    @reliancejio Why am I not able to get a reply from you? Is seeking help a fault? If not for COVID, I too would have been a king for my family. Today I failed badly and begging everyone to save me and my family, days & months passed but still I am waiting for help, why ?

    @JioCare i had an issue. Jiofiber called thrice but i was unable to receive it. Pls arrange a call back tomorrow so that i can respond. Around 12pm or so. Pls check the history for the issues i told through whatsapp survey on ky registration phn number.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Completely disappointed by your Jio Fiber services. I've been without the internet since yesterday. Raised a ticket yesterday and still the engineers are delaying the resolution. First the resolution was supposed to be done by 12 PM, then 4, later 6, now 9!
