    @reliancejio what about my complaint.i think this is last recharge of my jio sim. This is related to the Service Request no. SR00001HRWOK SR raised on your Jio number for facing difficulty in using Jio services due to network connectivity at your locations.

    @JioCare customer care representatives are too bad in talking they don’t know the technical resolutions. They just read through a sheet and answer accordingly. As per customer support everything is customers fault. A big organisation don’t know why can’t handle these problems.
