Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I've a jio fiber connection and yesterday due to some issue i'm unable to connect my internet. I've raised a complaint yesterday and the request no is "SR00001CUS3Y" but nobody came to fix the issue. Is this the service you are providing. Disgusting.

@JioCare Can you please let me know what's the turn around time for it? How long would it take? I also belong to the service industry and this shouldn't take more than 24 hours and that too when it's put on priority? Why, I am still being asked to hold on?
