@JioCare I don't see any option to attach my details and give me any email I can share this information. It's useless again as this was my emergency requirement and it's not needed anymore. The good news is that payment is still processing with JIO.

Very disappointed with @reliancejio . MNP (NO00015D7VFN) placed on Apr 14, 2026 with home delivery and online payment. Received invalid courier number (0690738353), and later a store rep asked me to collect it in person. Complaint with date 15 Apr 2026 SR000033KZ3P—no resolution.
