Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

Customer care is asking to recharge with normal plan for smart phone and are not able to reverse the wrong plan. Need you to help this number to be with Jio forever #Jio

B4 installing nobody aware of static IP ONLY said use for 30 days if not satisfied then return. Also now they r saying 15 days time to refund money. Mislead. Disappointed. Plz be upfront.
