    Worst service by JioFiber. its been +48 hrs and internet is still not working. On calling, ur executives are saying that soon problem will be solved but here we are. I had to get another sim plan to surf.. This is in Azamgarh (UP) 276001. Jiofiber no: 9795052595 @JioCare

    @JioCare With 100 Mbps connection speed it is taking more than 30 mins to download a 300 mb file. It's fun !! .. Pathetic it is & customer support is even worse. Airtel was bit costly, but I used to get outstanding customer support from them always. Regretting my decision badly!

    @JioCare When I called yesterday they said today at any cost they will install,my work from home is hampering and LOP has been marked.Who will be responsible for this. Absolutely unacceptable service.

    Dont trust @reliancejio @fiber_jio sales team, they pitch their call claiming they have connection point nearby and make u pay advance and then waste your time without service.. wasted my 10 days with customer care, his mangers and sales team.. so horrible #nojio #cheaters #cheap
