    @JioCare now the engineer came and said there is a issue in the pole and they will raise complaint with their O&M team. Not sure when they will act on the compt. Record breaking turn around time by Jio to identify the issue (aldy 6 days). Now I need to wait for other team to act

    @JioCare Didn't expect such a poor service from your side. Booked for Fiber connection and waiting for more than 4days for installation. Installation rescheduled daily and no response from engineer. Is this the way to function?

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I've a jio fiber connection and yesterday due to some issue i'm unable to connect my internet. I've raised a complaint yesterday and the request no is "SR00001CUS3Y" but nobody came to fix the issue. Is this the service you are providing. Disgusting.

    @JioCare these days we are not able to communicate via your network. Even with wifi calling feature there is a lot of frequent disconnections. Even in prime business areas

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet was down and it was reported on Mar 25, 8 AM assured it would be fixed in next 24 hrs. After 72 hrs still waiting for fix. We have reported multiple channels but no one care about customer service. Thank you giving such valuable service. #Jio

    @JioCare 2 days since i raised service ticket for internet being down. Technicians were supposed to come y'day. It's going to be end of the day on day 2 but no sign. Will you guys keep connection on if I delay the payment by a day? Will you compensate for service deficiency?

    @JioCare not sure what kind of approval required to get the power supply in the new pole and when my connectivity will be restored. 4 connection in my flat is having issue. I know no resolution will be provided by your team. I will get standard reply, we are looking into it

    @JioCare I accidentally recharged mobile number 7311122800 with the wrong plan through the MyJio app. This is a postpaid connection, Kindly help cancel the incorrect recharge and advise the process for refund/adjustment. Please assist at the earliest. Thank you.

    @JioCare the JioFiber is not working. Last year only you gave me a defaulted adapter which stops working after power cut.despite complains you guys never cared.will you care now? Say clearly
