    @JioCare Hey Mr. Rahul asked your Company to concentrate on 2G network instead of 5G. We've been facing the problem since Jio tower installation in our area. Many times I've told about this problem, gave my alternate number but the result we got is zero. Still Im sharing my location.

    Installed Jio AirFiber just 15 days ago by paying 3300, and the internet has already been down for the last 5 days. Customer care numbers are unreachable and there’s been zero support or resolution. Extremely disappointing service experience from @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN.

    @reliancejio I'm currently in my village. It has been more than 3 yrs since jio tower has been installed her but no 5g services are live yet. You talk about 5g speed and network rollout. We purchased plans and are still not able to use 5g services. This is in Kolhapur district.

    Hello @JioCare ,what is the process for disconnect the connection ..I don't want any more jio fiber service....poor speed,continue connection drop,no assistance from jio care...pathetic experience.. Atleast help me in this process for last time @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I generated a UPC code on May 12, 2026, and completed the self-KYC process. The SIM card was delivered on May 18, 2026; however, it has not yet been activated on the Jio network. I have called customer care multiple Reference no : NO00015EFV6R

    Your technician did I can do —reset and router and went away and had the worst attitude in history this was the 2nd time th same thing has happened he was here for 10 min maximum, about the frequent timeouts he said only you are getting this issue @JioCare you guys are scammers

    Booked @reliancejio on May 7, paid ₹2.3K, and it’s been 12 days with no installation, no refund, and no proper response. Visited the Jio office, waited 1.5 hours just to face rude staff saying “wait.” Worst customer support and service experience from Jio.
