@JioCare My Jio number is not working from yesterday. Incoming and outgoing calls and SMS are blocked. This is very important number linked to bank account. If there is any theft, then jio will be responsible.

When spoke to amazon prime customer care, they clearly stated the plan was effective from 1st Dec 2021 to 1st Dec 2022 which completes 12 month/ one year subscription. Why @JioCare @JioFiberChennai is cheating customers continusoly in the name of benefits? #JioFiber #Jio

@JioCare @reliancejio Try to understand my problem. Of the three data plans 51, 101, 101. I could only be able to use the regular 2gb and one of the 101 plan. I am unable to use the other two plans, they are not recativating after I complete the 101 plan as explained earlier.
