    @JioCare Hey Mr. Rahul asked your Company to concentrate on 2G network instead of 5G. We've been facing the problem since Jio tower installation in our area. Many times I've told about this problem, gave my alternate number but the result we got is zero. Still Im sharing my location.

    @JioCare SR No. SR000036Q10P was marked resolved, but the issue still persists. Whenever there is a power outage, the Jio network becomes completely unavailable in our area. Calls and internet stop working. Kindly reopen the complaint and provide a permanent resolution.

    @JioCare, the registration representative has fled after the registration is done (AirFiber NO0001DR81RS), entered a wrong date for installation while I wanted it done today. Now he is unreachable on phone. CustCare numbers never reach a human. Hope now you'll take some action?
