    @JioCare I took new Jio Fiber connection last week and it did work only till yesterday.Since yesterday evening It is not working. We have been Continuously calling customer care to resolve the issue but no response yet. Planning to close the connection and hope I will get money

    @reliancejio @JioCare i have done my recharge for my doongle for one year recharge. For internet. Later it showed for Disney hot star for 1 year to pay 222 . Paid the same . Put not getting otp. Pl update . Not able to sign in from Disney hotstar.

    Most of the areas in #Chennai have the same problem which is created by @reliancejio First of all they don't get any permission to do this, secondly they create a mess , hindering water supply to trees and breaking of tree branches.. #SaveEnvironment #SaveTrees #SwachhBharat

    @JioCare i am customer of jio net work. Using fiber net. For 21days we could not get connection. Restored last week and get connection. Then agian problem. Tuesday. Then connected yesterday. Now failure. What's going on net work. Poor response and maintenance. No customer care.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Is there any easy way to connect to your customer care, everywhere I go, it is automated voice and could not get the details I want. Today #myjio app showing that I used 8 GB data in just 3 hours time. Now I'm running out of data.

    @JioCare Logic of the Jio->recharge but don't use. @DoT_India please help. @elonmusk Sir, please launch 5G services with 700 MHz spectrum with the price cheaper than Airtel, VI & Jio & all Indian customers will be yours. We want speedy Internet. #Starlink honestly, won't help us.

    @JioCare Pathetic service by @jiocare, on Twitter they only ask you to DM and when you do that they explain how to do it yourself and close the query. When you try on your own to talk to local rep they ask you to buy connection thru them...Tell me y shud I not shift to #Airtel or other

    @reliancejio now a days found too much network issues even in area like BKC, Mumbai. This is not acceptable. If not resolve in 24 hours then will port into other network. Pathetic service.👎
