    @JioCare Hey Mr. Rahul asked your Company to concentrate on 2G network instead of 5G. We've been facing the problem since Jio tower installation in our area. Many times I've told about this problem, gave my alternate number but the result we got is zero. Still Im sharing my location.

    Poor service by @reliancejio My internet is down and I can’t access it from yesterday night Tried to raise a complain but it’s still “processing” it’s really sad how they treat customers now #jiofiber #poor

    @JioCare @rihan1O2 I recharged Jio number 9517183479 with Rs 3599 plan based on Jio True 5G coverage shown on Jio website app and support system but 5G is not working at my location and network continuously falls back to 4G A Jio 5G tower is available within around 100 meters from my location and Jio coverage map also shows full 5G availability but actual service is unusable My complaints SR0000336W5T SR000034KRBD and SR000035Y9KN were repeatedly closed without fixing the issue and every time the reason was changed to congestion despite no improvement Jio support repeatedly promised resolution in 7 days 10 days and 15 days but no real action has been taken Same issue is also affecting another number 9598800923 at the same location which proves this is a local network issue not a device problem This is misleading service representation and failure to provide advertised 5G service despite payment I request immediate activation of stable usable 5G service or refund and compensation for financial loss

    @JioCare My internet was down from 3rd April at 9:00 PM till 8 April 11:00 PM, now you can calculate the down time yourself or you want me to provide that as well??

    @reliancejio @JioCare - There have been frequent internet outages in Rasoolpur, Mubarakpur, Azamgarh over the past 24 hours. Currently, JioFiber services are completely down and we have no internet connectivity. Plz resolve it at the earliest and ensure uninterrupted connection.

    @JioCare Me too! They cancelled my order NO0001D0EP1G on 27 April and no refund till date. Worst part is the customer support! An 'idhar dabao, udhar dabao' number and a chatbot replying on mail and SM.

    @JioCare Unacceptable as I had already asked for cancellation end of April. Then sent a formal email on 10th May. My advance is paid till 11th May. I had clearly mentioned in my email that treat this as confirmation from my end. You delayed the process and now asking me to pay. Wow

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am suffering from internet issues for the last 16 days and still no permanent resolution has been provided. Your engineer visited my home 4 times, replaced devices, checked wiring, and confirmed there is NO issue from my home side.
