Its my choice when I want to recharge a prepaid sim. And as a service provider if you have a policy of suspending an account for not recharging, then ******* do it. I have no issues. If tech team is busy, the cust care can’t even raise SR. Even if you get SR raised after much of brain drain, it’s closed without resolution
