    @JioCare Hey Mr. Rahul asked your Company to concentrate on 2G network instead of 5G. We've been facing the problem since Jio tower installation in our area. Many times I've told about this problem, gave my alternate number but the result we got is zero. Still Im sharing my location.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber don't use all guys and costomer care not properly ans. Plase don't buy this network fiber all time same issue 6pm - 10pm dayli network very slow Jio does not provide service as per the charges as money is the only thing charged. @BBCBreaking

    JioFiber @reliancejio My internet has been down for almost 3 days. Temporary fixes are given daily but connection disconnects again. Instead of resolving it permanently, your support is forcing me to switch to JioAirFiber. Very disappointing for an old customer.

    Just goes on to show hw the public gets impacted big time wen there's just monopoly or duopoly in business. Airtel & Jio Facing issue with @reliancejio Since 5 days and there's no resolution or accountability @JioCare @TRAI - have some spine and bring more reliable competition

    @JioCare your wifi service for last more than a month has been absolutely abysmal. Your agents are unprofessionals. After every two days the wifi service is under maintenance. The agents don’t care and speak rudely. Shut shop if you cannot provide service.

    @JioCare Raising a formal complaint: internet service is down and customer support has not provided any resolution despite repeated contact. This outage is causing major inconvenience. Please treat this as urgent and resolve immediately. #JioFiber

    @JioCare The executive who came to solve my issue informed me this. A new connection was given around 10th april after which there are frequent disconnection in building. You may check for new connection in queenstown society, chinchwad pune, a wing, around 10 april .check ur records plz.
