    @JioCare Hey Mr. Rahul asked your Company to concentrate on 2G network instead of 5G. We've been facing the problem since Jio tower installation in our area. Many times I've told about this problem, gave my alternate number but the result we got is zero. Still Im sharing my location.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Writing this with deep anguish about your jio air fiber service. There is literally no way to reach your customer care. Your engineers are lazy and demanding money in the name of getting a new connection instead of changing the part that is not working. Since 5 days your service is not working. Raised service request but there is no engineer in the sight. All they do is keep promising new things. I had been promised of rent rebate. That is also not given for one month of loss in the internet because of your service issue. This is really bad and i would never advise anyone to buy jio air fiber or jiohome services. Worst possible service that you guys have.

    Please show some mercy and allow an alternative:Can my mother visit a Jio store in India on my behalf with my documents?Can I transfer the ownership to my mother remotely?i am ready for online video KYC or to submit any digital proof. Please treat this as a special case. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have a small request regarding Jio fibre ownership transfer. Your service centres are essentially useless. I visited two nearby ones to seek assistance, but both directed me to contact online customer care instead of listening to my concerns.

    @JioCare Do I need to share my complete home address? Is someone from Ambani's office going to visit my home to check why the network isn't working? Please stop asking for the same details repeatedly and focus on resolving the network issue.

    @JioCare I appreciate your assurances. However i have been trying to raise a complaint since 25th July, with no success. Now when finally the service request was raised, your eng didn’t got a new device even when ticket clearly said “No Heart Beat”. It’s been 48 hours without internet.
