    No signal bar for past 10 month. Still need to recharge. Hate the @reliancejio @JioCare Now these ppl come ask for details. That I've provided 200 times. Still the start the journey from first. Circle of unresolved training. Bad service by @reliancejio .Don't go with them

    No network in @Airtel_Presence from morning. Don't know what happened to airtel. @airtelindia. @reliancejio is way better in network reliability.

    @JioCare I had requested multiple times that in my area network coverage is zero... Whereas I m residing in a prime location in metro city of Chennai.Its almost 60 days of my request..But no solution could be found out.Please do something otherwise I will bound to switch to other network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi we have paid for jio giga fibre on May 8 , 2019 till date no one has come to install. My order number is NO0000A0SYJX. Pathetic service .

    @reliancejio @JioCare I took new broadband connection with JIO but went in vain. Neither the sales manager responds my call nor the installation person takes action to resolve the issue. Also tried calling the CC numbers on 18008969999, 18001031044 but it’s always busy.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It was a major fault frequently happens! Jio balance checking number i.e 1299 while i calling it was not connected to jio!! And i didn't get any sms from jio. so kindly response to our calls from customers! fix it!!!

    @JioCare WE R GIVING 399 FOR UR 2G JIO NETWORK,THE WORSE NETWORK CONDITION AT PIN 799114,WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY R SAYING, THEY WILL NOT TASKE ANY COMPLAINT...POOR MAINTAINANCE ...DONT USE JIO

    @JioCare I hear this from 13th July since the ticket was raised. I called customer care and they confirmed ticket has been closed. I have not received any amount and neither did i recieve any calls from your team. @consumerforum_ can you please help.

    @JioCare @reliancejio You guys really need to improve your services. I have visited your service center to get faulty JioFi M2 checked. He checked within 15min and told that its fixed. I did checks back at home and problem remains.They could have kept device if needed time.

    @JioCare Yes sir this is what u want. To ensure your customer suffer and pushed to helplessness. I have shared the details via DM. And i am sure none will be bothered even now as you don't care after the customer has paid for the services. Let see if someone calls me to address my issues.

    @JioCare @reliancejio How to download postpaid bill payment receipt/invoice from Jio app if someone makes payment through the Jio App. I didn't find that, also customer care executive confirmed that there is no option for that in the App. Are you really no 1? #MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber Never ever choose Jio Fiber.. This is 3rd day I have no internet connection due to broken wire. And every time I raise an issue ticket, they just mark it as resolved or closed without actually solving... 0 / 10 rating goes to Jio Fiber service.

    @JioCare Kindly confirm who is Appellate officer at Jio escalation team. Is Dipesh Angane OR Meet Pilankar OR Sowbhagya Pandit OR Sanjay Tiku?Many mails sent to officer but I have not provided complaint docket number?What system has been followed?

    @JioCare I had recharged my jio SIM with 599-2GB per day pack. When my 2GB data about to complete only 1 or 2 MBs remaining my network is getting slow, even after recharging with additional data pack that 2MB is not getting completed and it takes 2 hours. How to rectify this ?
