    @JioCare Hey Mr. Rahul asked your Company to concentrate on 2G network instead of 5G. We've been facing the problem since Jio tower installation in our area. Many times I've told about this problem, gave my alternate number but the result we got is zero. Still Im sharing my location.

    @JioCare The engineer visit has been rescheduled 2–3 times every single day. Each time the scheduled slot passes, the app simply assigns a new visit time instead of resolving the issue. This endless cycle of delays is unacceptable.

    @JioCare my fiber connection has been down for 15 days straight. Automated system keeps registering my complaint but not a single engineer has shown up. Now when I call customer care, they put me on hold and cut the call. Is this how you treat paying customers @reliancejio?

    @JioCare Please re-read my tweet. The issue isn't that the team didn't reach—the issue is that they brought used, unsealed equipment from another site and refused fresh stock. ​I need a brand-new, factory-sealed kit for installation under Order ID NO0001ETAJOY.

    🚨 53+ hours without #JioFiber in Hyderabad. SR: SR00002MTV5K Complaint was raised immediately. Engineer visit was scheduled for 25 Jul, 10–11 AM, but without my consent it was rescheduled to 6–7 PM. It’s now 10:30 PM—no engineer, no call. @JioCare @reliancejio
