    Home in #Tambaram Office in #Kilpauk Recently shifted from @reliancejio 4G to @Idea 4G. Verdict: Far better stable network and internet connection. Net speed is also relatively high. #Jio days are officially over for me. Don't really want cheap Alt Balaji shows for free.

    @JioCare really worst and fraud customer service, we have to fight for everything wth customer team,for router pickup it took 20 days now money back it almost 16 days gone but no response if I called they telling we don't know about this nice customer care service -9884201483

    Never seen such a PATHETIC SERVICE from any of the service providers like @reliancejio Their customer support is equally mediocre @JioCare , simultaneously I am using @VodafoneIN which is far far better than these money minded crooks. Talking to their cc is sheer waste of time .

    @JioCare broadband net not working from morning... I have been trying to call customer care from morning.. Call is on waiting for 35 minutes but couldn't connect to a executive.... App keeps loading not able to complaint in app too... Local executives not responding to calls..

    @JioCare Fraud By Jio's Executive: Thread I had a JIO fiber connection with fixed-line number +911135620429. I requested for cancellation of service. On March 21, an executive came to pick up the modem when my parents were alone at home.

    @JioCare Given request for disconnection request on last month. Every getting message for Appoinment to collect devices back, but no is coming and collecting it back. Also dont know when jio will refund the balance amounts. Really frustrating service from jio team
