  @reliancejio @TRAI ? This is not a temporary issue. It has been going on for years. Jio, please stop treating this as just another complaint. Investigate the network coverage and infrastructure in Gorgawan and actually fix the problem. We pay the same money as everyone else. We deserve the same

  @Imadvika1 @JioCare Apparently all the big players are having network issues these days. (They have installed those Airfiber boxes, so the network is heavily shifting towards those boxes, and regular users are suffering and getting weak signals)

  @reliancejio @TRAI foolishly kept waiting and hoping that Jio would finally improve the service someday. How long are we supposed to keep waiting? If customers in cities can expect reliable connectivity after paying the same price, why should rural customers be treated as if our money is worth less

  @JioCare And when I complained about this to customer care , they assigned the tkt back to Narayan Dutta, who no longer works with Jio. Can you please assign the tkt to someone who works with you and can come and check ? It has been 5 days now.
