DON'T OPT FOR JIO FIBER. It's the WORST deal ever. They lure you in with all these tempting offers, install everything rapidly & after 6 months (when the offer has expired), boom, you get a bill of Rs. 2000 for a month's usage. Canceling is another HELL altogether. @reliancejio

@JioCare First you did not collect the router and set top box after disconnection and as well did not refund, 2nd asked for callback time then when I gave time instantly you completely ignored the message to call me back or respond to the message. Raising a complaint in UMANG.

Delay in installation after payment and even for disconnection router is not collected after 14days & no refund and raise SR which they close it without any call or support. Support only say we are looking into it.

@JioCare What's the hell is this. Your staff is not giving proper answers to the calls. They continuously asking me to keep patience on network issue, disconnect calls in-between. I kept patience from last 1.5 yrs Me and all my neighbors are facing indoor network issue. #jiocare

@JioCare rcvd an SMS from your team with a scheduled time of an engineer visit on 04 august 2022(7 days), are we living in a 1990's world, when there is no support, give me a process of uninstallation of this jiofiber. So I can move to a new service which has engineers to solve the issue.

@hireachbb Worst service by Hi Reach Broadband in Khammam! Frequent disconnections. High downtime. Unreliable internet. Customer service people call us to renew the account but don't give a damn about service. @reliancejio @JioCare You must spread in Khammam more vigorously.
