    @reliancejio @JioCare It was a major fault frequently happens! Jio balance checking number i.e 1299 while i calling it was not connected to jio!! And i didn't get any sms from jio. so kindly response to our calls from customers! fix it!!!

    @JioCare I had requested multiple times that in my area network coverage is zero... Whereas I m residing in a prime location in metro city of Chennai.Its almost 60 days of my request..But no solution could be found out.Please do something otherwise I will bound to switch to other network.

    @Airtel_Presence Perfect !! This is another complain I've raised since a year. Phone is not reachable to caller even when signal is showing full. I have been using ONLY Airtel when @reliancejio was offering free services, @airtelindia had good services. Now u seems to be pushing me to other.

    @JioCare Today I port out 4 Jio numbers because of their non responsive approach towards network issue. They are the worst from all. Requesting all to be careful of these people.

    @JioCare It's been now worst then from 2g as they are charging for 4g and giving you 2g beside they have not been able to manage such customer base vodafone is much better then from them

    @AmmbaniMukesh,@JioCare Internet is not working properly in my area. "Request timed out" this is the response we are getting always. you are collecting money for 4G & providing -4G. Be shame on your services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am so sad to inform you that all your customer care service such as 198 call chat through my jio app all are so parthetic while we call never phone is received it always cut at half time and no proper response is been given at my jio chat option.

    @JioCare Man, your websites suck. Your website doesn't even recognize your own OTP. It continuously posts the error `That's not the otp we sent` when it is evidently the same. This is when I am trying to login. Hire better QA or devs.

    @JioCare I choose Jio fiber for broadband service over your other competitors, than your executive came to my home and checked the location, he confirmed me for connection, took my documents and asked to initiate payment. There after, I transferred the payment.
