@JioCare Hey Mr. Rahul asked your Company to concentrate on 2G network instead of 5G. We've been facing the problem since Jio tower installation in our area. Many times I've told about this problem, gave my alternate number but the result we got is zero. Still Im sharing my location.

@JioCare Your executive should have said it before kyc. He came, checked our villa and said box is placed outside our building. Even my neighbour has Jio fibre! Why would you even accept connection without service?

For the last 2 months, Jio's internet speed is very bad, due to which there is a lot of difficulty in watching videos or using applications, I have also complained about it on Jio Care, but no help was received.@reliancejio @JioCare

I enrolled for 5G Trial of @reliancejio and now my network is slower then a 3G. And on top of that according to @JioCare everything is working fine and there is nothing to worry...@JioCare could you please update me to the network of 4G since ur 5G(3G) is too superior for my mob.

@reliancejio seriously such a big reputed company is become a harrasement. After complaining about service, not a single action plan was implemented. Only customer support executive are calling for feedback repeatedly. Harrasement calls, post genuine feedback they will disconnect
