@JioCare Hey Mr. Rahul asked your Company to concentrate on 2G network instead of 5G. We've been facing the problem since Jio tower installation in our area. Many times I've told about this problem, gave my alternate number but the result we got is zero. Still Im sharing my location.

@JioFiberChennai @JioCare @reliancejio How do you expect customers to pay your bills fully when in reality the service provided goes out 10/30 days? I don't think anyone will fix my internet connectivity issue even tomorrow.

@JioCare activated JioAutoPay to recharge Jio Fiber connection. But it always sends me SMS that JioAutoPay recharge for JioFiber Service ID could not be processed due to Payment request amount does not match the Subscription contract. And i send up manually recharging it! Why??
