    @JioCare There is No option to talk to your customer service agent. I'm facing problem since last saturday. I did Recharge my Jio Number with the plan 2999 but still it is not updated to my number.

    @reliancejio this 2 inform you that your chennai jio service team is useless. They are lame excuses provider. V r using your jio internet since 2 yrs & now when problem is there no one to resolve it.. It's been 10 days now.
