    @JioCare , @reliancejio It’s request to train your staff before Deploying at stores and Pls choose some professional staff .The staff at Jio mint street ,sowcarpet ,Chennai doesn’t have work knowledge and they talks so rudely with the customer .Worst experience ,poor service

    @JioCare Raised a complaint yesterday for internet being down. Technicians were supposed to come between 11 and 12 noon. But no one called. No one has come.

    @JioCare if there is a issue with the jio pole, your service engineer said that I need to raise relocation request so that they change my network connection to another pole within the street. Pls confirm whether do I need to raise a relocation request

    @JioCare @reliancejio 4th day on a row , internet has been disconnected and nobody has turned up to fix. 6 connections in the same loc have been disrupted and no one bothers. Unable to reach appleate desk and ur customer care keeps taking service request every day.SR00001AA98Q

    @JioCare Hi all. Thanks for twitter support provided. I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. I hope this is not repeated in Future.

    @reliancejio facing intermittent network issues recently. Unable to make or receive calls or use mobile data from phone. VoLTE not functioning for SIM. Already changed SIM and activated again. Plz resolve this issue.

    @reliancejio i recently shifted to new house in same city and requested for relocation but customer care, technician all are saying there service unavailability.but my landlord has jio fibre,his other tenant has jio fibre. But if i request for new connection Dey r ready to give.

    @JioCare My Jio number is not working from yesterday. Incoming and outgoing calls and SMS are blocked. This is very important number linked to bank account. If there is any theft, then jio will be responsible.

    @JioCare No updates again—no call, no assistance from Jio today. The total turnaround time for this escalation has now reached 1 month and 2 days. This is, without a doubt, the worst service I’ve ever experienced. This clearly reflects negligence, repeated fake updates.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my Jio airfibre has stopped working since yesterday as the so called “high” speed data got over, then I did a recharge of 101 for data but still not working. There is noway to speak to customer care, no communication !Pathetic experience wl switch to Airtel

    @JioCare and also I don't know why there is connectivity issues of 5g in ahmedabad in my area the 5g network is also not good. There is lot more but still I am tolerating this things and never complained about it. Please do the needful ASAP.

    @JioCare Nothing has been done yet. It's still the same and fixed replies from your time. Everytime I call customer care, they update the resolution time and then nothing happens. This should get solved by tomorrow or I am filling case against you in customer court.
