@JioCare 2 days since i raised service ticket for internet being down. Technicians were supposed to come y'day. It's going to be end of the day on day 2 but no sign. Will you guys keep connection on if I delay the payment by a day? Will you compensate for service deficiency?

@JioCare Yes as you mentioned he identified the issue the issue happened on router box the technician said the box has to replace, to replace the box why people taking too much of time,(the Router box that you given just around 5months old but now it's not working) hope you will replace

@JioCare @kamboj_insa They are useless and not helping in this regard. Once you have paid for the connection there is nothing they’ll do from a customer care perspective. A simple invoice, that I am a 100% sure that have, they are not providing me. That too for the current plan I’m in.
