    @IamRajii @JioCare Network speed is average. Service is terrible. Disconnected mine after the first month. @ACTFibernet is miles ahead in terms of speed.

    @JioCare I taken the jio fiber during the trial period in April 2019, I was told there will be no installation charges, will be getting the full refund of the deposit amount. Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

    @JioCare it's more than 30 days now since I cancelled the jio fiber, still I didn't get the deposit amount refund. Everytime I call jio customer service they say not able to pull my details and disconnect my call. Will I get my amount refunded or not?

    @JioCare launched complaint abt poor fibernet connection for past 1 week. But no one has attended issue yet. Wen enquired it was regiatered as complaint was resolved! How slugish ur customer care but how fast ur in looting customer money. #trai @TRAI

    My jio number is 7860786592 it has 1 year plan but jio network in my area gets disconnected after light cut. This is because the tower operator sells oil, the generator does not run. Do it right otherwise all the ports will out from Jio. @reliancejio @AmbaniTina @JioCare
