@reliancejio @JioCare I took new broadband connection with JIO but went in vain. Neither the sales manager responds my call nor the installation person takes action to resolve the issue. Also tried calling the CC numbers on 18008969999, 18001031044 but it’s always busy.

@reliancejio The myjio store in Kaggadasapura, Bangalore is less than equipped to handle customers. The manager of the store goes missing for hours, there is only one staff who can't speak anything but Kannada. Further, they do not accept online payments. Terrible jio experience.

Have never experienced a single issue with Jio Fiber. This had to happen to strip down the extremely careless team at Jio Fiber Centre Visakhapatnam, who don’t care to solve customer’s problem. Imagine living in 2022 without Internet/Fiber connection for 2+ weeks! @reliancejio

@Siba_TNIE @reliancejio @JioCare Jio is too bad in Bhubaneswar. I have experienced at many locations. Jio was good just in 2016 and 2017. I have stopped using all free jio sims after giving them long 1 year to improve. Their objective was to push mobile to all, paving the way for Digital and NWO.
