is not working properly (mainly internet speed is very poor) I have urgent requirement of fibre connection.

    @JioCare I have been explaining the issue from January that I wanted to keep my account but the executive came home and directly asked for the device saying it is auto cancelled from company side and he took away the device and confirmed about getting full refund.

    @JioCare J have not cancelled the service. It was auto cancelled from Jio.

    Dear @reliancejio my internet speed is very low from last 10 days after 6pm. The internet speed is so less that I'm not even able to message someone. Please fix the issue or don't call yourself a 4g network. Your internet speed is like 2g from last 10 days at night. @JioCare
